Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht da (Rückflug), aber das Hotel hat direkt überzeugt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Super eingerichtete Zimmer. Alles wirkte wie neu renoviert. Bequeme Betten und viel Platz. Sehr empfehlenswert. In Deutschland wäre das Hotel locker ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

I loved this hotel my room was great and clean the shower head needed to be fix it sprayed everywhere. The staff was helpful and on top of everything.I will stay there again on my next business trip to San Antonino

Good effort overall. Spent one week in this hotel. Location is fine, Service, accomodations are pretty good. Free internet is a plus. Breakfast ends at 9 30 diring the week, which was a little early for us. Short on bathroom supplies. New facility and clean overall. Good for a 4 star rating. Would recommend this hotel.

I thought the hotel was wonderful. Clean, great location, and comfortable. My only complaint was that the freebies...happy hour and breakfast were not managed very well. We got to the happy hour at 5:45 and it was still not set up completely. Same thing for breakfast. Got there at 6 a.m. and there was cereal and lots of empty trays. beautiful grounds, modern style feel to the whole building, the 4 story parking lot was a huge plus, rooms were large and roomy, H.E.B. and many other stores within a 1mile radius of the hotel, and the FULL breakfast in the morning was awesome (the works).

The customer service was very nice. The kick back was awesome we got 3 free mix drinks and food! we had our own parking very secure...great hotel for the price.

we had a great stay for our random romantic weekend in san antonio!. the beds are soo comfortable! the 5:30 kick back was good and the breakfast in the morning was great! we are most definetly staying at this hotel again! :)

Outstanding!! Everything was simply wonderful! The staff was amazing, and the rooms so spacious. Overall very clean! The continental breakfast was ok, just like in any other hotel. My honey and I got two tickets for free booze when we checked in! We went to the lobby and had snacks and drinks before we headed out! We had a fantasitc time! I'm always iffy on 3 stars but, the Drury Plaza is a VERY good deal. Super Clean, with helpful and friendly staff, the common area is modern and spacious. The room felt more like 4 Star Hilton .. and the value is excellent ... I'll definitely book again in the future.

My family of 4 were very impressed with our first stay at a Drury property. Spacious lobby, free breakfast AND dinner, very clean, checkin friendly and super fast. They are pet friendly which was initially why we chose the hotel. There is NO charge for pets. We will definitely stay again with or without our dog.

This is a great hotel at a great location, just a few minutes to everything in town an easy drive to Austin. The service was outstanding and the hotel was superbly clean. Our stay at the Drury Plaza was great. The beds were very comfortable, the room was spotless and so was the bathroom. I intend to stay there again real soon!

Convient to Church where we were attending a rally. Easily accessible from I35. Outstanding directions to other locations in the area.

I stayed with my family in this hotel for 5 days. The people at the counter were very helpful at all times. The room we took was very spacious, clean and with a lot of space for putting luggage. We came here by car and found it very comfortable to park and go directly to the room with the elevator. The hotel is around a year old and it is well kept. […] It has modern decoration colorful decoration. The air conditioner is very silent. Even though the hotel is located next to the highway, we did not have any problems with car noises. The hotel has a gym and a small swimming pool and Jacuzzi perfect for relaxing after a day doing shopping or tourism. The hotel is situated 40 min from San Marcos Premium Outlets and about 20 min from City Center. The only thing we didnt like is the food. Even though it was very convenient to have breakfast and snacks and drinks in the evening, it is not the healthiest of food. There were no fresh fruits, juices or vegetables. Mainly carbohydrates and protein. However there are a few nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Mehr

Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and evening snacks sufficient to be a meal. Close to major highways but without traffic noise. Construction was annoying, but after a few trips, I was able to find easier ways around it. We were part of a wedding party. Those who booked through the hotel got much better room. We got the smallest room in the hotel. The difference in price was only a couple of dollars. If we had known they would do this because we booked through hotels.com, we would have worked with the hotel directly.

Stayed here - the facility is great and the staff very accomodating.

