An impressive ex-military building, with high windows and more space than expected. Facilities all appeared well kept, and quite new. Spacious, generally clean, and comfortable. Excellent price. Only slight negative is a 25 min walk in to town centre.

We were very pleased to be guests at the Hotel. The staff were particularly helpful and the suite was most comfortable and clean. We will certainly stay again at the same hotel.

Good for visiting champagne houses in Pierry - close enough to walk. Takes 30mins to walk back into central Epernay. Hotel very very difficult to find - rue Bonal not on Tom Tom - you need to phone for directions / post code. Great building, comfortable but not well equipped. Thin towels, has a kitchenette but no kettle, saucepan, cups etc.

Two tired families arriving after more than 1000 km car drive. We check in and get one room per family. No cleaning, un-made beds with parts of last customer still there (hairs). Bluaah! We complain and get another room - same thing!!! The third room (per family!!!) they offer are cleant in 5 minutes but no change of towels or bed linen!!!! Hallo, who […] do you think we are?? After a long discussion we get to talk to the manager and another hotel is arranged for us after we been forced to ask them if they want us to call the police!! Never prepay to this bad hotel, don't even go near it. Mehr

Difficult to find, area still under development. Tried to put us into a double room, when we had specifically requested twin. Absolutely no china, glasses or cultlery. If you buy a microwave meal how are you supposed to eat it with no knife or fork? If you buy a bottle of champagne how are you supposed to drink it with no glass of any size,shape!!? […] No cereal bowls for breakfast, no spoons! No cups etc. Beds good, but the only thing! Mehr

Hotel was clean and modern, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We travelled with our dog and had a great time. I have no hesitation recommending the Comfort Inn suites Epernay / Champagne to others.

fully equipped kitchen.... friendly staffs.... great breakfast.... everything was great here!!! I made one day reservation, but i stayed 2days...

We stayed at this hotel twice, one night each two weeks apart. It was reasonably convenient for a stopover while driving the length of France. Night one was ok, and as you would expect for a 2* hotel. Night 2 was awful. A number of broken things in the room, we asked reception 3 times to rectify various things. To no avail!!! The guy was on his own […] and had a big tour party to deal with! No service what so ever! Probably the worst thing though was that the room was located adjacent to fire doors in the corridor. These were so noisy, we were woken many times in the night. They need an upgrade on these. On check out we reeled off all the problems in the room and the lack of service and action. They didn't charge us but to be honest I'd rather have had a good nights sleep! Never again. Its a shame, the place looks as though it has so much potential. Mehr

Hotel is about 2Km from the Avenue de Champagne and appears to be very new. Only a short hop over from hotel to the touristy area and away from the noise. Gorgeous view of the surrounding vineyards from hotel room. Desk clerk spoke excellent English and was very friendly. Would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Average hotel/rooms, very basic but clean and comfortable. Wouldn't be rushing back but did the job. Staff friendly

Good hotel, suite environment with minifridge. Nice breakfast available. Only downside was that we didnt have a car, so taxis back and forth from the city center/train station were ~10euro a pop.

Impossible to find as the street is not yet listed on GPS. Local had to drive around to show us where it was. Only positive is very quiet. Bathroom is minimalist, no cups for coffee,bed and pillow hard, walls thin.

you are pretty far away from town. you need a car or take taxis. Staff is young & not super helpful. I expect more Service than that. When you ask about things locally they should be able to find out & help you. We just got the "i don't know"...

For the price its great, no bells and whistles. Had a stand up shower, which is a plus for us. Enjoyed it. Nothing fancy, great location for restaurants and wineries.

Difficult to find, even with a Tom-Tom. Staff all very helpful. Although self-catering very little kitchen equipment ie no cups, plates cutlery of any description, saucepans etc. Bring your own corkscrew too ! We would stay there again because we had taken equipment after reading an earlier review, and the place is newand nice.

Great Hotel, ideal if driving as you are very close to all the caves and producers, not much else in the town but as a base it is ideal for day trips. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, bring some of your own cutlery and plates and do your own food, cheaper and easier.....

Its a great place to stay. The rooms were huge compared to anything that I've ever experienced in France! Its a great location - just a little far from the center of town (~2 km). If you stay here make sure to have a car - but it truly is a great place to stay at while in Epernay.

Bel hôtel, simplement pas très facile à s'y rendre à cause des travaux , sinon très bon service hôtelier et chambre très propre donc pleinement satisfait. De fortes chances que je revienne y séjourner surtout si j'ai de nouveau le même tarif que j'ai eu via internet. Bonne continuation .

alles was zeer oké! lekker ontbijt ,zeer rustig om te slapen,ruime kamers vriendelijk personeel. we komen zeker nog terug naar dit hotel.

De kamer was heel net en heel ruim. Het personeel aan de balie was niet vriendelijk. Er waren maar voor 2 personen badbenodigdheden terwijl wij voor 3 personen geboekt hadden. Een heel rustige ligging. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Champagnestreek.

Enkelt hotell. Ca.7-8 euro taxi til sentrum. God størrelse på rom. Rent og greit. Enkel god frokost. Kan anbefales om man ikke stiller altfor høye krav.

Keurige kamer met pantry (maar geen kookgerei), apart halletje dus dubbele deur naar de gang waardoor geen geluidsoverlast. Enorme badkamer met ligbad. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de champagnehuizen en een tripje naar het circa 25 km noordelijker gelegen Reims. beslist value for money.

Good, clean spacious rooms. Own kitchen, but no pots and pans or plates! The staff was kind and loan us some cutlery and plates. Lidl is close, so you may shop your own breakfast. Hotel is far from center, but if you with a car, it is a perfect location. Good value!

Svårt att hitta, hotellet var nytt även för ortsbor. Väl där var det fint, blir säkert bra när det fått etablera sig.

Vanhat kasarmit muutettu onnistuneesti asialliseksi ja siistiksi hotelliksi. Kannattaa etukäteen testata, löytääkö navigaattori kohteen. Google tai Garmin ei tunnista, joten kannattaa katsoa joku lähikatu ja sen avulla suunnistaa perille.

Het hotel is wel netjes, maar ligt wat ver van het centrum. Leuke uitvalbasis voor de Champagnestreek. Wij hebben alleen geslapen in het hotel. Jammer dat je 's avonds niet even iets kunt drinken aan de bar. Ontbijtbuffet was simpel maar voldoende. Kamers waren netjes en schoon.

Hotel tres difficile a trouver, chambre sans aucun charmes. Nous n'avions ni internet, ni la TV. Meme apres l avoir signalé a la reception (ou figure un panneau expliquant que tous les problemes seront rapidement resolus) personne n'est jamais venu s'en occuper de tout le week end. Au petit dejeuner pas de couverts, pas de plateaux...et machine a café […] HS. Pas de reaction du personnel meme apres plusieurs reclamations, nous annulons donc (comme beaucoup d autres personnes) notre petit dejeuner. Au depart on veut nous faire repayer une chambre deja reglée sur internet car ils ne trouvent pas notre dossier pour verifier!!!! notre seul souci pendant notre séjour a été que la salle de bain était mal chauffé mais mis à part de cela tout s'est bien passé.

très bien accueille sympathique, chambre agréable juste un peu dure à trouver l’hôtel
