Die Klimaanlage war veraltet und laut, so dass man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen konnte. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man konnte praktisch beim Nachbarzimmer mit Fernseh gucken. Handtücher waren löchrig und zu alt. Einzig positive das freie Wifi.

Die Boss Suites stehen sehr gut im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Man sollte sich aber keine Luxusherberge darunter vorstellen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht alle Anfragen zu bearbeiten und zur Zufriedenheit der Kunden zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück kann man nur begrenzt als International bezeichnen, es ist eher amerikanisch-thai, dafür ist es allerdings […] auch nicht teuer. es gibt einen kostenlosen Hotelshuttelservice zum Skytrain das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer stylisch und sauber

Das hotel ist sehr angenehm, was mich gestört hat war der pool kaum möglichkeit sich zu sonnen nicht scön itregiert.der tuk tuk service ist sehr andenahme.wer keinen wehrt aud pool und sonne legd sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut (sauber, komfortabel und mit guter Klimaanlage) und der Rest des Hotels liess auch nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, auch was das Frühstück anbelangt (kostet extra, ist aber sehr reichhaltig). Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass man etwa 5-10 Minuten zur nächsten Skytrain-Haltestelle laufen und […] dabei durch das Nana Entertainment Plaza (Rotlichtviertel) hindurch muss. The hotel is ok. The bathroom needs a LOT of work. The shower works in a funny way, the bathroom gets all wet and the door locks by itself. The room is good though. It is a bit far from main attractions.

There was a lot wrong with this hotel, and it does not deserve to have a 4 star rating at all. When I arrived, my room was not ready and I had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes. Throughout my stay, the people at the reception were unhelpful at worst and indifferent about things at best. The room, once cleaned, was only adequately so. The sink was […] broken, and a room change request was denied since they were "too full". Over the next three days, the room and bathroom were never cleaned properly, and the hand towels were never replaced. Also, the A/C seemed to have a mind of its own and would remain stuck at various temperatures, even after someone came in and "fixed" it. As for location, it is a good 12 minute walk from Nana station. On the plus side, they have a complimentary tuk tuk service from the hotel to the station. Also, the breakfast was good, with quite a variety of things. Overall, not worth the money, and should best be a 2.5 star hotel. Mehr

Never go there they are the worst, infact go for Ibis Nana as they are a well renowned Ibis chain

If your looking for a hotel on Soi 4 in the Red Light District you found the right hotel. The service and hotel features were really good. But if your a family I would stay away! Go find a hotel near Soi 11 to 21.... or the river.

it was nice, cheap and well located (quiet and very close to sukhumvit)... very friendly staff... a nice and clean, but a pretty small room... the breakfast was pretty good... the gym is not worth to call it a gym... forget it... but at least i could have a run. the pool area is ok, but do not expect sunshine there... it's like in a yard... over all... […] it was ok, a good value for the money... but definitely not a 4 star hotel (but i don't know where hotels.com this rating got from... the hotel itself don't claim to be a four star) Mehr

Fantastic Hotel!! Recently stayed on Dec. 20,21/11 with my wife and two children. The hotel was very clean and spacious. Hotel service was fantastic and very accommodating, and we have nothing negative to say. The free tuk tuk to the BTS train was convenient. If travelling with small children at night, avoid walking south on Soi 4, from 'Nana' BTS station […] as this is a bar (red-light) district. Hotel is located far enough away from this area, so a goods nights sleep is easy. Plenty of areas to eat on Soi 4 when you turn right on Soi 4 from Boss Suites. THANK YOU Boss Suites. Mehr

Compared to the price its a ok hotel. I miss a nice pool and a fitnesscenter. The one the one they got is wortless.

We arrived into Bangkok and got a taxi to Boss Suites. The hotel is just slightly tucked away from the hustle of Nana. The friendly staff greeted us on arrival with fresh orange juice and carried our bags to our room. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom wasn't as clean but still acceptable. We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast. […] Its was a very good selection of cereals, toast, fruit, Thai and English hot options. We missed breakfast on the 2nd morning, but the staff were hapy enough to get us some egg on toast and juice. The free tuk tuk service is great, especially for a 1st experience of a tuk tuk. We didn't have time to use the pool, however it looked very nice. Overall a good stay! Mehr

Boss Suites was clean, comfortable, affordable and well positioned. Within a few minutes walk to the MRT and a few stops into the City Centre. The Manager and Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to assist us with our arrangements. Well recommended and well priced.

This is a really nice hotel with beautiful and modern rooms. It was a great stay. The breakfast in the morning has a lot of variety. The location is a 10min walk to sukhumvit rd, close to restaurants, shops, bars etc.

Great location. Good price. Great service. Didn't stay too long to fully experience it. But allows great access to other attractions, especially nightlife in Sukhumvit area.

Taxi driver had a hard time to finding the place. It"s in very quite area. Just five minuites to a busy roudy area, For a price a very good hotel.

