Neues Hotel, gute Lage (großer Busbahnhof um die Ecke, Al Wadha Mall direkt daneben), guter Service, günstiger Zimmergrundpreis. Zu kritisieren gibt es eigentlich Murr die Aufpreispolitik für Zusatzleistungen: 60 AED für ein gebügeltes Hemd sind fast schon unverschämt (Tip: Drei Laundrys liegen fußläufig gegenüber und machen das für ein Zwölftel), 121 […] AED für das Frühstück p.P. und pro Tag sind deftig (soll laut anderen Gästen aber gut sein, W-Lan ist kostenpflichtig (15 Freiminuten pro Tag), den Vogel schoß aber die umgerechnet ca. 80€ Gebühr für einen auf Expedia bei der Buchung angfragten Earlymorning Check-in ab, ansonsten Check-in erst um 14 Uhr. Wir haben verärgert abgelehnt und auf den unkomplizierten Service diesbzgl. in anderen guten Häusern verwiesen. Dann sollte es bereits um 12 Uhr möglich sein und am Schluß bekamen wir ein Zimmer nach einstündiger Wartezeit um kurz nach 9 Uhr. Ein Schelm, wer Böses denkt :-) Alles in allem: Trotz schlechtem Beigeschmack in Sachen (Auf-)preispolitik ein sehr gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Mehr

Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Abu Dhabi. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß jedoch sehr schön. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut jedoch etwas teuer.

Ein sehr gut geführtes Hotel, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Nicht dramatisch, noch liegt keine Ausschangenehmigung für alkoholische Getränke vor, soll aber in Kürze erteilt werden.

Bin zum 2. Mal in diesem tollen Hotel wo jeder Wunsch erfüllt wird. Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult und hat immer ein Lächeln.Die Zimmer sind einzigartig mit allem Konfort. Das Schwimmbad im 31. Stock ist sehr angenehm mit atemraubendem Blick auf die ganze Stadt. Ich kann das Hote sehr empfehlen. Bravo

Einfach kurz gesagt alles war perfekt vom Empfang, Zimmer. Swimmingpool etc. Die Restos habe ich nicht besucht da anderswo gegessen. Ich kann dieses hotel nur empfehlen für den tollen Preis

I was very pleased with my hotel choice after shopping around on hotels.com. My decision was based on location, amenities and of course the price. In fact for a 5 star hotel it was a very attractive and affordable rate. Given the fact that unlimited internet access, high end toiletries, bath rope, one load of minibar (soft)drinks were all included, […] I must say it actually ended up to be cheaper than other hotels I had considered that started with a much lower rate. So, prices showing up in the list have to be compared more deeply. Sure, there are many great hotels in AD and since I am curious to get to know different ones I most likely would check an other hotel next time but only because of curiosity. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again - the ratio between quality/service and price is amazing. I liked the arabic coffee along with fresh dates that were served in the lobby. The spa is nice but not outstanding, but I liked the very hot steam bath. I had a spacious room in the 29th floor with an amazing view towards the marina area. Go for it. Good choice! Mehr

Hotel is right in the middle of Abu dhabi next to al wahada mall. Rooms are modern , they even have touch screen remote control for lights and AC. My only concern was the cleanliness of restaurant , I saw lots of crumbs under the bread counter during te breakfast and they have been there a while .

Excellent value for money. Right next to the Mall for shopping and eating. Quite far from the beach (need car in Abu Dhabi). Rita, the Portuguese receptionist, a genius! Attentive and polyglot! Water, coffee, tea, slippers and robes. Internet on a computer with large LCD display and keyboard in the room. Super comfortable.

Nice hotel in downtown Abu Dhabi but bit far from the airport, taxi ride takes about 25-30 minutes. Located right next to a large shopping mall which opens til late.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. in the middle of the city next to a big mall and supermarket. Free valet parking is always available. The hotel restaurants are of very good quality and their prices are very reasonable.

Although room is equipped with the latest state of the art technology, you need extensive training to operate the integrated TV-INTERNET system. It is not user friendly.Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Very pleasant staff and beautiful room.

There was a 2-3 hour delay getting my internet service working and then I learned on check-out that 'free' internet was low speed and that hi-speed internet #such as it was# was at an additional charge of about $20+ / day. I'm a frequent visitor to Abu Dhabi and this has become my hotel of choice and represents excellent value for money. Now that it has introduced an express checkout facility, my one gripe has been removed. The most welcoming and helpful staff you're likely to find anywhere. Great pool and fitness centre.

This is an excellent hotel with fantastic staff. we had a club room and this was excellent value. the club lounge was amazing with great staff. The porters pub next to the hotel had a great lively atmosphere and great food. All in all we could not fault this hotel.

Excellent service from check in to check out. Room well equipped, comfy bed, towels replaced at least daily. Pool area lovely, different areas get direct sun at different times of the day. One morning a member of staff was talking to us and we mentioned we did not have a street map with us, by the time we got to our room, a staff member from the concierge was at our room with one for us! Excellent service! Taxis always available outside hotel (or short walk to taxi rank at mall if needed). We were staying mainly to attend the Grand Prix, the hotel had a shuttle bus running to and from the track which we used each day. Would without hesitation recommend this hotel Mehr

The stuff was just so polite and helpful.. with cortesy for every single gesture.. and the hotel is just amazing to spend few days relaxing in its spa, pool and amenities. Really had a wonderful time over there with my husband and family.

The hotel is located next to Al wahda Mall, which has shops, resturant and arcade but there is no move theater. The hotel is 40 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport. My overall stay was good, the staff were friendly, the roomm was clean, the spa was great. This is a really lovely hotel and worth every cent. The room was a generous size with a lovely view from our 25th floor window. All staff were helpful and friendly. Being next door to a shopping mall the location was excellent. If you stay here you will not be disappointed.

I have stayed twice in this hotel, and I would return without hesitation. Very comfortable almost luxurious hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast, if it is included in your room price; otherwise, it is expensive (about US$40 at the time of writing!) The staff is very accommodating and personable. Concierge services are excellent. Very helpful with arranging […] trips, making reservations, etc. Services are a little unpredictable! Some days you get fresh soap, others not. Some days you get a newspaper, others not. Some days, the bed gets turned down, others not. Oh well. The room is very comfortable regardless. If you get a room looking to the west, you have a beautiful view of the sunset over the water, but make sure you are in the higher floor levels -- at least higher than 25 (more expensive rooms). If you are any lower than 19, might as well give up the sunset and get a room facing the other way; otherwise you will be right above the roof of the neighboring mall (Al Wahda) which is pretty ugly and noisy (with all the fans going on the rooftop). All is good in this hotel, however the skill of restaurant AL Wahda waitresses was not good. They did not pour coffee at breakfast and some times clean up your table for next customers when you are out for the next round of breakfast buffet.

The air conditioning was a little noisy. The hotel is in a very convenient location, next door to the Al Wahda shopping centre and just round the corner from the central bus station

Hotel is always exceptionally clean and comfortable. I cannot recommend the Italian restaurant though; while it looks the part, and the food presentation is impeccable the actual food is mediocre (I have eaten there twice now) and over priced.
