Den Zimmerkomfort betreffend waren die Matrazen bei weitem die schlechtesten, die wir in Chile hatten (die Navimag-Fähre eingeschlossen). Da die Klimaanlage trotz Beschwerde unsererseits nicht funktionierte, musste das Fenster in der Nacht zur Abkühlung geöffnet sein. Dadurch war der Lärmpegel enorm hoch, zumal die vor dem Zimmer verlaufende Straße aus Kopfsteinpflaster war. Das Frühstück war chilenisch mager. (Warum kaufen die chilenischen Hotels alle unreifes Obst?) Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre aber gut und die Ausstattung im modernen Kolonialstil hat uns gefallen.

"Gutes Preis-Leitungsverhältnis"
Die Lüftungen vom Dach des Nachbarhauses sind laut und gewoehungsbeduerftig im 20. Stock. Für selbstversorger gut gelegen mit Supermarkt direkt wenn man rauskommt. Schade ist dass es kein richtiges Telefon gibt, d.h. Man kann kein Anrufe empfangen. In der Kuechenausstattung wünscht sich der Teetrinker ein Teekanne, aber d sind letztlich Kleinigkeiten. Our kitchenette apartment was very comfortable, and in the heart of the city…..One hundred yards to a large grocery market…..The highlight was being cared for by an English speaking manager, who took special interest in our stay……..

The apt was good however we had room 1206 which did not have internet in the room. We had to use another room's wifi which is part of apart hotel however the connection was week. The apt did not have AC/fan so we had to open up the window to get air into the apt.

I loved this place! VERY unconventional hotel but really nice change of pace for travelers who want a little breather from the norm. For example, there is no hotel reception desk - The security folks at the front door will call someone to come escort you to your room. Staff is EXTREMELY nice and helpful with info (where to go in town for food, laundry, sights, etc.) and with solving any problems you have with the room. Pro: cheap price, big supermarket next door, one block from Bella Vista metro stop Cons: not clean, cheap towels, cheap bedding, not reliable internet(ok for fun), NO AC nor Heater. It needs some updates before i go there again

"A good difference"
This hotel is set up with rooms throughout an apartment / condo style building. The rooms are outfitted like a condo/apartment so there is a full small-size kitchen (fridge,oven, table, microwave, dishes) and a fullsize shower/tub in the bathroom. This is excellent for extended stays as their is a large grocery store on the same block as this complex. […] The condo also provides laundry machines which are also very clean. The building is also located within 3 blocks of a subway stop and within 5 or 6 blocks from the main plaza in one direction and a great area for dinner / social nite life in the other direction. Mehr

The hotel is in an apartment complex with swimming-pool, gym, super-market and many nearby restaurants and parks nearby. Subway stops are ony a few blocks away so the location is great. Excellent location, very unexpensive for the neighborhood, right next to a grocery store, the Cerro Santa Lucia, the Barrio Lastarria and Bellas Artes. You can see all that must be seen in Santiago by walking from this hotel. Great restaurants around. Personnel speaks English.

Muito bem localizado, instalações muito boas. O único senão foi que na descrição do hotel dizia da existência de ar condicionado e na realidade não havia. Na época em que eu fui não foi preciso o us do ar, porém se estivesse calor teríamos passado apuros.

É a segunda vez que fico neste hotel, mas dessa vez a internet não funcionava no meu quarto e as toalhas cada vez mais velhinhas. Fora isso continuo gostando muito localização, atendimento, instalações.Voltarei com certeza, mas por favor troquem as toalhas.

Yo me quede 5 noches en este hotel y la ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de muchas zonas para hacer turismo, cerca del metro; no es un hotel en realidad es un conjunto de departamentos chiquitos en un edificio residencial, con sus ventajas y desventajas que eso conlleva. Pros: ubicacion, esta full equipado (cocina, menaje, refri, microondas, hervidor, […] etc), todo en buenas condiciones. Cons: No hay comunicacion directa con la admistracion, las toallas son malisismas, duras y asperas, el internet falla el 80% de las veces que te quieras conectar. Recomendaciones para el Hotel: Mejorar el internet y las toallas, ahh y al chico de la recepcion del 2do piso, que si bien, atendio todas nuestros requerimientos, no lo mataria que de vez en cuando sonria o que tenga una actitud mas alegre. Hotellet er et greit sted å oppholde seg. Nær sentrum. Greit o komme seg ut for å handle. Daglivare butikk rett rundt hjørnet. Dårlig trådløst nettverk gjorde komunikasjon vanskelig. Aircondition anlegget var ikke i orden i vår leielighet. Da måtte vi ha vinduer oppe og vifte på. det medførte til mye støy og vanskeligt med å sove. Hyggelige og hjelpsomme […] folk på kontoret. Fiquei nesse hotel em um final de semana com minha esposa e meu filho de 8 meses, posso dizer que a experiência superou nossas expectativas. A localização não poderia ser melhor, fica perto do principais pontos turisticos além de ser bastante seguro. Ao lado do hotel existe um ótimo supermercado, o que pode ser uma mão na roda, já que os quartos contam […] com uma cozinha completa. A equipe do hotel também foi super atenciosa e cordial, nos deram dicas importantíssimas como a locação de um carro, com motorista/guia, para passar o dia todo em Valparaíso e Viña del Mar por 80 mil pesos. "AMERISTAR APRT HOTEL: Excelente ubicación..."
Mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos, la atención es excelente, el hotel es muy bueno, limpio, prolijo, con detalles de buen gusto y tiene una ubicación IDEAL. Todo lo que necesitamos lo teníamos a un paso.... planeamos volver pronto. Absolutamente recomendable para ir solos o en familia.

Não recomendo no verão, pois não tem ar, nem ventilador e as cortinas são menores que as janelas, tinhamos que sair do quarto bem cedo e só retornar depois das 21:00 quando não havia mais sol. No cabe duda que el hotel Ametistar excedió mis expectativa , ya que es un cómodo departamento en el cual me sentí en casa. Con un supermercado al lado, Lavanderia en el condominio y una atención de primera. O Apart Hotel é muito bom, os recepcionistas são super atenciosos, deram ótimas dicas de como andar em Santiago, fizeram reserva em restaurantes, em passeios turísticos, onde comprar mais barato, etc. A localização também é excelente, dá para ir andando para vários pontos (feirinha de artesanato, supermercado, padaria, comércio local, e o acesso a taxi […] também é bom. Apenas dois pontos negativos: as toalhas e lençóis deixam bastante a desejar e não tem ar condicionado, embora não faça calor. Mehr
como critica construtiva, acho que para melhorar poderia ter camas de solteiro nos quartos para 4 pessoas, pois o sofa cama é desconfortavel , e as roupas de cama e banho devem ser brancas, pois as de cores da aparencia de sujeira.
