Isrotel at the Dead Sea is an absolutely gorgeous hotel. They really invested in the interior design. The Spa is wonderful with all kinds of little comforts such as dishes with apples throughout the spa and a tea station. The interior Dead Sea pool also appears to be clean (unlike other hotels we've been to in the area). The energy of the hotel seems […] to be geared towards guests aged 55 and older, including the evening entertainment. We were among a few couples in their early 30's. One real disappointment with the spa is that if you order a package of 3 treatments, they will not switch out any of the individual treatments with another one of the same price. This is the first time I encountered such rigidity at a Dead Sea hotel. Another thing to beware of are prices quoted over the phone before you arrive. We purchased one night with breakfast online. Over the telephone before our arrival, we asked how much it would be to add dinner to our package. When we arrived, the front desk quoted a higher price. However, the hotel manager honored the price we were quoted but only because he happened to be there and was nice.
