Zimmer in Ordnung. Leider etwas modriger Geruch. Frühstück war gut, "Buffet" gut aufgeräumt.

Das Hotel ist mit dem PKW prima erreichbar, was allerdings auch zur Folge hat, dass der Highway nur etwa 50 Meter vom Bett entfernt liegt. Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster schier unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert aber dafür tadellos, wenngleich diese aber auch nicht viel leiser ist. Die Außenanlage des Hotels samt Poolbereich wirkt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt. Hier kann man nach einer langen Anreise oder einem anstrengenden Geschäftstag gut ausspannen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig - Kaffee, Saft, Toast, Butter, Marmelade, Ei, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Waffeln mit Sirup und Muffins. Für herzhafte Frühstücker leider nur bedingt geeignet - keine Wurst, kein Käse etc.

Die Stadt Mesa ist bekannt für ihr Nachtleben. Einheimische besuchen die Hauptstraßen rund um die Fiesta Mall - darunter Alma School Road, Baseline Road, Dobson Road und Southern Avenue - um etwas zu essen und zu trinken. Das Baseball Spring Training findet im Hohokam Stadion statt, einer bekannten Sportstätte der Cactus League. Im Mesa Arts Center ist sowohl die darstellende als auch die bildende Kunst vertreten. Eine umfangreiche Ausstellung von Dinosaurier-Fossilien ist im Arizona Museum of Natural History zu sehen.

Upon arriving at the Hotel, I noticed a Group of Homeless people Drinking beer outside of the main office. I retrieved my key and went to my room, tried to connect to the "free wifi" and found out it was down. My shower and toilet were very dirty. My toilet over flowed after flushing which should not happen but a tone of Cigarette butts and a few used […] tampons explained the clog. The pillows were paper thin so i walked to the office to ask for more and they were out. I would never stay there again and would not suggest it to anyone. Spend the extra 10 or 15 dollars and stay at a better place. Mehr
"House keeping / front desk and management"
I had an issue with house keeping taking things from my room when the shouldn't have. And the front desk/management staff did not do as promissed... Needless to say i wasn't impressed at all with this hotel in the least!!!

I stayed for almost 6 days and everytime I used the card key it would stop working, I had to go to the office stand in line to get the card recharged, what a inconvience. No one would try to fix the problem, internet signal would shut down right when it was needed and would have to wait along time to get reconnected. They had two ice machines and when […] i needed ice neither one was working, Why complain? no one listened. dirty room carpet not vaccumed. shower and toilet dirty. Drug deals in the parking lot. On top of all this a homeless person asked to use the shower before i checked out. cops were there too takeing someone away

"Mesa Knights Inn"
Upon our arrival I found the desk attendant making the following statement " She was ready to lock up and walk out", due to her frustration of another employee over booking rooms. A customer returning to the office, after checking in, and notified the attendant that the room bedding was on the floor. This was at 5:30pm. My room had only 1 set of towels. […] The step area leading to the second level was FULL of trash, obviously a build up over a period of time. The pool water was green, it had a closed sign. The entire place looked like it lacked proper maintenance. This is my second time in a Knights Inn and there won't be a third! Mehr

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen!!!! The receprionist gave me a key with people inside the room! This happened 5 times! this hotel should close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ended up driving midnight looking for another hotel! Disgusting!!!!!!

"it's fine if all you need is a place to sleep."
The room was fine. It bothered me that check in was at 3 o'clock! I've never checked in to a hotel that late. Also, when I went to the front desk to ask for a hair dryer, they didn't have any. The girl at the front desk was unprofessional, complaining about other customers, etc.

Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke, not just cigarette smoke, marijuana smoke. The bed spread had cigarette burn marks on it. Dirty carpets, the ice machine didn't work.

This motel is run down and in need of much repair. The maintenance person interrupted our check-in to complain about another patron and having to fix her air conditioner. The matresses are worn out and the bedding was dirty. But if traveling on a budget....
"disorganized"
with a prepaid reservation, upon our arrival they had no room for us. When they finally got a room, we went to check into it and it was totally disorganized. The beds were stacked against the wall, nothing was ready at all for it to be occupied. After another 40 minutes they finally got a room that was ready. The next day after being out for the day […] we returned and all our stuff was gone. they had taken our stuff and filled a bin and put it in a storage room.With no explanation as to why they finally returned our stuff and the rest of our stay was uneventful. This motel is quite old and dirty on the outside.Everytime someone walked by the room ,the room would shake.There was also a lot of dog droppings by the stairs we were using to go to the lower floor.Disgusting!!!. The room was reasonable clean.We had no pillow cases.Asked for some and never got.. One plus,it was very quiet and had a good sleep.

We reserved in advance a handicapped room with 2 beds. When we arrived, the room was occupied! Because it was too late to get a handicapped room at another motel, we ended up in the handicapped room with 1 bed. Our 14 yr old son slept on a borrowed air mattress. We were able to adapt, but many people (who travel with attendants) wouldn't have been able […] to and need 2 beds! When we told Hotels.com about this, they contacted this Inn and was told that we were in the 2 bed handicapped room! (Tell my son who slept on the floor on a mattress for 8 nights!) Mehr

was very pleased with knights inn.large room and very clean.Comfortable bed and bathroom.Breakfast not so good(packaged pastries) but I only wanted coffee.Overall,very happy with my choice,price cannot be beat.

my cat and i needed a quick respite and the Knight's Inn has a very friendly pet policy. the cleaning service was very kind to my little kitty being there. the close proximinty to a discount food shop really helped of set prices and the bus runs right past the front door.

By far the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. The rooms were dirty, no towels, wash cloths, or soap, the neighborhood is terrible, drug deals and prostitution right in the parking lot outside my door. I left early due to being unable to sleep because of a major fight including a gun shot no more than 20 feet from my door. I wouldn't recommend […] this hotel to anyone. Service was non existent, bedding didn't appear to have been washed when I moved in. I didn't dare to sleep on the sheets so slept on top of the covers. Only stayed one night of three. Mehr
"Non smoking room: smoky"
Not far from the airport, but nor near either. Paid $5 extra for a non smoking room that smelt really bad - yet I underligned at check-in that we travell with a baby! Awfull pillows Cherry on the top: cheap hotel so lots of wasted noisy guys that wake you up at 1.00am. Made me decide to never book an hotel that cheap again!
"Acceptable for the price"
The room was not very nice and their were no amenities, but for the price you can't expect that much. I would stay here again if it was equally as cheap and I just needed a place to sleep for a night and take a shower. Just remember to bring your own shampoo.

"Nice decent priced hotel."
Room very clean and everything worked. Staff was friendly. I just needed a bed and a place to clean up so it was great for me. Area is not the best so unless you need to be in this part of town, don't stay in ANY hotel in this area. IF you need to be in this area of town then THIS is the hotel for a decent night sleep at a great price!
