Large room, great balcony, great location for walks to the beach and town. Plenty of choices for day excursions.

This was a last minute break, the hotel staff were very helpful,when you asked them anything they always assisted, the rooms are a bit dated, not that child friendly in a way that the furniture,is made of glass and iron in the lounge area, kitchen ok , but we did not really use this as breakfast included and ate out other times, the only thing which […] we were not happy about was we had to pay 10Euros a night for a cot, which was a bit steep, never had to pay for a cot before on any holiday and there was nothing on the hotels.com website to say this, but had no choice but to pay, so the room may have been a good price but had to add on 40.00 Euros !!! room was not ready either when we arrived and this was at 16.00, had to wait a while and when you have 2 young children not ideal.The breakfast was ok. the surrounding area was nice, right near the sea. All in all a nice break lots of sunshine and warm for the time of year. Mehr

Hotel is located in a excellent area close to a local supermarket store which is really convenient. The rooms was really clean and well furnished. Overall excellent stay and exceeded my expectations

I really enjoyed my stay and would use it again

Came back again and stayed at the Sultan it was as I had anticipated clean, spacious and close to the promenade. will return

Fabulous Hotel, great location and friendly staff. Indoor facilities were superb. Very warm, salt water, indoor pool was perfect for the days we had cold weather. We swam every day. Rooms had plenty of space for the 4 of us and the dishwasher was a nice touch too. Thanks. Would definitely stay again.

It is in great location to beach but area very quiet at night wouldnt like to walk back to hotel on my own. rooms are so large and balcony even larger , request one facing pool you will get evening sun, pool area shaded by large trees only gets sun in pm. rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels . no bar activity very quiet.

We traveled with our 2 children 20 and 17y.o so the apartment situation was perfect and SO comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was clean and very comfortable with wonderful service!

We recently spent a most pleasant and relaxing 7 days in the Sultan.This was our fifth visit !! We were very impressed by the hotel service and by the friendliness and effciency of the staff. The apt. was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The location too is a bonus- 5 mins from beach and prom, shops and restaurants.The Sultan is situated convenient […] to a very punctual public transport service going in all directions including to and from the airport. While the kitchen is well kitted out ,it does not include a micro-wave which would be a very beneficial addition. We will definitely return. Mehr

Hotel Location - great. Rooms could be brought up to date a bit more. Black out curtains raggedy and kitchen a bit outdated, but overall would stay here again - apartment spotless and serviced daily. High class area, two minute walk to the beach at the end of road. Supermarket next door. Restaurants, cafes within walking distance. Heated indoor pool […] lovely in the winter and spa facilities. Апарт-отель предоставляет проживание в просторных апартаментах. Номера, как оказались различаются по планировке. Мы жили в номере с 1 балконом и выделенным кухонным уголком. Чуть позже приехали знакомые, их поселили в более просторный номер с 3 балконами и самостоятельной кухней. Сами номера не новые, мебель несколько истертая, чугунная. Пол кафельный […] во всем номере и без подогрева. В нашем номере не работала стиральная машина. Стиральный порошок, таблетки для посудомоечной машины и т.п. нужно покупать самим. Посуды достаточно на 4-х. Для приготовления пищи есть 2 кастрюли и 1 сковорода. До моря примерно 200 метров. Mehr

hotel vieillissant avec un manque d'entretien et de maintenance qui ne se voit pas sur les photos du site. L'isolation phonique est inexistante entre chambre. La prise du supplément parking est obligatoire car le quartier est sous équipé en place pour les parking. Prévir de bonne chaussure pour la marche afin de revenir sur le centre ville. Les plus […] sont toutefois un grand balcon, le coin Kitchenette, la picine et les aménagement extérieur. Le personnel n'est pas très chaleureux. Pas d'effort dans les équipementet accessoire de salle de bain(plan vasque déformé par l'eau, faux sèche cheveux,... ce n'est plus un 4 extrellas. Mehr

Tres belle hotel, haut de gamme !!! on avait un grand appart avec super terrasse avec vue sur la mer et montagne, grandiose...... la piscine et jacousies interieur sont tres bien ainsi que l'eau tres chaude. on a la mer a 200m et les environs sont tres sympas. par contre le gros moins = le menage fait dans notre appart etait une catastrophe !!! la pousiere […] pas faite, la cuisine pas touché. seule le sol et salles de bains etaient nettoyé.....vraiment a revoir sinon je recommande pour une famille comme nous (4) Mehr

Helaas, de parking van het hotel heeft bij 1 van de 2 liften een vervelend afstapje welke je door de slechte verlichting snel over het hoofd ziet. Ik heb dan ook mijn enkelbanden afgescheurd en 2 breuken in mijn voet opgelopen. Heb daarna niet veel medewerking van het hotelpersoneel gehad bij het zoeken naar een dokter / ziekenhuis.

Nous avons passés 3 jours dans un cadre sympathique ,proche de la plage et des boutiques avec une belle vue sur la piscine de l hotel . hotel spacieux et agreable

Tæt på stranden, stor værelse og dejlig altan med 2 liggestole, dog noget sparsomt køkkenudstyr. Mikroovn manglede. Internet for dyrt, en uges internet startede fra mandag til mandag, og vi kom om lørdagen, hvorfor vi måtte betale for 2 enkelt dage mere

hotellet var ok men senge var meget hårde. elendig udstyr i køkkenet. elendig rengøring. trænger til en vedligeholdelse. kedelig pool hvor bar kun har åben i perioder.

Mycket frächt spa hotell. Dock inte öppet på söndagar.

Mycket lungt område men bara 100 meter ner till beahwalken vilken går ända in till centrala Marbella och till Puerto Banous åt andra hållet. På beachwalken finns hur mycket butiker och restauranger som helst. Perfekt att strosa omkring på under eftermiddaar och kvällarna. Hotel Sultan har ett jättefint Spa med en massa olika behandlingar. Perfekt efter […] en golfrunda. Jättelungt på hotellet trots hög beläggning. Blir fler gånger hit. Mehr

Dette hotellet er klassifisert som et 4 stjerners hotell og det sto at det var totalrenovert i 2006, men noen totalrenovering kan det ikke ha vært. Leiligheten var stor og var godt utstyrt, med vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, god garderobeplass og stor terasse med solsenger, men jeg hadde ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen, fordi jeg synes det var […] altfor slitt, jeg hadde ventet mye bedre når det var 4 stjerner. Beliggenheten var litt utenfor setrum, men det tok ikke mer enn et kvarter å gå til sentrum. Sengene var veldig harde. Mehr
