Laguna holiday club was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend it. Staff friendly and helpful. facilities top class. Beautiful pools and beach close by so spoilt for choice.

The hotel is located in the Laguna area which is a large, nicely maintained and less crowded area. Hotel has clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. The rooms have veyr nice balconies with view to the golf course. The hotel is not on the beach, you have to for 10 minutes or take the shuttle bus to go to the beach. So if you are looking for a lot of […] beach time and want to just step out to the beach from your room, this is not the place. But on the other hand, this hotel is lot less expensive compared to the other hotels in Laguna that are next to the beach. Mehr

We arrived at around 2am at the hotel. The service was pretty good, and the room was spacious for two people. After we check out, we requested for a shuttle bus to another hotel and they offered to drive us there directly.

I booked a studio but received a free upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment. It was so spacious & comfortable that I felt I could have lived there permanently. Next time I would book the 1 bedroom apartment as I think it is worth the extra money. It is a really beautiful place and the standard of maintenance is outstanding. The staff were always very pleasant […] & helpful. The only issue that may be a problem for some people is the quiet location. However the shuttle bus is brilliant and always arrived within a few minutes after it was requested. It can be used in conjunction with the shuttle boat to visit the other resorts in the area as well as the beach. It is a pleasant walk to the closest village where there are restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, money exchanges and massage salons - all of which are better value for money than those provided in the hotel. Beautiful grounds and swimming pool. Spacious room (1 bedroom suite) with nice decor. Kid friendly (we have two toddlers). Have stayed in other resorts at Laguna and this one is best value for the money if you can get a good rate.

At first glance, I thought this be very average hotel but thoroughly clean and modern! For small difference upgrade to 1 Bedroom suite far worth it for space else be confined to smaller than international standard size hotel room. We had separate lounge dining kitchen and balcony open space where kids could run freely. Shuttle bus around the resort […] area fast efficient and you'll need it as there is nothing around. No taxis or tuktuks makes expensive travel if leaving complex to neigh outing areas like burin beach for like 300baht though less 10min drive. Laguna resort complex great for this wanting relax stay within confines resort but nit great if want actually feel and see real thailand. Had hustle drivers take me there from patong as locals hate long winding road to bang Tao area even then had pay 809 baht! Compared other hotels in laguna complex this was best value and fantastic rooms. I hear breakfast is nice though costs 1000 baht pp" the pool was too small, not an issue when quick free shuttle to dusti Thani wi its larger pool or laguna beach club water slide won't fix. Note, they will tell you need buy 1000 baht pool pass but only check if you ask for a towel. Saw many make use pools without getting this daily pass. In all, great hotel for complex at quarter price others but nothing in neighboring areas. Go Suring, Patong for nightlife or Karon beach for more family friendly quitter version of Patong. Mehr

Laguna Holiday Club is consider not a bad hotel but only have a small swimming pool , 1 resturant and lousy tv channel. Other than that friendly staff make up the flaws. Ilike the kitchen that come in all rooms feel like home. This is now the second time we have stayed at this resort this year the first was for a wedding and the second for a holiday it is a part of the RCI timeshare plan as such but we did not stay as timeshare exchange guests we purchased through Expedia and made sure breakfast is included which is very good value. The meals and drinks are expensive unless […] you have a discount but they do have happy hour for drinks. We used the facilities of the Dusit Thani using the free shuttle service. The staff are excellent and the units are self contained Tescos supermarket is nearby but you need a taxi to get there really in the town of Laguna. It is a wonderful place with the other resorts and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Mehr

Our family travelled with 2 teenagers. The 2 bedroom family unit at Laguna Holiday club was perfect for us. I would recommend families spend a few days at a hotel right in Patong then spend the rest of the holiday at a quieter resort like Laguna Holiday club.

