Although the room was clean and comfortable, I was disappointed in that the description said these rooms had refrigerators, microwaves, and sleep number beds. Our stay was just great. Everything was the best possible. It has a great indoor water park, our granddaughter loved it. The hotel looked brand new. The breakfast has hot food not just cold ceral. We will go back just to take the grand kids to the water park.

Don't expect all the trappings of a luxury hotel, but for a place to stay it suited perfectly. Clean, nice service, and a good breakfast.

Overall this hotel should be rated more than a 2 star hotel. To start with, the continental breakfast was really good. It offered fruit, cold cereal, yogurt, bisquits, sausage, gravy and even waffles. But my husband said the gravy wasn't good. The water park was the big hit for us. Most enjoyable for the children. For the price of the room was fine nothing fancy just a place to sleep.

I'm really glad I chose this hotel for our stay in Knoxville. I would highly recommend this place if you are traveling with children but if you want to get sleep make sure you ask for a room far from the pool. My girls LOVED the pool and waterpark located inside the hotel. The only problem I had with the waterpark is that the water was freezing!!! But […] you could quickly jump in the heated pool to warm up. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The included breakfast has some hot items available, biscuits and gravy sausage and waffles. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Knoxville!!!!! Mehr

A great hotel, very clean and staff was extremely nice and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, good water pressure, and a great breakfast! Indoor pool and childrens water playground were very nice and clean. My only suggestion would be to have a mini fridge & microwave in every room. I would definetely stay again.

There are no refridgerators or microwaves in any of the rooms... Very disappointed when we arrived with children and no where to store food, which it states on this website that they are in every room. They did not try to help us in anyway... All they said was they are only in the two suites that they have sorry....

I'm a student and i was looking for a place to stay for the night and the price beat everything around it!

The room and hotel itself were fine. The swimming area has a waterpark playground in it, that's what drew us to it. But the swimming area was cold, considering it was indoor, and the water in the pools was pretty chilly too. The pool area is very noisy and any rooms that face it will hear loud noise from the waterpark part of it. Looks brand new, everything was top notch. only needs pictures on walls (looks little bland) and skirts on bottom of mattress and place would have been perfect. Will be back!

Very clean and very new Hotel. Only complaints would be the walls are kinda thin; had to listen to an amorous couple next door for a while. Also, there was no iron or ironing board in our room. If you want to iron your clothes, you need to go to the front desk and check out and iron and board. Hotel and rooms are non-smoking, but there were about a […] dozen cigarette burn marks on the lip of the bath tub. Mehr

Hotel finishing upgrades. This would be a GREAT place for a family because they have an indoor WATER Park. The only problem I had- stayed there for business trip. stayed back hall. Noises and voices echo off walls and penetrate to room. The hotel is elf was ok...It was unfinished. The gym was not finished and there was still details that needed to be taken care of. The Staff was horrible nobody wanted to do anything that wasn't in their department and the people in the correct department didn't have clue..... The stay was ok except for a minor glitch with the county turning off the water to the hotel for a couple of hours. We had just returned from the pool area and one of us was able to take a shower, but the minute I got ready to shower..........no water. The manager said nothing they could do about it because the county turned off the water to the hotel […] to fix a leak in the main near the hotel. Left for several hours, came back and the water was back on. Big plus was the room was very quiet. The a/c unit that served the room was especially quiet, had to put my had in front of the air vent to make sure it was running. Modest hot bar breakfast ( same every day ). The lady that keeps the breafast bar does an excellent job of keeping the food hot and fresh, the food bar was clean and the coffee better than most hotels. Heated pool was nice and so was the hot tub area. If I had small children the waterpark part would have entertained them for hours. They need to install more lighting around the hotel, some outside areas at night did not feel safe since it was very dark. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel. Mehr

If you are traveling with children, this is the hotel for you. The pool area was spectacular. Had a indoor pool and hot tub for the adults, and a mini waterpark for the kids. Plus the breakfast was pretty good. New rooms with great beds.

The water park in the center of the hotel was a lot of fun. Some parts were heated, and others were not. You may want to ask for a room as far as possible from the water park area if you're not an early-riser, because it is loud. Excellent hot breakfast offered.

Room Clean but The door leading to the next room had a 1/4 inch gap and you could see in the next room. The towels looked old and dingy. The toilet paper and kleenex were hard as a rock. Bed would have slept well if we could have slept for all the noise. The water park is very noisy and the walls are paper thin. People came in and out all night slaming […] the outside door. Mehr

The kids really enjoyed the indoor waterpark. However, I was really disappointed with the room. The facility is really a motel renovated into a hotel. This means the exterior room doors were just enclosed to make it a "hotel". The rooms were still the motel type room. For the price, it was overrated.

My grand kids loved the water park and pool. I enjoyed the hot tub alot. The hot breakfast was very nice. We really did enjoy our stay. Quality Inn really got it right for the kids. Way to go.

Nice hotel. Needs to add vent for the small bathrooms. Did not have microwave or small refrigerator for rooms like most hotels. Might even add a small couch for rooms with occasional picture on wall. appreciate the breakfast. very reasonable prices. would probably stay again in future.

What a nice looking place its a shame that our room was not maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful for directions. The room is another story. The toilet leaked from the bottom of the bowl and the bath tub squirted water all over the place. We stayed only one night!

I recommend your room right outside the waterpark.. very soothing sound.. reminded me of the ocean..

Everything was great at this hotel, except the beds weren't the most comfortable. They weren't horrible but i've definitely had more comfortable beds at a hotel before. Other than that, everyone was extremely nice and they even offered to open our room up early if we arrived before 3:00.

The staff was very friendly and very efficient. The hotel was new and super clean. However, there WERE problems. There was not an exercise center and there was not a business center. Both of these amenities were advertised on the Hotels.com website, but not at the hotel. I chose the hotel because of the exercise center and business center--neither […] of which were actually there. Also, the entrance to the hotel is tricky: There is only one way in, which is in the middle of a very busy block--no traffic light, no back entrance. Cedar Bluff Road is a very busy road and during the afternoons it is hard to get into the hotel and even harder to leave. It is practically impossible to exit to the left during ruch hours. Mehr

We were traveling on a long road trip with our three and one year olds. The room was clean. The waterpark was excellent for children our age. The staff was exceptional.

Water Park stays on till 10 PM, way too noisy. Ice machine only on first floor. No elevator. Won't stay there again
