The hotel is in a good location, near downtown Ft Worth. It is a little bit of a walk to downtown but a short cab ride. The staff was very friendly & helpful. A couple of complaints...my room came with free breakfast but when I got down there at 9am they had already ran out of quite a bit and did not seem to be replenishing. Also, my sister-in-law got […] walked in on while changing by a maintenance staff man who was told there was a light bulb out and the room(s) were vacant. Two things on that, we did have an early check in but he should not have been told the rooms were vacant. In any case whether he was told that or not, I would think he should have knocked first to be certain. He was polite and very apologetic though. Lesson learned by my sister-in-law...always double lock the door. :-) Mehr

Room was comfy, nice and clean. It was so great to have a kitchen. The breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great. I will definitely stay here again if in downtown Ft. Worth

I was very pleased at the amenities of the hotel. Very friendly staff, A full service breakfast, and dinner, buffet. Room was very well equipped, with flat screen, and large bathroom. A long walk to downtown but overall worth the it. A slightly different area across the tracks, but not a major issue.

One of us is parapleglic and in a manual wheelchair or bed. The distance from checkin to our handicapable room was ENTIRELY TOO FAR. I would hope that someone in Ur organization will take a SERIOUS look at the property blueprints and make some EASY and AFFORDABLE changes. During our stay, we saw 3 other people in manual wheelchairs. So, you should make […] your establishment more accessible. I would like to encourage anyone in your firm to get in a wheelchair and see EXACTLY what this Hotel puts these people through. To me, it is criminal. Just pushing her to our room was unaccepatble for me! Please do something Mehr

Hotel staff fantastic, room nice and clean; however, ramp access is very limited, resulting in handicapable guests having to go an EXTREMELY LONG WAY AROUND to get to the handicapable rooms. This issue could be very easily addressed with minor modifications... surrounding neighborhood creepy - they even give you a note along with your hotel keys warning […] you not to leave valuables in view when you park your car!!! This hotel was very nice. It was an extremely short walk to the downtown area and a short drive to the stockyards. The only complaint I have was actually getting to the hotel. The street it sits on stops and starts again, so you have to drive around a funky way coming from the highway. It is easy once you figure it. It was just a bit confusing following […] the GPS directions the first time around. Other than that, I loved having the kitchen in the room. A great little food store and a nice lobby area. Mehr

The room stunk of "pot" when we checked in and the smell stayed most of the night. They have a little store next to the front desk to buy drinks, etc. I went down to buy water and a coke. They were out of both and said they were not going to restock...and kinda laughed. I finally had to take a cab later that night to buy some bottled water at a 7-11. […] I don't understand why they couldnt send someone to get water and coke for us to buy....or at least have a vending machine option. other than that the location was good for our needs downtown. Short 15 minute walk from the expensive hotels in downtown Ft Worth at 2/3 to 1/2 the price, with a nicer room. I concur with the 4.8 out of 5 rating it had. Staff at the desk and breakfast areas were welcoming and attentive, as were the maid staff.

The room was very comfortable and clean, but it was in a slightly difficult location. You had to go over an overpass, then either turn right and make the block, or turn left and make the u-turn. There was also a train track right next to the hotel, but they never sounded their train horn (which was VERY convenient!) I assume cause they didn't have a […] train/street intersection. Breakfast buffet was awesome, had an assortment of warm foods and cereals and fruit. Would definately stay at this hotel again! Mehr

This hotel has a great location! It is just blocks from downtown and a super nice place. The breakfast was good and hot with a nice variety of options. I will for sure stay here next time I am wanting to stay near the downtown area or in the Fort Worth area at all. My only complaint (and it is super small) is the size of the room. I got a king bed […] and a pull out sofa and it was a bit crowded. However, the room was really nice with a kitchen, full fridge, etc. Mehr

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the breakfast. Very friendly staff.

I arrived at the hotel exhausted from a long day of travel and meetings. But the hotel staff greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm that I felt at home. The hotel was a bit further from my conference location than I anticipated. But the trolley service and hotel shuttle made everything very workable. We stayed there in May for 2 weeks and then again at the end of May for 4 days. It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel, staff...everything about it was wonderful. The location puts you 2 blocks away from the downtown area, where you can walk to dinner, club, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime! Thanks for a great […] stay! Mehr

The hotel was very nice, but when we arrived to the address that we booked by map location (off Central Drive in Bedford) on hotels.com, it was the incorrect hotel and we didn't even have a reservation at that location. However, the hotel personnel were able to direct us to a hotel in a different city (in Fort Worth) where hotels.com had actually booked […] our reservation. That hotel was very nice, but about 20 miles away from where we were supposed to be staying. Mehr

Had trouble checking in even after having prepaid the rooms thru hotels.com !! Not very happy about that !! Very inconvenient especially after traveling all day !!
