Very good hotel. Friendly. Good food. Clean and comfortable room...

The staff were very polite, but not helpful at all when asking for some tips and recommendations to visit the city's interest points.

From check- in to check- out everything was excellent.

This was a lovely new hotel. Clean and comfortable accommodation. We didn't eat here therefore can't recommend the food. Would stay again.

Came to the Hotel at 10. Check-in is at 15. Room was finished at 11. I wrote in my booking that i wanted a early check-in, but that information never came to the hotel. Breakfast was even good... Service at the front desk was 100%. Will stay here again.

Nice rooms, perfect location for shopping trips - most shopping centres and Union Street is just around the corner so it's easy to go back and drop off the bages and get back out there!. The staff is very helpful and makes you feel special and very welcome

Excellent location for this hotel.Bedroom was spotless, very spacious and comfortable.Breakfast was okay with a good selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel .Very keenly priced for this standard of hotel.

We would highly recommend this hotel. Our ensuite room was so clean and comfortable and the shower the best yet. The bed and linen sumptuous and the buffet breakfast kept us going all day. The staff very friendly. We'll be back.

My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Aberdeen for 2 nights. The staff are very friendly. We got a taxi from the train station to the hotel as we had never visited Aberdeen before. On check-in the receptionist explained all the details of where we could find all the amenities of the hotel which included the Gym, Bar, Restaurant etc, breakfast […] times were also included. We chose a king-size evolution room and we were not disappointed. The room was warm & welcoming & modern, with a flat screen tv, internet, fridge, tea & coffee facilities and comfortable armchair to relax in. Both the room & bathroom were exceptionally clean. We were given a quiet room, which was at the rear of the hotel and was situated away from the lifts, but we did request this. Toiletries & a hairdryer were provided in the bathroom. Air-conditioning worked well in the room. The bath towels were large & fluffy and changed as required. The bed was very comfortable as we were able to change the softness level of the mattress at the flick of a switch. The bar was good to relax in & it looked out on to one of the main streets which was very near to all the main shopping centres, bars & restaurants. We did not try the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant but we did have breakfast in the hotel as it was included in our stay. There was a very good selection of breakfast items which ranged from continental items to full scottish breakfast items. It was a help yourself buffet breakfast. The chef would cook your eggs fresh for you. The waffles were moreish. We would definately stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. Nothing negative to declare, except a minor detail: At times it could be troublesom to get fried egg(had to look for the staff), and the bacon and baked beans were not hot enough. But, as I will stress out, a minor detail. We were very content overall.

Congratulations to the management, this is an absolutely first class hotel. Have stayed in a few Hilton hotels in the past and have not been particularly impressed...until we tried this one. fantastic hotel ,very friendly staff ,close to city centre

Breakfast buffet was delicious and had many choices. Fitness center is much better than most hotels with alot of new equipment.

A most comfortable hotel providing excellent service. Close to Aberdeen city centre. Uniom Street could be accessed via Bon Accord Centre and St. Nicholas Centre. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very helpful - the car parking charge which was supposed to be £16 was halved to £8 for our whole stay! The breakfast was very good - you must try the waffle maker, pour in your mixture and watch it make them, then lots of things to add to them mmmmmmmm! All of the hot food was of high quality and a wide selection was available The […] business centre was very usefull - unlimited free printing/ photocopying/ laminating/ internet/ telephone access - all free of charge as part of your stay The same also applies to the gym - free usage with your stay and well equiped The room was of a good standard and you can tell that the hotel is not very old as everything is still in a very good 'as new' condition Overall a very pleasent stay! Busniess hotel without properly working WiFi or wired internet connection neither in room nor reception area , and unable to fix it during my 2-nights stay. Otherwise excellent service, location and hotel.

Overall our stay was enjoyable but our room was far too warm at night, the windows couldn't be opened (4th floor - health and safety) and the air conditioning was very noisy. Food was very good and staff very helpful and friendly especially Graham! Very relaxed atmophere. Would stay again but would request a room on a lower floor.

Nice fresh new hotel close to cidt centre, and not too far from the beach, though there is a sister hotel nearer. Felt it was a little strange to be looking out directly into new apartments. Will probably use again if back in Aberdeen area.

Only stayed one night and wish it could have been longer. Spotless and extremely comfortable room. Pleasant, polite service. All of which set me up nicely for the presentation I had to deliver the next morning.

Well located hotel. Just 2 mins walk to nearest shopping centre and close to rest of city attractions. Hotel very comfortable, rooms were a very high standard and all staff went out their way to be helpful and friendly. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

Had an excellent weekend in Aberdeen. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was very good size and clean. For breakfast there was plenty of choice. Location of hotel is excellent as close to centre of Aberdeen so everything was very near.

The front desk staff was very accomodating when the room was not ready on our arrival, we were early. We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable, good food and good value.

Nice hotel - parking disappointing as was response from chap on reception when enquiring about disabled parking.

central hotel, great for all city centre amenities. Very reasonable price on a deal with hotels.com and gran said that it was as nice than the 5* that the wedding was in! Rooms and hotel corridors were very warm which is why only a 4 for comfort of room and air conditioning didn't appear to work as well as it should. However, staff were v nice and moved […] my parents in law to a room on another floor when they requested. would def book again! Mehr

My friend recommended this hotel and she was spot on.Very convenient to city centre without being noisy staff very nice and also helpful. Would recommend this to anyone and look forward to staying there again.

This fully lived up to all the good reviews I had read before booking - I honestly can't fault the place, it was the best hotel we stayed in all holiday!

This hotel would be excellent if not for the fact that you cannot open windows on the floor that I stayed on, 5th. Even then, if guests could control the supposedly individual air conditioning. But alas the totally gutless air con was centrally controlled which, for me, resulted in a very uncomfortable stay. Graham the maintenance man said he'd sort […] the air con so he blew cold air in for 10 minutes and then it reverted back to the central setting. Mehr

This modern hotel is close to the main shopping areas and within reasonable walking distance of the railway station. Members of staff were welcoming, efficient and friendly. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Perfect hotel and location for our short stay. Nice contemporary look to the hotel. Pleasant & Helpful staff. Would definitely stay again... Only negative, is the parking facilities... On site around 25-30 spaces (£16 overnight), or a short walk to multi storey... (discounted to £16 overnight via the hotel)

Small but nice hotel right in the centre of Aberdeen. The only downside was that we couldn'y order room service after 10.pm. We came back from a show hoping to order some food to our room, but all they they had was a refridgerated unit at the side of reception and a microwave. Not what you expect from a Hilton.
