Gute Lage, wenn man das Herz Berlins erkunden will. Modernes Design. Zimmer nicht groß, aber mit sehr guten Betten. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Zimmer zur Straße sind selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern etwas laut. Sehr gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr.

...die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, Stichwort: Schnarchender Nachbar. - Außerdem ist der Frühstückspreis recht hoch - und, noch ärgerlicher: WLAN ist im ganzen kostenpflichtig! Das macht den insgesamt günstigen Zimmerpreis fast zunichte.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden das Hotel weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht, ohne Verpflegung! Das Hotel, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, das Hotelzimmer inklusive Bad, nur zu empfehlen! Da wir ein Städtetrip gemacht haben, war für uns eine Verpflegung im Hotel uninteressant! Die Anbindung und Lage des Hotels war optimal, der neue Hauptbahnhof ist ebenfalls nicht weit weg und die U-Bahn […] ist 50m vom Hotel entfernt! Wir würden definitiv dort wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind. Mehr

Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, jedoch die Qualität sehr schlecht. Der Frühstücksraum war klimatisiert, ich empfand es als sehr unangenehm.

Sehr schönes neues Hotel, sauber, ruhig und ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station gelegen.

das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und liegt in recht guter Lage. Vor allem zum Flughafen dauert es lediglich 20 Minuten. Leider haben wir den Zeitpunkt schlecht erwischt, da bei unserem Aufenthalt die HEizung aufgrund der Kälte kaputt gegangen ist. Wir trafen so ein kaltes Zimmer an, wobei auch der Heizstrahler, der uns dann zur Verfügung gestellt […] wurde, irgendwann den Geist aufgab. Das ganze Hotel war eiskalt. Eine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung blieb aus. Insofern würden wir nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren. Dafür, dass es ein 4-Sternhotel ist, hätten wir uns mehr Service erwartet. Mehr

Sauberes Hotel mit schönen Zimmer in zentraler Lage in Berlin, U-Bahn Naturkundemuseum keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Service höflich und effizient. Zimmer mit Fenstern zur Chausseestrasse können trotz guter Lärmdämmung laut sein.

Das Hotel liegt nahe an der U-Bahn-Station, was sehr gut ist. Denn viele Strecken macht man am besten mit den ÖV. Die Zimmer sind wirklich total urban und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Boden ist Parkett/Laminat, was meiner Meinung nach sehr hygienisch ist. Einziger kleiner Nachteil, die Türe zwischen Schlafraum und Bad ist nur eine Schiebetüre. Sie […] verschliesst nicht wirklich. Könnte ein Nachteil sein, wenn man nicht mit dem Partner dort weilt. Sonst wirklich super und total weiterzuempfehlen. Mehr

Das Hotel wurde neu gebaut und hat dementsprechend eine schöne Ausstattung. Man erreicht vom Hotel aus mit der U-Bahn die Innenstadt und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell. Das Personal ist freundlich und kann nützliche Informationen abgeben.

Very nice. No complaints. Had to pay for breakfast and wifi and parking but that seems to be standard in Europe. Breakfast was exceptionally good, great variety and quality. Room was very nice as was Hotel. Front desk staff was friendly, helpfl and spoke good English. Could walk safetly from Hotel to major attractions. When I first arrived to the hotel I was a little put off by the surrounding area. Lots of construction going on and not much else, but the hotel was very nice and clean. Don't be discouraged! This hotel is a hidden gem! There's a U bahn right outside the door which is 2 stops away from a station that will connect you to any line in the area! So convenient, […] and since I was traveling alone I liked that I didn't have to walk to far to my hotel from the station after a night out. I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone! Mehr

Awesome location and very very comfortable. gym and sauna great plus. and the bed was massive!

Loved this hotel. First time I've stayed with Tryp - modern and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. I chose this hotel due to the excellent rate and location. Mitte is a great part of town and the hotel is about 10mins walk from Hauptbahnof, or a couple of stops on the underground from Freidrichstrasse. Recommended, I'd definitely stay here again […] next time i'm in berlin Mehr

Rooms are basic, but neat, clean and a good value for money. Service of the staff is very cooperative (we arrived 8 in the morning and our room was ready) and friendly. Location is a bit north of all the sites in Berlin, but near a subway station, so well accessible. I would really recommend this hotel.

The welcome and check-in process is very easy and well done. The rooms were very clean, well furnished and look as expected. The sauna was a nice touch, pitty they're missing a Jacuzzi on the terrace next to the sauna. On a more negative note, I find it a real pity that there is no free internet in the Lobby. T-HotSpot is available throughout the hotel […] (also in rooms with very good connection), but I think that in the Lobby it should be available for free to hotel customers (maybe with the request of a card or something). Also I found the breakfast expensive for the quality of the bacon that they cooked and the croissants. The breakfast is well furnished, but for that price (16EUR) you'd expect better bacon and croissants at least. Nevertheless I found it a great hotel to stay at, and (except for the breakfast) a good price/quality ratio. They also offer free luggage deposit for the day after your stay and you can pick it up anytime (it's a 24h reception). Mehr

Overall we had a nice stay, we got a room at the back which was free from most street noise, but the internal doors were very noisy, with an automatic door closer that banged the door closed. We didnt eat in the hotel once, we prefered to eat in the cafes, but 16 euro for breakfast is a tad high and i wouldnt have paid it anyway. The cleaners also […] forgot to top up our shower gel which ran out. My biggest complaint (and it seems common in germany) is the lack of free wifi anywhere in the hotel, i had to use a T-mobile hotspot in the lobby at a cost of 6euro an hour. Would stay again. Mehr