This is the first time I have ever stayed in a Drury hotel, and it will definately not be the last, I loved it ! The breakfast had so many choices I'm sure everybody would find something they like, and the hot appetizers at 5:30 were great. We also received a card for 3 free drinks each evening of our stay, it was a nice way to relax and unwind. When […] we checked in we asked if there was any upgradable room available, and without hesitation we were immediately upgraded to a suite just for asking.(no additional charges) The lady at the front desk was so helpful. We inquired about directions to a certain restaurant , and when we went down to the lobby again she handed us the directions to the restaurant, such a nice gesture ! Please consider this hotel on your next visit to San Antonio it is the best by far ! Mehr

Hotels.com had told me the room I booked had dividers between the living and sleeping area, well turns out it didn't. BUT Drury Plaza comped us an upgrade to a suite that DOES have a divider, even though we booked thru a 3rd party. Without any questions asked they did that! Very awesome. Stayed here for business. It was convenient to highway & where I needed to go but far from downtown, Riverwalk area. Modern decor. Nice perks that are free (internet, breakfast, parking)

I am not complaints as far as the hotel's cleanliness. The complaints are that one the swimming pool is closed very early. Other hotels stay open till ll or 12 midnight. The front desk people were very rude. We called various times to see if the pool was still open due to the fact we saw people there, and we wanted to go for a little while since we […] had just come in. We were told to wait and waited we did. We tried calling various times after that and no one would answer. The following morning we called the front desk again, and again the person who answered was very rude. We have stayed at other Druary's and it has been wonderful. No complaints. I needed a room for one night for me and my business partner. The room was spacious, with all of the amenities we needed to be ready for our meeting the next morning. The only thing that was lacking was a color printer in the business center.

Since my daughter just started UTSA, we have stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio North twice within the past month and both experiences deserve 5 stars!! Given that we have been so emotional with letting our little girl go we were pleasantly surprised that the suite was nice and roomy and very clean...the comfort that was needed. Not to mention […] the perks they offer. The breakfast is really good...lots of variety. The 5:30 kick off is ok as its more like what you would cook for the kiddos than what I would eat...the kids liked it though. The complimentary happy hour was a huge plus, especially when we needed it!! The pool was not very big but they did have 2 hot tubs. They also have a terrace on the 5th floor opposite the pool area which is nice to sit at during the nice breezy nights. The staff was more than helpful and was forthcoming with their assistance which is more than I can say for some other hotels. I was very satisfied and I believe we found the hotel we plan to stay at when we come to visit our daughter during the school year. Mehr

The hotel and staff were beautiful. My family and I did not have to eat out at all on trip, which saved us greatly. We dropped off our oldest daughter to UTSA. It is only 6 miles from university. We have no complaints and telling all our friends and family.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. There were NO bugs. The staff was friendly. Everywhere we go, they would greet us. Even the people who stayed here were friendly. There's a fitness room with weight machines, treadmills, an elliptical, a TV, and some other equipments. They have a clean laundry room. Must stay here. Was fantastic in every way and a great value. Staff is impeccably trained to make you feel at home, comfortable and pampered.

Food need to be of better quality

The staff are the best and friendliest people. The only place to stay in San Antonio!!!

It was close to everything we wanted to visit and the rooms and bathroom were very huge and clean. The breakfast also had many varieties and the 5:30 Kickback was very tasty! I had a great stay and definetly recommend this hotel to others!

It was new, so everything worked and was well maintained. Staff was incredibly friendly, but that has been my experience with Texans in general. The kids like the breakfast and I liked the adult beverages and snacks from 5:30 to 7:00. All around a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

We were on vacation, the hotel was set for families traveling. We had light dinner and full breakfast included in the room rate, service was great, the waitress took my plate when I got up to get a drink, but I went and got another. No problem. We visted this hotel in August 2011. The hotel was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Excellent value for the money. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour snacks and beverages;

This hotel was a nice surprise. We had not stayed at a Drury hotel in a while and were pleasantly surprised. Very clean and modern hotel. Fifteen minutes away from La Cantera shopping. We will stay here again soon.

We have had a great time, the hotel location convenient if you want to visit Sea World or The River Walk, clean, new , hot breakfast, nice room, swimming pool on top of the multi level parking, excellent service. We will stay there again next time we visit San Antonio.
