friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere, would stay again

I took my wife here as an early valentines day present. The hotel staff were all very accommodating (especially Samir and Nancy at the front desk). I asked if they had chocolate covered strawberries, which they did not, but what they did was offer to make them If I brought the ingredients to them. Way to go guys! Everything that I asked for I was told […] yes. It's quite an amazing experience to be told yes all the time!! Most hotels promise you great breakfasts only to find its a couple of old leftover bananas and hard bagels at best but I had the freshest fruit, awesome bagel, and they even had cereal, and potato bread egg sandwiches which was great for my wife because she has to eat gluten-free. The food was great from the breakfast in the morning to our late night snack. Only issue was that we had to walk downstairs to order and pickup our food. No room service, but that wasn't a big deal for us. The hotel was amazingly clean and our bed and pillows were AMAZING!! The price was a little steep for us but for this brand of hotel it was well worth the money!! I will definitely be staying here and putting up my family and friends here from now on! Booked this hotel last minute as we determined where we would be for the night. We were very pleased with the hotel and the service.

I've used this hotel before and it's great. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Houston area.

pure awesome

nice hotel. conviently located in newly designed modern neighborhood. lots of resturants around. New Chuck e cheese 2 min drive for my kids! Close to ice hockey rink too. Will stay again.

The hotel staff was very nice. My check in was speedy even though it was a late check in. I will definitely stay there again. The room was very nice, clean and classy. Had the look and feel of a resort room.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. For the price I paid, it's worth every penny. Free breakfast is ok but it could have been better.

Nice. Its a new hotel and located by a lake which is awesome. Finding the hotel for the first time might be tricky, so make sure you carefully study the map before you reach there. Staff was decent, however I hated them when they started taking away all the breakfast items which wass upposed to be available only between 7-10 am, was my fault to arrive […] at 5 mins to 10, but i expected some courtesy. The view of the lake from the hotel room was awesome, so make sure you get one with a lake view. Overall, was a great experience at the Hyatt Place. Mehr

I was shocked at how nice the room was for the price. I've paid more at budget motels. The hotel is very new and everything feels really clean. Free breakfast is actually pretty decent as well! I will be staying here again my next visit tot he area.

This hotel was great. Very clean room with a comfortable bed. Everything was very modern all the way down to the green energy efficient lights. Staff was very helpful and friendly and all of this for an extremely reasonable price. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very nice and comfortable. I liked the layout of the room and it had a great view of the lake. It was very noisy on our floor because of a football team playoff in the area, and I was up until midnight with the noise, but I'm sure that doesn't happen all the time.

This place is new, clean, and modern. However, I expected more business type of people. It was surprising to see lots of sport kids walking around and at times too much noise in the lobby area.

I'd stay again! Nice comfortable rooms, super comfortable beds and friendly staff!

Fantastic amenities, comfortable and very affordable.

Positive: The hotel is new, clean and the room had a nice view on the lake surrouding the hotel. You can use complimentary shuttle bus to nearby locations. Free internet was fast. Negative:Breakfast had only few selections and had to pay for anything that was hot!

The hotel was great, room was more like a suite than a normal room. Was shocked when I walked in. Extremely nice inside and out. My only complaint was the room was only about 10% cleaned. Was confused to see they emptied one trash can and made the bed, nothing else. Had another trash bin that was full, dirty dishes sitting next to the coffee maker, […] they were left there. No clean mugs or coffee/toiletries were refilled. Had to go to the desk and ask for refills and for them to take the dishes and give me clean ones. Was rather odd. Besides that, everything was great. Just wished they had an actual restaurant instead of a stand with $9 sandwiches in a bag. Mehr

This hotel was very nice and the location good. Only challenge was finding my way to the hotel as GPS didn't recognize the address. Hotel is tucked back away from everything - I could see it but couldn't find the road to get there! Front desk staff was very professional - since I was a first time guest they offered to give me a tour (not necessary). […] The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the large flat screen that you could see whether you were on the sofa or lying in bed. Great hotel and reasonable price!! Mehr

This hotel was perfect for our family. Were in town for a wedding. Location was very convenient and staff were very friendly and attentive. Hotel is very nice and the rooms very comfortable.

We loved the hotel, the service and what you get for the price. It was close to everything we wanted to do and it worked well but the hotel itself was wonderful for us.

very close to all of the best shopping and restaurants, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. very clean and comfortable. perfect for a couples weekend get-away.

Beautiful, great staff was a great place.

the bath tub needs a skid proof substance put on it or a mat of some sort. also the grab rail is on the wrong end of tub, should be on the end where the contols and drain are , because that is the end people usually enter the tub. also water from shower head is weak and not effective in rinsing one in the shower.

This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the entire environment. We will be going back when we want to get away.

You have to work on your Staff, very lazy at the breakfast to clean tables for example and to welcome customers with for example a "good morning!"

Had an excellent stay here... rooms are big and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Customer service was excellent and extra helpful. I am only complaint was that they don't have room service. You have to go downstairs to pickup food. Also I ordered pizza but they were out of pizza. Other than that it was amazing stay here. View was excellent.
