Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 31. Jan. 2013Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal beim Check In. Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung. Um diese Jahreszeit waren nicht viele Gäste da. Trotzdem dachten wohl einige Zimmernachbarn, sie seien allein. Das hat man bei den "Wänden" natürlich gehört. Der Indoor Poolbereich sollte mal technisch überprüft werden. über die Umgebung kann ich nicht viel sagen, da keine Zeit. Supermarkt ist aber gleich gegenüber. Weiterempfehlung.

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind die Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet, was sehr praktisch ist, da sich im Hotel und in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Restaurants befinden. Wenn man länger bleiben möchte, sollte man auf jeden Fall ein Auto haben, um in die Stadt und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. zu gelangen.

"zu weit außerhalb von Albuquerque"
im Großen und Ganzen waren wir ganz zufrieden, auch wenn das Hotel doch relativ weit weg von Albuquerque liegt (ca. 5-6 Meilen). Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön, auch der Pool. Rezeption war sehr nett. Betten sind sehr bequem, schönes Bad und alles sehr sauber. Allerdings sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmernachbar hatte die ganze Nacht herumgeschrien […] bzw. mit seiner Frau (?) gestritten, sodass man nicht schlafen konnte. Ich denke, dass es auch an dem Casino liegt, dass das Niveau in diesem Hardrock-Hotel nicht so ist wie z.B. in dem in San Diego. Wenn man Albuquerque besichtigen möchte, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten ganz schön und interessant. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

We got room 501 and it is right infront of the exit door and it was so loud all night long and early morning. Woke me up several times. The pillows are a bit too flat. Not a comfortable sleep at all. Check in was easy. We arrived 2 hrs before check in but they accommodated us and we had a clean and comfortable room, the king delux room. They have a nice selection of restaurants in the hotel from a variety of price points. The casino is well separated from the hotel. Our room itself was clean and inviting. "Hard Rock needs an update!"
The hotel looks great from the outside and the staff if friendly. However, the rooms in the hotel are really dated. The scratched up furniture and old ugly carpet needs to go. "Great place, but a little smoky"

"Only stayed here because the event was there"
Not much there - only stayed here because the event we were attending was there. I sure hope next year is at a different location. The hotel is way, way south of Albuquerque. "Close to Highway......easy to get around."
I was very skeptical about staying at this hotel unseen. Once I arrived, all my reservations were put to rest. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, & had a great view from the balcony. We ate at 4 of the restaurants at the hotel. The steak house you take the elevator up to was great, as well as the restaurant next to the […] buffet. But the buffet left a lot to be desired. There was another place we ate at inside the casino (like a snack bar) on the right, I can't remember the name, but they served tacos, nachos, & such. It was also pretty good. "Bad choice"
Very disappointed with everything about this hotel. I expected a nice executive suite room with at least some coffee maker, 2 bath robes, water bottles, or fridge inside the room. The hotel representative was not willing to accommodate anything i requested. I paid way too much and will never stay at this hotel again.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"The terrible hotel"
To far out from town, cost to much. Food was not great, it was not hot. Rooms where not sound proofed enough. You could here the ones in the room next to you and going down the hall. Want stay there again.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Hard Rock stay"
Enjoyed the stay overall. With a few tweeks it culd have been a "Great" stay; ie, robes for two rather than one, smell of smoke was strong and room service was slow.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

I think the Hard Rock owners have little or no regard for the hotel portion of their hotel-casino. For example, the have no towel bars in the lavatory section of the bathroom, and in the separate commode area they have no hooks, bars, stands--or anything (upon which to place something). "Hardrock Hotel in Albuquerque"
Awesome stay at this hotel. Conveniently located off of Interstate 25 just south of Albuquerque. Pleasant and helpful staff along with a very clean hotel with a well lit parking area. At least two restaurants, a Starbucks, and several shops located next to lobby......and of course, the casino. The only thing that was wrong with the hotel was a loose […] toilet seat! "Worth the money"
Check in was slow and clerk was neither helpful nor knowledgeable about local activities. I was told there was no Concierge so we were referred to the Valet who seemed annoyed at our questions. It turned out the waitress in the restaurant was the most helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious though we were in a very noisy hall. "It a Casino Hotel not a Silent Night Hotel"
This is a nice hotel if you are ok with the gambling crowd. These folks are up at all hours of the night talking load in the hallways and having fun. If you're looking for a silent night's sleep, you should probably look elsewhere. The hotel was very clean and roomy. "Great place to stay if you don't mind the smoke..."
We stayed at the Hardrock, because it was near the balloon festival. Our rooms were great and the bingo and poker room were really nicely run. I would've rate this a 5 if it weren't for the poor ventilation of the smoke. Anybody with a breathing problem should stay away.Authentische Expedia-Gästebewertung

"Not a 5 star hotel by any means"
Hard to get anyone to answer at the front desk, but when they do they take care of you, forget the valet service they are non existent, no one even offered to help with our bags when we pulled up, actually no one was there....this is no 5 star hotel, casino is full of cigarette smoke...terrible, get some smoke eaters guys!!!!..the one in Vegas is way […] better.....
