Wir haben in der Neujahrszeit mit unserer zwei Kleinkinder das Hotel bewohnt und fanden es für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr geeignet. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich, und einfach "alles in Ordnung". Da es in unmittelbare Nähe zur Wohngebiet unsere dort ansässige Familie liegt, werden wir uns in alle wahrscheinlichkeit dort wieder zurückfinden.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein Fünf Sterne Hotel und ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Zimmer war tadellos und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insbesondere die (kostenlosen) Nachmittagsdrinks fand ich sehr gelungen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Das Hotel war ganz OK. Housekeeping nur einmal die Woche. Zielgruppe sind ganz klar Angehörige von Patienten im nahen Medical Center. Ich würde dort wieder zwei-drei mal übernachten. Die Umgebung war ein wenig laut (Eisenbahntrasse in der Nähe, Technikgebäude des Medical Center direkt hinterm Haus). Houston Zoo und Science Museum noch zu Fuß erreichbar, alles andere mit Auto.

Was excellent. Clean, fresh and staff was great. And The breakfast was better than any I've had at a hotel. I highly recommend this place!!
Overall had a pleasant stay, however housekeeping placed used/dirty towels back into the towel cabinet for us to re-use - did not find that too appealing. When mentioning it to the main hotel clerk we were offered to join the perks program with an additional 1000 ponts. - no great deal. Felt there should have been some other compensation. very close to our son/s house. We have stayed here several times. hotel and room have always been clean and comfortable. However hotel staff have been very unaccomadating when we try to book direct. I recommend booking online.Breakfast was very good.

Went there for business, was tired when I arrived . Great customer service, the room was very clean ,took a bath and slept.until the next morning and had a great Breakfast. Will use stay bridge whenever possible

This is a nice hotel hotel. The room had a fridge and small kitchen area, a couch, computer table and a comfortable bed. Felt as if I was living in an studio apartment. (nice studio apartment). Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Didnt need to go to IHOP or Denny's. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
"Great breakfast, lousy TV picture"
I had an event in El Campo so the location was pretty convenient. Lots of places to eat and shop in the vicinity. Not convenient for downtown or museums. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Suites are always a nice touch. The couch wasn't very comfortable though. But the big issue was that 80% of the 40 or so TV channels were fuzzy. Called the front […] desk and they said it would be fixed the next day. Didn't do me much good since I was only there for the one night. Breakfast was very nice. Good selection of both hot and cold, proteins and carbs. Would give them another try and hope TV thing was just an isolated incident. Mehr

"HYATT IN SUGAR LAND"
They have continental breakfast of bagels, fruits, cereal, yogurt, and donuts. Did not like the coffee nor OJ (too bold and bitter) Fairly new hotel. Loved the smell of the shampoo and conditioners in the room.

Hotel was nice, however, housekeeping needs to be redesigned so that it covers every day, both weekdays and weekends! Their policy only provides housekeeping services during the week and nothing on the weekends, so if you are staying over, you need to plan on cleaning your own room and purchasing supplies to do so. Additionally, they do not clean the […] pool either on the weekends. I would more readily reccommend this hotel if they adjust their housekeeping policy like other hotels that provide services for guests throughout their entire stay, not for just during the week. I really enjoyed my stay at the Staybridge hotel! It was very comfortable, just like home...wait even better than home! This hotel makes me want to leave my home and move into the Staybridge. "Staybridge Suites - Stafford, Texas"
The hotel is beautiful. The only problem was finding it. You cannot see it from the interstate. The room was decorated very nice. I would definitely go stay there again. The hotel is near a movie theater, shopping center and lots of restaurants.
