Fallsview Lodge - Niagara Falls

This is the second time i have stayed here. it is at the perfect location and it is cheap for a getaway. From the outside it doesnt look great, but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.

The service at this hotel is very very bad. The workers are not friendly. You are expected to find your way around. People can see through your room because the curtain isn’t long enough. There is no sign as to where the reception is. Your room is right from outside so there is no privacy or safety. People working by will know if there is someone in […] the room. The room is not inside a building. There are flies in the breakfast room. Shower curtains were rusted at the bottom. Just horrible. Mehr

The Logde Inn was "Meh!" We had jacuzzi's in our room... not very exciting, really loud jets you could hear from other rooms and took a long time to fill up. The hallway carpets we disgustinglt filthy. The bed spreads had burn holes in them and everyroom did not have the same items. Our t.v was smallwith all of 4 random channel, we did not have a […] clock , another room did not have a garbage can. There was no information in the room about the inn or how to contact the front desk. The pool in the hotel across the parking lot was good but the hot tub was dirty it had brown filth in the bubbles. The fitness room has 3 pieces of equipment. The "free" breakfast is self serve with minimal seating but ok since it is included. You also have to pay for parking which sucks. Overall it was "meh" it served its purpose we needed a place to sleep! Ok experience but we would not return. Mehr

Very dirty.

It is a bit confusing to find the office, because it is at the inn next door with a different name. The "lodge" is in a bit of disrepair and it seems to be under the management of the hotel next door. The night staff there is not particularly friendly, but day staff is very accomodating. it was the best honeymoon ever

We went with 8 people in the group-a litle family getaway-We were never told about the parking fee-we had 2 cars- $8.00per car per night-so $32.00 extra just to park the cars. This part of the hotel was not joined to the main part so we had to walk across the parking lot, free breakfast but not enough places to sit and we couldn't take the food back […] to the room, so we had to stand and eat. Very noisey from the room, heard everything. In the middle of the night the room upstairs wouldl flush the toilet and make a vey load sound. The door was very hard to open and shut, the coffee maker was dirty, the toilet was hard to flush, and to top it all off we got woke up to water dripping in the bathroom so we couldn't use it. Water was overflowing from the room up above us!!!! Mehr

We arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm. First thought was no way is my family staying here!!! We checked out the rooms anyways, the first one they gave us was not even clean, unmade beds, dirt on floor and dirty bathroom. They gave us another room, we looked at it, same condition!!! We ended up getting a room at the Baymont, which is a beautiful hotel which […] for some reason also runs this dive of a hotel. We were given a room with 2 king size beds and a fireplace, for the price we paid for the crappy room. Mehr

it was very difficult to locate the office to check in as is located in an other adjacent hotel chain

We went to another hotel despite the fact that our room was already paid for and non-refundable.

We were close to all the things we wanted to do..Next time we will have to try there hotel next door,looks newer...

I stayed at this motel with my brother, his girlfriend, my niece, and my infant son. Safety was a HUGE concern. After we had complained about the lack of a functioning dead bolt in our room, they moved us to another room that was in the same condition. We complaned again and requested a room with a functioning dead bolt. The employee stated, "I don't […] think we have dead bolts. If you've been in two rooms that don't have any then we probably just don't have dead bolts in our rooms". Unacceptable! I have a new baby and I'm not about to endanger his safety. I asked to see a third room, which fnally had a dead bolt. We noticed the ceiling was caving in in the bathroom upon our arriving in the room but figured you win some and you lose some. We would just be careful in the washroom. We ended up staying in this room with no issues the first night. The next evening, we noticed that the bathroom ceiling had started leaking REALLY BADLY. I called the front desk and informed them of the situation, the employee sighed and said, "I'm sending someone over from housekeeping to take a look at it". In the end they ended up moving us AGAIN. We moved to a room that was immensely better than the first few we'd seen. Squeeky wheel gets the grease I guess. It was a very unkempt hmotel with very bad service, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Mehr

당초 예약한 호텔에 갔는데...너무 지저분하고 냄새가 나서..안의 잠금장치도 부러져 있어서.. 호텔데스크에 항의하여...호텔자체를 바꾸었습니다.. 지금까지 여행을 많이 다녔지만 그런 호텔은 처음이었습니다.. 다행인것은 위의 호텔과 프론트데스크를 같이 사용하는 Baymont Inn & Suites 라는 호텔인데 약 20C$를 더주고 호텔자체를 변경했습니다.. 이렇게 변경하지 않았으면 최악의 여행이 될뻔했습니다. 위의 호텔은 이용하지 마세요...절대로

Het appartement hoorde bij een hotel. Er was dus niemand aanwezig voor in te schrijven. Later kwamen we erachter dat het dus bij het naastliggende hotel moest. De buitenkant van het gebouw zag er heel armoedig uit. Kamers zijn wel netjes en locatie is goed. Je had ontbijt in het hotel en de receptie was heel vriendelijke en behulpzaam.