We took friends here to Laguna who hadn't been to Asia before and they were really pleased with the hotel. This resort provides a sanctury to escape to whilst having local shops and markets within a 5 minute taxi ride (cost about $5 aust) and only 20 to 30 minutes to the hustle and bustle of the main shopping and entertainment area of Patong Beach. The […] resort is in a private area called Laguna which includes a number of high-end hotels whose restaurants and bars you can use and charge to your room. Also for a moderate fee (about $25 for adults and less for kids) you can visit another hotel and use all the facilities, beach and activities etc and lunch is included. This is a good option for families as you can stay at the Laguna Holiday Club with a 2 bedroom suite for much cheaper than the Sheraton or Dusitani rooms but still get access to these 5 star resorts. While the hotel is a little out of the way the free, on demand, shuttle service through the Laguna area made it so easy to get around. The Hotel staff, especially the front desk and porters, were fun, very helpful and made for an excellent experience. We stayed over for Songkran and had a ball, thanks to the fun attitude of the staff. As others have […] reported there is an occasional unpleasant smell in the rooms, usually after being away for a while, but this is easily rectified with a few minutes of aircon on high and an open door and it was never bad enough to request a change of room and/or further action. The breakfast buffet is not brilliant but was more than adequate and is comparable to other 4 star resorts we have stayed in. The pool and gym are smaller than other resorts (as is the hotel itself) but were still fun to use and even though the hotel was fully booked it never felt crowded. My wife and I believe the hotel represents excellent value an my 16 year old daughter loved it, we had a 2 bedroom suite at a great rate and couldn't believe how much space we got for the price. If your looking for a quiet base for a family holiday that still has good access to all activities then you should consider the Laguna Holiday Club. Mehr

ここには今までに３回１ベッドルームスィートに泊まっていますが、ゴルフを主体に考えてる人にはベストの立地条件です。またピピ島、シミラン諸島などに行くにも何ら問題もなくツアーで迎えに来てくれます。朝ごはんはパンが好きな人は満足できるでしょう。CD,DVD電子レンジガスコンロなどいろいろそろっているので日本からサトウのごはんやレトルト食品を持っていくととても快適に過ごせます。またラグーナ地区のディナーも美味しいです。特にデュシタニのイタリアンはサービスも良くピザが非常に美味しい。私は英語ができますがまったく出来ない人はドコモのしゃべって翻訳のアプリなどが便利なのでは？また今年もう一回ソークラン？に行きますのでまたこのホテルを利用します。海がみえれば非常にいいのですがそこが残念ですね。

在Lugana里，基本上出入不太方便,晚上参加Fantesea活动，6:45pm才来接，有点晚，最好能够早点去，那边里面很多地方可照相逛逛的店。和10年前一样，没有改变太多，饭店便宜，房间里有很大的客厅和厨房，但是两张床有点小，我带小孩不太好睡，要是能够有一张大床，一张小床就好了

早割で比較的安く泊まれたので満足しました。家族で二部屋利用しましたが、１部屋をアップグレードしてくれ快適でした。そのおかげか、もう片方の部屋は隣が工事中の部屋だったらしくうるさかったようです。あとで妻より聞いたため部屋の変更をリクエストしませんでした。できたかもしれないですが、プラスマイナスになりました。ゴルフプレーのためこのホテルを選びましたが、エリア内のホテルならどこでもシャトル送迎の利用で同じでした。ロケーションは１階部屋だったためゴルフ場は遠望できませんでした。またロビーより部屋までが遠すぎました。近い部屋もありますが、横長の建物のため遠くになる確率は高いです。ラグーナエリアの高級ホテルより安価でシャトルなどの利用もでき雰囲気は同様に楽しめます。ただ、若く未熟な感じのスタッフが多く小 […] さなミスはありましたが、感じは良かったです。レストランは高価で味、種類ともマイナスポイントです。どこのホテルも高いです。お薦めはビーチリゾート奥の夕日が見える雰囲気抜群のフレンドリーで比較的安価なタイフード店です。シーフードもあります。家族は６泊の内の一番の夜になりました。 Mehr
