Close to must-see sights, shopping and night-life, very nice rooms and friendly personnel. I would recommend it for both family vacations and romantic getaways. Would stay there again!

Hotel room is very clean, BF was good, egg cook to order. Internet work fine in the room . Close to shopping, restaurants, casino. We like the hotel a lot. Highly recommended.

The Victoria offers a nice location, just a few meters from Via Espana. The included breakfast is good enough and the service in general it is as well. I will go back to stay in that hotel as well.

Hotel was nice and room comfortable. The restaurant was decent. The only drawback was the location. It is located in a not-so-nice neighborhood.

if you want to be in the heart of the city this is where you want to stay. Internet was excellent and access to nearby restaurants, transportation, and nightlife was excellent.

This is a new and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately the staff has not learnt how to run a hotel yet. When you book and pay via an internet site, everything is usually in order when you arrive. But when you check in here they demand a voucher, which the sites don´t provide. This is a problem if you don´t carry a printer on your trip. Who does? If you […] ask for a map of the city, they only have very simple unusable maps, which they have a problem to find. Finding the way in Panama is very difficult because the lack of street signs and a good map is necessary. Our room was silent, but still rather noisy. Who needs a very noisy fan as soon as they go into the bathroom to shave or to put on make up? It's so noisy that you need to turn up the sound on the TV, if someone turns on the light in the bathroom. And at eight am, Sunday morning, a maid knocked on the door to ask if we had any laundry. Half an hour later they wanted to know if we needed any toiletries. Good service, but not so early on a Sunday. Still, this is a nice hotel in a good location, but that needs a bit of fine tuning. At last an advice: Avoid the taxis waiting outside the hotel. They charge too much. Example: One cab driver wanted 12 $ to take us to a park. We went around the corner, stopped a taxi, and were offered the ride for 4 $. Mehr

Newish hotel, very clean and quiet room. Staff was personable and helpful. The restaurant was surprisingly good for a meal, the breakfast buffet was an adequate start to the day with cafe con leche. Taxis were easy to get anywhere from here and restaurants were nearby if I chose to walk (Calle Argentina). The hotel is surrounded by casinos if you're […] into that. Hotel is definetly deserve its four star. Will be nice if they had face towels, but that seemed to be the case in other hotels. Very clean and friendly. Mario and Alexandra were very healful from the front desk. El Greko Greek restaurant around corner across street from Casino good food. Enjoyed four day stay. Booked on internet was huge savings.

This hotel may be rated below five stars but this is truly a five star hotel. The neighborhood is a typical Panamanian neighborhood with many places that you can purchase food within walking distance. They served us complimentary breakfast which was similar to an American style breakfast buffet and was very tasty. Everyone there was extremely friendly […] and even though not everyone spoke English the people at the front desk did and could have assisted you with everything. They are willing to help with planning of tours, entertainment and any other request that you may have. I went there with my wife and 1 year old son and was extremely impressed especially after knowing what we paid for the room and staying in rooms of similar cost. The free WiFi throughout the building is an added bonus and the location is close to most major entertainment and shopping malls . Would recommend that anyone stay here as it is nothing short of 5 star; two thumbs up to you Victoria we will definitely visit again. Mehr

A nice hotel with an excellent location. Very kindly staff. Only thing I didn't rate this hotel as "superb" is because the access to the parking area didn't have personnel 24-hours so 2 times I got the hotel, I had to walk over the reception desk to ask for the parking to be opened.

We had a good 5-day stay: location in the Cangrejo/Bella Vista district was good, with stores (including a supermarket) and restaurants nearby; staff was friendly and efficient (we had a problem with our shower drain that was fixed quickly) and breakfasts were very good (omelettes custom made), Suite living room and bedroom both had flat screen tvs […] on the walls -- in fact that was ALL that was on the walls, giving the place a bit of a sterile "modern' or corporate feel, although it seemed most guests were not business travelers. Bed was very comfortable and we could make coffee and tea in the suite, bathroom and shower were large, a.c. worked well and virtually no noise entered from outside (we were on the 8th floor). Rooftop "pool" is small, but the view from there is nice. If you are Spanish-speaking you can negotiate more reasonable cab fares with drivers on the street outside the hotel. The guy at the front desk name Mario was the best. He accommodated my needs from the start. The room was nice and the view was speechless. Room service was quick and pleasant. Hotel staff in reception less than welcoming. Restaurant staff absolutely hopeless. They were more interested in talking than serving. Asked for decaf coffee and non lactose milk. Had to go out during my breakfast to a shop to get some as they refused to get it!! This i had to do on 2 occasions even though they promised to get me some for the next day. […] Asked for 2 fried eggs and some mushrooms and the mushrooms were raw!! The position of this hotel is dreadful. The area at night is not what I want to walk out into. Lots of prostitutes from the casino close by. No way I would stay there again. Also got ripped off by the taxi drivers as there are no set tariffs. One guy asked for 12 dollars for a 3 dollar journey. Mehr

HOTEL HAS BEEN OPEN FOR 3 MONTHS. ROOM WAS VERY NICE, ESPECIALLY THE LINEN. ROOM COULD HAVE BEEN ABIT CLEANER, BUT IT WAS OKAY SINCE EVERYTHING WAS STILL NEW. THE BED VERY COMFORTABLE. Personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ruime kamer met comfortabele bedden. Badkamer heel ruim, douche was redelijk. Gratis internet, bereikbaarheid verschilt per kamer/telefoon, maar over het algemeen prima. Zijn eventueel beneden ook 2 pc's beschikbaar. Taxiservice is iets duurder, luchthaven 5 dollar meer, maar dan is het wel geregeld, […] ze zijn op tijd en de auto's zijn ruim en comfortabel. Voor binnen de stad zou ik gewoon een taxi op straat aanhouden. Wij gingen een paar dagen de stad uit en konden kosteloos onze bagage achterlaten. Ontbijt is redelijk, wel met vers gebakken eitjes! Ik ben een aantal dagen in Panama stad geweest en dit hotel was daarvoor een uitstekende basis. Twee dames van de receptie waren ontzettend hulpvaardig en vriendelijk en mijn kamer was enorm groot en prettig (vooral ook omdat er geen aangrezende kamer was en dus heel stil). De kamer werd dagelijks onderhouden zij het op totaal verschillende tijden. […] Het ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid en omeletten worden op bestelling gebakken. In de omringende straten zijn restaurants en fastfood ketens. Het hotel ligt in een veilige buurt van de stad maar is verder niet bijzonder. Mehr

Las tres personas que estuvimos en el hotel, coincidimos en recomendarlo. Tiene muy buena ubicación: a una esquina se encuentra un restaurant que sirve buenos platos a buen precio, la Vía España a dos esquinas, donde se encuentra un Supermercado que abre 24h.
