Die Superior Suite, die wir hatten war sehr komfortabel, hatte eine zweckmässig eingerichtete Küche, die Betten waren komfortabel und haben uns 4 Personen gut Platz gegeben. Modernes und neues Hotel, in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Yachthafens von Nizza. Vom Hotel aus hat man sehr gute Möglichkeiten mit dem Auto, Bahn oder anderen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region schnell und bequem zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage ist nur bedingt empfehlenswert (keine SUV, Vans oder tiefe Sportwagen), da die Einfahrt […] extrem eng ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war unser Zimmer schon verwohnt, bzw. nicht besonders sauber! Ein paar Makel hatte es zudem auch noch, die zwar nicht besonders aufgefallen sind und auch nicht störten, allerdings den Eindruck gaben, dass beim Bau des Hotels geschlammt wurde (z.B. wackelige Steckdose, lose Fliesen). Alles eigentlich i.o. jedoch was nicht gut war.Auf Voucher war vermerkt, alle gäste erhalten gratis frühstück,am schluss wollte man uns 15 euro pro person belasten.Frühstück nichts besonderes ,keine warme speisen, am ersten tag nicht einmal brot,nur toast.Interessant ,in grenoble, gleiches hotel frühstück ohne problem inbgegriffen.Zimmerservice nur […] jeden 2.Tag, das heisst es wird nicht gereinigt.Einrichtung gut mit Küche microwelle usw. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb aber mit dem Tram oder zu Fuss ist man schnell im Zentrum. Neben dem Hotel liegt ein Einkaufszentrum und ein MC Donald. Dies ist nützlich, da dass Hotel nur Frühstück anbietet. Es hat aber auch div. Restaurants in der Nähe wo man etwas essen kann. Wir hatten eine Suite, die war super modern und wie neu. - Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis - neues Apartment-Hotel, Top-Komfort - obwohl nicht direkt im Zentrum, trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen - angenehmes Quartier mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - verdient mindestens 4* (im Vergleich zu anderen gleichrangigen Hotels in Nice) Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt im HiPark!!

Wir haben Mitte Juli eine Woche im Hipark verbracht und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es ist sehr modern und sauber, allerdings muss ich auch sagen, dass an manchen Stellen ein wenig gefuscht wurde (Bleistiftstriche an den Fliesen noch sichtbar, Fugen wurden nicht richtig gefüllt, Laminatboden gibt nach, Treppe am Pool ist locker). Das ist schade […] und trotz alle dem kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Denn es gibt auch einiges Positives. Es ist schön eingerichtet, gepflegt, freundliches Personal, gratis Internetzugang, kleinen aber feinen Pool auf dem Dach und super cool, dass man im Zimmer am Flachbildfernseher die Möglichkeit hat einen Film/DVD auszuwählen. Good location, 5-7 mins walk from Port, Old Town, Promenade, Train Station. Location has neighborhood ambiance surrounded by shops and local restaurants. Nice walk into old town following tram route, wouldn't be bothered even getting tram as so close and lots of shops en route so enjoyable. Hotel negatives were no wifi in rooms and no bar at hotel for […] a night cap or whilst using lobby wifi, otherwise clean, fresh hotel with modern decoration and bright rooms. Mehr

Sounds bad, but in general quite good hotel. Big room (suite) and fresh interior. Some strange details (like showering makes floor flooded), causing minuses. Internet connection free, but no wi-fi. Small, but OK gym. Parking in building with direct elevator!! No cork screw in room, and that night (!) also no available in recepion, but we killed a cockroach […] in the kitchen cupboard. Nice area between hotel and sea. Big shopping centre across the street. Some good restaurants nearby (e.g. Restaurant tapas ALTO), tram or walking distance to old town and city centre. Mehr

The pleasant efficient welcome set the scene for a pleasant welcoming stay.... This is a great place to stay especially with children. Not "flash" but smart, clean and comfortable... Excellent value! Slightly away from the centre and the old city and restaurants but with the excellent transport system and and ease of getting around the quality and value […] of the accommodation made it worth the effort... Spent a week at HiPark on business. Very modern, beautifully done rooms - "to a high specification" as they'd say in England. The photos on the site do not do them justice. Fast, cabled internet (no WiFi - cable supplied at check in). The rooms are very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Definately my first choice for my next stay in Nice.

Nice hotel with a good location, especially if the beach is not your main priority. Friendly staff who knows the neighbourhood well, and gives great tips of what to see and where to eat. The rooms are not cleaned every day, but often enough. Our room was quite small and had a sofa bed, which was ok and could have been nicer. The hotel is modern, beautiful and everything works just like they should. The room was nicely decorated and CLEAN. They only clean the rooms once in two days but that was no problem to us. Nearby (10 min walk) there is the Riquier railway station where all the trains to Monaco, some trains to Cannes and airport buses depart. Perfect - couldn't be more […] satisfied! The only minus was the location in relation to the city centre. Although the old town is just a short walk away, the city center is farther and takes about 20min to walk there. The hotel was lovely but I was disappointed that the pool and terrace wereclosed without being told in advance, not until after hot day of sightseeing. The reason I picked this hotel was the terrace as it was a long walk to the beach.If I had known I would have booked a hotel nearer to beach etc.