Hotelli on uusi, siisti ja moderni. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä. Voin ehdottomasti suositella! Aamupala ei kuulunut hintaan, mutta hotellilta sai kirjautumisen yhteydessä halutessaan lipukkeen, jolla aamupalan sai puoleen hintaan. Aamiainen oli ihan runsas. Hotelli sijaitsee "the metro rinkulan" sisäpuolella ja lähimmälle pysäkille on n. 100 […] m matka. Liikkuminen metrolla tuntui muutenkin helpoimmalta keinolta kaupungin keskustassa, vaikka asemat ja junat vanhoja ja kuluneita ovatkin, joten aseman läheisyys oli todella tärkeässä asemassa hotellissa viihtymisen kannalta. Hotellin lähialue oli hieman rähjäistä, kuten koko Berliini ylipäänsä. Metroaseman vieressä oli tupakanhajuinen pikkukiska, mutta korttelin päässä jo pari isompaa ruokakauppaa. Kebab ravintola oli lähellä, muuten pitää suunnistaa pidemmälle syömään. Baarikatu on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä! ;) Mehr

The Tryp Berlin Mitte offers very good value. It is conveniently located. It's staff is corteous and professional. Price is fair. Room is adequate and clean. I would certainly recommend it to family and friends!

I would recommend this hotel but make sure to ask for a room on the far side, away from the road. The traffic noise on my first night was very loud and kept me awake until the early hours. The staff were very helpful though, and agreed to move to a quieter room with no fuss. Helpful staff, good transport links and at a decennt price.

The room was very nice for the price. The hotel is brand new and has great amenities. Overall location wasn't the greatest but it was only a 1 minute walk from the Metro Station, which made it easy to get to the touristy spots. We didn't try the breakfast because it was is EXTREMELY expensive! S-Bahn station that was two stops down on the Metro had […] plenty of breakfast options. Mehr

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. It is right beside a U-Bhan station so very easy to get around. Neighbourhood was fantastic with some great local restaurants and bars. Room was very stylish as the hotel is new. There are a few points that could annoy others who are thinking of staying here: There is no tea/coffee facility in the room We […] could not get the aircon to work and the room was hot even though it wasn't summer when we visited. I'll be honest, i booked the Tryp Mitte because my method of booking hotels in Cities ive never been to before is to look as close to the main train station as possible, within my price range and then guestimate by reviews. I hadnt really realised that Berlin is quite different in that the main train station for the entire city, is actually a little […] bit further out the way than in other major cities - its on the north side of the city. Therefore, this hotel, which was 15 minutes walk away (not awful by any manner of means but difficult with a lot of bags and a tired girlfriend) might have passed me by if i had known what i was doing. It is also just one street over into the old east side of Berlin, which had i known, might have been intimidating too - but please dont let that bother you. The Mitte area is undergoing a fine regeneration and there are government buildings and suchforth around so its not in any way intimidating. Im not going to lie and say theres much to do around the hotel's surrounding neighbourhood - but it is very well connected as there is a subway station not 2 minutes from the hotel. The hotel itself is a pure gem. The shower was amazing - ive never felt so clean in my life - the bed was modern and comfortable and the whole place was just incredibly classy. It was definitely worth the money paid; you would have to pay probably double this for a hotel in a more central location - which is completely ridiculous given you're only an 8 minute metro ride away from the Brandenburg Gate, for example. This for me is the place's main selling point - so dont be intimidated and do it and enjoy. Breakfast was a little pricey, but it was a full buffet which effectively meant i was able to avoid buying a pricey lunch out somewhere so probably worth it overall. a brand new hotel right next to the tube station, mins aways to main shopping area and sight seeing points. reasonable rooms size and very clean. highly recommended and certainly would come to stay again with the great price offer in hotel.com

Brand new hotel, very clean & contemporary. Good rates and facilities. Decent sized, well appointed rooms and en-suite. Close to subway and centre yet quiet and peaceful rooms.

The hotel is very modern is close to the main area of Berlin, only 3 subway stops away. In the walking distance, one can reach the commercialized Oranienburger Strasse. The hotel itself had a friendly staff. Although the wi-fi is available, it is not included. The price is about 20 euro for 600 minutes. The hotel is new and spotless, located right between two subway stops. Unfortunately the room was overheated all night and made for uncomfortable sleep. Also, my room was on the street side and the sound of the overground took getting used to. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Got this hotel at an exceptionally good rate for a 5 night stay. Was offered a special deal on breakfasts on check-in, but declined as we wanted to experience breakfast in different places in Berlin. Some other comments talk about the distance of the hotel from the city centre. Didn't find this a problem at all. It's no more than a 10 minute walk from […] streets full of restaurants and stores and there are some also in the vicinity of the hotel. Also, a 15 minute walk to the east will get you to the Berlin Wall memorial. Was not crazy about what they defined as a double bed - two singles pushed together, not linked. I used the gym a few times. It is small but, as no one else was using it at the time, this was not a problem. However, the sauna always seemed to be turned off when I was there. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side but no more than you'd expect in any hotel. Overall, this is a pretty good hotel, staff were very obliging and the rates are good. Mehr

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. The room was modern and spacious. This is a new property and it has been well maintained. Staff was very accomodating and while it was not in the center of it all it was only several blocks away to the tube station and 15 minutes from the river. We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and the location is perfect for sightseeing. The hotel is very close to underground and tramway stations.

the very new hotel rooms were uncluttered, clean ,warm and the beds were comfortable, the showers were good too- plenty of hot water. Check -in Staff were friendly and the u-bahn stop Naturkundermuseum was easy to access. the Hautbahnhof is a 15 minutes walk away and the Contemporary museum (Hamburger banhof)is also within walking distance. there were […] a few breakfast cafes around that you could have a good breakfast for 5euro. we managed to book the hotel at a very low rate and therefore it was very good value.
