Willow Tree Inn - Branson

Was convenient location for what we wanted to do. Older property. Currtains were stained.Price was low. Was told when I booked it, that room came with fridge and microwave. When we checked in, I was informed that there was an extra fee for the fridge and microwave. I told them I didn't want the appliances, if I had to pay extra. Lady came to the room […] and carried out the fridge and microwave. They do have a breakfast with cereal, toast, donuts, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice, etc Might stay again because of location and price, but not overwhelmingly impressed. Might recommend it to others, but with explanations so family or friends would know what they were getting. Mehr

Its sad to say that when we arrived at the motel their sign outside the building was cheaper than your price. i didnt think that could happen. will call ahead in the future and go direct with this motel. motel was clean, nice room for the price.

We were impressed with the value of this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable! The continental breakfast wasn't anything special but it was ok to get us out the door in the morning!

Although the room was nice the chairs were old and backs were loose and there were stained. The free breakfast was on Donuts, canned fruits, muffins and coffee. If you are staying several days and need a refrigerator and microwave then you have to pay extra for them. You can hear the water running in rooms around the one you are in. It was a decent hotel, but it didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room unless you paid extra per night. The breakfast consisted of cereal, donuts, fruit cocktail, coffee, and juice. We have found better breakfasts, with microwave & refrigerator for the same rate in other hotels Branson. We were a little disappointed with our choice.

will stay here every time we go back to branson. was decently priced, clean, lots of hot water, and nice staff.

I was only in Branson for one night, while I was auditioning for a theatre there. Willow Tree proved to be the perfect place for my fiancee and I to stay for such a short trip. It had been a while since either of us had stayed in a motel like it, but it was incredibly comfortable and convenient for us. The staff of the hotel was wonderful, the location […] is very close to both gas and food stops. The room was beyond clean, and have clearly been taken care of over the years. The small breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to get on the road, too. The breakfast room attendant was incredibly friendly. Clean towels, clean bathroom, clean beds. It's safe to say this place was clean! Overall, there was nothing we did not like about the hotel. It is a great place to stay for adults needing a night or two for business or even for vacationing if you want to budget simply. You could easily pay more money for worse hotels in other parts of the country :-) but this one was great for the price and we will recommend it to all of our friends and family! Mehr

I wasn't sure what to expect from this hotel but I must admit I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but that is subjective and it wasn't the cardboard or cement mattress so many will find it comfy I am sure. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. The only thing I don't like is the taking a […] photo copy of your credit card. Would rather them to a preauth for a set amount than have a copy of a credit card lying around. The first night of our stay we found a dirty towel & soap wrapper left from previous guest behind the bathroom door. The desk clerk came & picked it up & brought extra towels. The next day our room was not cleaned at all. We came back that evening to our dirty towels piled where we left them. The night clerk said the maid had marked our room off as […] having been cleaned. The bed was comfortable, but after the obvious lack of cleanliness, we were uneasy about what else may have been not changed/cleaned. Mehr

This place was clean , and off the main strip so it was easier to get to other places.

It's not a 5-star hotel but it had all we needed. The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the location was perfect for us. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars for comfort is because there is not a chair in the room to relax in and no coffee maker. Next time I need to stay the night in Branson, I will stay here again.

Room was OK. Shower just fine. Nice place. Small pool.