We were very happy with the hotel. Big room, with comfortable bed, small but efficient kitchenette. Staff very helpful, speaking English, always there to serve. The hotel is situated a walking distance from the Port. We were glad that it was not very close to the busy city center. Pleasant surrounding (park near by), not far from the train station (good […] for train trips to Monaco or Cannes), great french restaurant round the corner (we've spend the fortune in there;)). Hotel was great, we had booked the studio which was great as we had our own fridge, microwave etc. Only annoyance was you had to purchase a cloth, dishwashing liquid etc and the reception. Good location easy tram journey into the centre. Trams trains and buses very cheap, taxi from the airport a rip off 40 euro for less than a 10 minute journey, should […] have got the bus ! Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We loved Nice and would go back again and to this hotel. One other thing the staff dont change the towels, bedding etc you have to pay if you want that done! Mehr

We had a fantastic stay at the Hipark, we stopped 4 nights altogether. Great location, 2 streets down from the tram stop, 10 minutes walk to the old town, same to the beach. Lovely studio, we had a superior studio. Everything we needed. Staff were helpful. All the hotel was beautifully decorated. Would recommend.

The hotel is nice overall but is far from all attractions. It is close to train that can take you to near the water & old town. There is a shopping mall with a pharmacy & a supermarket across the street from the hotel. It is a modern & clean hotel at a good price but our room had many stains on the carpet making it look nasty. the mattress is very uncomfortable. […] The parking garage is hard to use. Great hotel- okay walk to the old town, but really great because it has the grocery store right across the street. Wasn't a big fan of the way the hotel schedules cleaning service- if you want them to even take your garbage out more than once a week they will try to charge you. Extremely comfortable stay. We were upgraded from an executive to a deluxe suite which was nice allowing us more space (additional bedroom) to spread. The decor was clean, and although furnishings were somewhat minimalistic they were extremely functional. Kitchennette was well maintained with quality electrics. As for the location within 5 minutes of […] the both the tram stop to the centre( 5 mins on tram) and Nice Riquer train station which was suitable for all visits. The overall stay was a pleasant one, on arrival we were greeted by Nicholas who was on duty, very welcoming and informative, he was very helpful throughtout our stay, he made our requested reservations to restaurants. The location of the hotel was not close to the beach but was a pleasant walk and a two stop tram ride away. This gave us the opportunity […] to take in the local neighbourhood and observe the local shops and everyday life. Near the hotel are two amazing restaurants. Au Moulin Enchante and L'Esprit Gourmand, authentic cooking, homemade. We will definately go back to the Hipark Rseidence. Mehr

I like the kitchen so that we can cook some vegetables. and the location is convenient to a Carrefour just opposite the road.

Great hotel. The only issue we had was no wi-fi in the rooms. The lobby got a little crowded with everyone trying to use their wi-fi devices. Honestly, we weren't in town to use our computers though!

When we first arrived we realized there was no parking close by so we had to park in the middle of the street while we transported our bags into the hotel. The hotel attendent was very helpful and assisted with our bags. While waiting for my friend to park the car (at a garage down the street)I looked through a brochure for the hotel and they had black […] marked over the air conditioning and climate control. I asked the guy at the desk if they had air conditioning and he said it broke. We got up to the room and temperature was uncomfortably HOT. So we opened the window on put a fan they had provided in front of it. Luckily it was chilly outside and it cooled down the room quickly. The problem was it was little loud with street noise, train, and bar located next door. Once the room cooled down we were able to shut the window and rested well. The next day we wanted to take a nap during the day but the heat was uncomfortable. Overall the room was very nice, new, clean, and the service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel as long as you don't plan on sleeping during the day! Mehr

It is a new hotel. The rooms are very nicely done up and the overall hotel is well designed. The location is good and is very close the tram and the train stations. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative is that they are maybe understaffed. It takes 5-10 minutes of wait to speak to anyone.

