Great service, Clean & comfort rooms, Excellent customer service,personal & professional consierge service

Our stay in this hotel was a terrible experience. Service is awful and not worth 4 stars ! Laundry was not returned on time, towels were missing in the bathroom, soap and shampoo was not changed/refilled every day, concierge is unwilling to help and we had to fight for 1 hour to have a limo booked for our staff.... and finally the waiters do not speak […] a word of english at the Chinese restaurant. In a word, disappointing. We will never be back to this hotel. Mehr

Everything was perfect.Breakfast and the food is excellent, the room is big enough and you feel well in this hotel because many person from the staff are European and speak very good English.i ll come back for sure in the next trip

Enjoy the hotel very much but not near to MTR station and does not accept late check out. Buffet is good but not value for money

It takes an hour and a half to get the room. A 5-star hotel don't know they should offer an updated room rather than asking visitor to wait for a cleaned guest room at 3pm check-in time. They can only offer an upgraded room by charing additional hundred dollars sth more. Or you just wait for another hour at lobby lounge. It must be joking!!!

Only the water toilet have some troubles with one days, finally fixed already !

The hotel was great though the check in time was delay. The location is a bit far from metro and those shopping malls but the taxi fare is very cheap.

The hotel is really good, im really impressed with the room design, The appearance of the hotel is good and clean!

location is far from the station. besides this everything's are in top quality. it's a wonderful trip for the Xmas holiday. I will stay for my coming trip.

I took elite room but still hotel was cheaper than another 5 star hotel in Guangzhou and a lot better. Room was very big, felt like a small suite and quite open area. First hotels for a very long long time that has big enough bathtub for a big man. For some resason local Wi-Fi didn't work with mobile phone, no problem with laptop. Room quite new and […] "french style" (in a chinese way), people very helpful and spoke quite good english. Information says that 31 floors but misses 4th, 14th, 24th and 13th floors (3B instead) so can be recommended to superstitious people. Ok restautants and breakfast. Mehr

True to Sofitel standard- this hotel was great. Pity the cab drivers in town dont know it very well- even when you give them the name in Chinese. Seems the hotel is still very new?

The hotel room interior was very nice. 5 star. It's worthy to choose this hotel. I will definately come again.

we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay at the Sofitel in Guangzhou. wish we had had longer. however, from check in to the follow up on our lost PC cord, the service was top notch.

Very nice hotel with all you need in very good standard. Great free WiFi. Great resaturent at second floor.

I checked in on the fourth day of its soft opening and found that they are simply not ready. There was much confusion at the reception as guests were wrongly accused of not settling the bill. Va lika skönt varje dag när vi kom tillbaka till hotellet efter en heldag ute. Bra mat och toppen SPA, fint rum med bra utbud på Tv:n....inga problem att få tiden att gå på hotellet!

Hotel excelente. Alto nivel de limpeza, mobiliario, bom gosto, serviços. Fiquei muito satisfeito e nao pensaria em outro quando voltar la.