Boss Suites is good place to be in Bangkok. Not so big hotel but really nice place. Sukhumvit Road and related night life of Bangkok is just walk away but its not at all annoying sound near hotel as its just that far from that area. Hotel provides free Tuk Tuk service till nearest BTS stand called Nana and also pick up, which is really great. Rooms […] are good enough, we found some more amenities would make it great but still nothing really makes negative impression. The things i missed in this hotel were, bathroom slippers, conditioner, toothbrushes, bath robs etc.. Free Wifi is plus but don't know why it can't be connected to any mobile phone. Hotel staff is really great.. Always smiling and ready to help. Would recommend for some one who really want to be in city and not just enjoy the hotel. Mehr

This little gem of a hotel is tucked away down Soi 4 in a quiet side road. Just a ten minute walk to the tourist areas of bars etc. Good service and the location ensures a quiet nights sleep,

I have stayed here previously and the service is still the same, great. People are surprised to find a hotle such as this for the price that it offers. Breakfast, free internet, numerous TV channels and a helpful staff are the main draws for me to this place. The location is quiet and far enough removed from the local action that you do not even notice. […] I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bangkok. Great budget hotel, good location and quiet. I stayed in the JW Marriot the previous evening and I would rather have stayed in this value for money wise! Would stay here again. Bed was comfy, AC worked fine, TV, nice pool and breakfast too. The staff were very helpful too. My shower wasn't that great but okay. You are about 500m from the main road […] but a short walk or they have a complimentary Tuk Tuk service which is brilliant. They drop you at Nana sky-train station or the main road, brilliant service! The bars in Nana are about 250 m away and a great night out. I was sick during my stay and one of the staff went out and got me some medication... cant say better than that for customer service. Thanks Guys!! Mehr

The taxi driver drove around for like more than an hour from the airport to the hotel with the help of cell phone data.

I got what I have paid for, all amenities a 4-star hotel should supply were served as expected. The location may be convenient for those considering to stay close to night life which i did not expect at all. Because I prefer being around Sathorn which is the business center of Bangkok having better hotels I did not describe the location as convenient […] however as mentioned above it might be what you would prefer. Great hotel, however, the area it's situated in might not be the first choice for families with children. Other than that the quality of the hotel and its services was great.

I really liked this place...great service...very clean rooms..and location just far enough away from the noise of the nightlife. Just a 5 minute walk to the main areas but if you dont want to walk the hotel has a free tuk tuk service that drops you off at the end of the main street. Nothing special about this hotel. It's decent but there were several problems with my room. Staff was not so helpful and alot of my time was wasted as a result of an issue with the room. Not a great location. Very far from the main road and a tuktuk or taxi is a virtual necessity when goingto the skytrain. The tuktuk the hotel provides is ok but u can […] wait a long time for it. Located in central sukhumvit, bangkok, its very central to everything, and a easy walk to the closest station. A lovely, clean hotel, room, friendly staff, great food - exactly what you need after exploring dirty, bustling Bangkok.

Great Staff, New & Fresh Hotel rooms & amenities

We stayed there for a night and the experience was good. The location is very convenient and the rooms are clean and good. Hotel doesnot have 24 hour room service which is a negative. Front office and travel desk staff was helpful and friendly. the pool is very small and shallow. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Overall, comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay here, everyone was very friendly and good location, only downfall were ants in the room, possibly sugar ants but otherwise everything was great! Thanks for your hospitality

The overall stay was very pleasant, helpful and kind staff, close to night-life area, free tuk-tuk transfer to metro/train station and quite. Tip: Ask for a view to the back garden

For comfort and cleanliness, I cannot find fault. Unfortunately it is not in the best location, quite a walk down Soi 4 from the main Sukhumvit Road. The hotel does provide a free tuk-tuk service to the main street, but it is not so convenient for returning. I recently stade at the boss suites hotel and was suprised at the level of comfort and how clean this hotel was it was more like one of the major brands of hotel and i found the staff were realy freindly and helpfull,it was lik nothing was to much for them. Iwas anitialy a bit dissapointed with the location but with the free tuk tuk it more than made […] up for this ,would i stay again ? most definetly this will be my first choice when i go back to bangkok. overall a great hotel with good food for not a lot of money. I stayed one night in Boss Suites hotel on my way back to Finland. The hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. Room design was very chic. There is a free tuktuk that runs from hotel to skytrain. Otherwise I did not enjoy the hotel location. There were no good restaurants nearby, a lot of prostitutes and ladyboys and all bars where - well girl bars. […] For staying in the hotel, this is a good option, but if you are expecting something for the area you are staying, I would recommend to stay elsewhere. Overall, the hotel is a great value for the cost and amenities. The location is the only concern. It's about a 10 min. walk/600 meters to the Sky train, and located in a small side street. Rooms are clean, buffet breakfast is acceptable. Pool is a bit small.

First of, this hotel is conveniently located off the main Sukhumvit thoroughfare. It's about a 10 minute walk down Soi 4 to get to where it is but they do provide a tuk-tuk service that will take you to and fro the main road. From the hotel, they will also drop you off at the Nana sky-train station. The only down-side for some is Soi 4 itself which […] is the heart of the Nana nightlife with all the hostess bars, massage parlors, etc. If you take all this in as part of your sight and smell tour of BKK, you should be good to go. Hotel service is excellent and even more so their breakfast; nice lounge with a variety of things to start your day. It would benefit anyone to simply include breakfast in your reservations. Laundry is same day but is being handled by a what appears to be the travel booking desk downstairs. You pay them when you get your laundry. This desk also provides you with all the tours you can imagine plus some, and any transportation. Wireless internet was pretty straight forward and I had no 'drops' throughout my stay. Rooms are pretty hip in design with a glass wall separating your bedroom from the bathroom/shower. There's a screen that you can pull down to separate the 'space'. At the price it is being offered at, it's gonna be hard to beat the Boss Suites. I very much recommend this place. Mehr

This hotel was a gem that no one seems to know about. Its situated off a main drag where there is ton of nightlife but far enough away where you would never know. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. They should charge more for their service but I am glad that they do not. If you desired, you could stay either in your room or in the hotel […] because it has a bar and restaurant that serves great food and the happy hour is good too. Other than having a larger selection of english TV channels, I would return there again and definitely recommend it. If you are looking for a western style hotel, this is not and that's great. Mehr