This hotel is clean and contemporary. The staff are great and the room was lovely. We walked to the waterfront and shops. Loved having the laundry

Hotel was very modern and clean One receptionist was very nice and spoke very good English; others spoke little English Decor was perhaps a little too modern in the way that it looked fab but was a bit impractical e.g. we kept bumping our heads on the huge bulbous lights hanging from the ceiling to midway down the room, the shower and sinks were too […] stylish and not practical enough The beds were very comfy and even though we were on quite a busy street our room was quiet and our curtains helped to block out light, for a peaceful sleep However the area of the hotel was not as nice as other parts of Nice (no pun intended). It seemed to be poorer and we saw several tramps and drunks walking around. It was much further away from Vieux Nice and Promenade des Anglais than we anticipated although one good thing was that it was close to (one street away from) Nice Riqiuer train station, and the tram service was also basically at the end of the street towards the "Acropolis". This helped us to get round much more easily than we would have if we'd had to walk everywhere. There were restaurants and cafes close by but most of the action was a tram ride away in Vieux Nice. It was right opposite Carrefour and a large shopping centre which was nice for a browse and handy for buying groceries. We had a small Smeg cooking hob, a microwave, etc so you could rustle up a decent bit of food, something we recommend because eating and drinking out is very expensive. Utensils were provided and there was a fridge and storage cupboards etc. Rooms are cleaned once every 2 days which wasnt great for us - we would have liked to at least see our bins emptied every day. Dont bother with breakfast - its just a small table of e.g. cheese and salami, only provided for French tastes. And its expensive. Go opposite to the Carrefour to get your own cereal, milk, bread, eggs, etc. Pool was basically a "pond". It was just like a 3m by 3m thing for cooling off in if the weather was hot. Which it wasnt. Fantastic apartment/hotel in Nice. High standard, would have thought it should be given more than 3*. excellent location for supermarket and within walking distance (and near tram line) for the sea and main shopping area. Also handy for the train station and airport bus. would definately stay there again.

Nice modern looking rooms were quite welcoming. The staff is pleasant and tries to help (once you get your turn in the queue). The nespresso 1 EUR coffees were also a nice convenience. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get to try the laundry, gym or breakfast facilities. Staying in late April, our major discomfort was the absence of air conditioning in […] the rooms (the hotel said the cooling only started in May). There were only 3 fans which were all lent out to other guests. Towels and pillows were limited to two for the room and hard to get more. In summary, a nice modern place to stay at a decent location, but some improvements would help. Mehr

The rooms are very nice new modern and clean more like a 4 STAR,we stayed in room 101 good size room for a family of 4 with a large terrace and a quiet room over looking the court yard,we would stay there again if visting nice again,the maid only came once during our stay of 7 nights but there are plenty of towels from reception if needed,also a large […] supermarket is opposite if needed,you are ten minutes walk to the old town and about 20 minutes to the new town, there is a tram which runs every 1o minutes 1euro each person each way,the only down side of the holiday is the amount of dog poo on the pavements which they do not clear away,otherwise nice,cannes montocarlo are very nice would recommend going. Very friendly staff. Arrived late at night and initially given unsuitable room. Quickly sorted out next morning. Overall a great stay, close to all amenities in old town. Restaurants and food great. People friendly and helpful.

Up to date rooms with a lot of services for a 3 star hotel. Parking available, for a price, under building. Shopping centre across the road. Short tram ride to city centre. Only small problem we found was the aging hi-tech element of hotel- needing a card for elevator and getting it to work was slightly annoying by end of stay. Staff more than happy […] to help. Mehr

Had a great time. Staff was very friendly and it was only about a 15 minute walk, or 4 minute tram ride to the promenade.

hotel/residence di recentissima costruzione, moderno anche negli arredamenti, camere che sono mini-appartamenti con possibilità di avere la colazione (abbondante e abbastanza varia), pulito, a 100 mt dalla fermata del tram che porta nella città vecchia e di fronte a un centro commerciale con Carrefour e McDonald's (che consente di risparmiare cucinandosi […] i pasti da soli - c'è una mini-cucina ma completa di tutto, anche microonde, lavastoviglie e piano a induzione). Nya, fräscha, välutrustade lägenheter i Nice. Hotellet ligger ca 1 km norr om Place Garibaldi, tar ca 15 miniuter att gå till "Gamla Stan". Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hipark är ett mycket prisvärt hotell. Det är nytt och fräscht - italienskt, snarare än franskt. Personalen trevlig, hjälpsam och pratar engelska. Nackdelen är att det ligger i Nice, som trots allt är förhållandevis sunkigt. Bra ställe att ha som bas under Rivieranvistelsen dock. Nära till tåg- och busstation. Rummets hotell funkade bra, men en bra […] kniv saknades. Förslagsvis: ta med detta. 1 euro per natt och person tillkommer i lokal skatt. Mehr

Veramente un piacere trovare un albergo nuovo, moderno, pulito, efficente, in una location strategica di fronte ad un grande centro commerciale.

hotel design, chambres sympa , bonne literie, mais salle de bain trop petite pour 4 personnes, dommage....... Parking difficile d'accès avec une grosse voiture et en supplément, devraient l'inclure dans le tarif car impossible de se garer ailleurs Petit dejeuner trop cher vu les prestations!
