Over all everything was great. The only thing that wasn't good was that they don't have the hotel lobby air conditioned. Because that is the only place that you can get the WIF to use your computer at. And when its hot out there the lobby was just too hot to seat in there to use your computer. They should get air condition in there lobby during the […] summer months since thats the only please they offer the WIF at. The other thing was our room had 2 twin beds that they put together to make it as 1 double bed. Which was not very good when your a couple sleeping there. It was like falling in a hole between the two beds in middle all the time. The 2 beds did not stay together. The breakfast every morning was great also. Mehr

My stay was for four days and I had a whole lot of fun. The room was not fantastic, just somewhere to lay your head. The rooms are a bit dingy,the toilet stinks. I had to buy air fresheners to contend with the smell since I have a very sensitive nose. No wifi in room(didn't like that bit),u have to use the lobby or reception to be able to browse but […] it's free :-) . The upside was the location, u gat every joint, shop, club, food spa just a stone through... Very lovely. Plus the hotel has events every night which is awesome (please continue) very interesting. The hotel surrounding is lovely, touch of Africa and Gambia in one. Looked forward to seeing the monkeys, oh.. I even saw a huge monitor lizard cool.. If I may add, those cats at the breakfast area are scary, I love cats but those cats could be a bother as they stare so hard at u, as if they can just steal ur breakfast from u if u don't feed them, Please see how u can manage that. In all, had a good experience in Senegambia and would like to go back there with more airfreshners lol... Have also introduced some friends too. The meal was alright, loved the pancakes, which we call puff-puff in Nigeria... A bit disappointed that there were no Gambia delicacies for breakfast, that should be considered seriously. Would recommend this hotel, though it's more like a two star :-( but it's cool. Mehr

The Gambia is a fantastic vacation spot and the Senegambia Beach hotel was in an excellent location. As a 3 star hotel, it was not luxurious, but was comfortable. The outdoor garden setting made it quite relaxing. There were a number of restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. The monkey park was a bicycle ride away, the long beaches, swimming […] pools and sports pitches gave something to do all day. And of course the musical entertainment in the evenings crowned it all. It is located right next door to the Karaba, which is very expensive, whereas the SeneGambia is moderately priced. It is in the middle of the SeneGambia strip, where the most restaurands and bars are located. The grounds are amazingly well kept and the birds, monkeys, and other wildlife flourish without threatening you. Free WIFI in the reception area, […] and an interned cafe. Staff are responsive and display good attitudes. Security is everywhere but not intrusive. Enjoyed my 4 day stay, and if in Gambia again, will probably stay there. The Air Conditioning was excellent. I rate it a 3 star by American standards, but remember it's The Gambia in West Africa. Mehr

Despite the fact that the reception literally had no tourist information about the surrounding area, the stay was acceptable. I would definitely stay there again. The beach is right next to the bar and one of the pools of the hotel. So convenient. And the pricing is very reasonable.

Precis hemkommen. Var där för 3:e gången på 1 år. Alla gångerna alltid blivit väl bemött av alla.Några småfel men inget att orda om.redan är en ny resa bokad.Hade många gamla vänner och fick ännu fler. Den här gången var jag ensam men aldrig sysslolös.Jag säger bara: Åk till Gambia, prata med människorna, du kommer inte att ångra dig.

It was very pleasant.. we stayed in october 2012 and sun was hot! in a double room (bed was good) very confortable with air Con and TV with satellite. If you need a safetybox in your room you pay extra but it's worth. The hotel should be renewed but it's ok as our EU 3 stars. Buffet breakfast was very good and enough till the evening. The hotel has […] a swimming pool just beside the sea with a pool bar Lots of birds and sweet monkeys in the garden. There are 2 small restaurants inside, also with pizza but as I m italian I would not eat it there. All the staff was friendly. we enjoyed the hotel for the room, the position and the relax. it is in the heart of everything! All the clubs and shops and restaurants are there just outside the hotel so no need to move to enjoy the evening.. yellow taxis try to get lots of money.. but there are also the green cheaper ones. Plus you can take the mini van taxi wich are very cheap! (for example green taxi 100 GMD = mini Van only 7!!! As in Gambia the average monthly pay is around 30 euro there will be a lot of people offering you any kind of things to buy and also services or even company!There are hundreds of girls from UK and Holland arriving there everyday!! just to enjoy boys company and trying to take one of those bouncers/boys home.Amazing. Daily10 GMD#dalasi) tips are usual everywhere!In clubs min 50! In Kairaba Avenue there is the biggest shopping center of the Gambia. Nice to go around the market in Serrekunda and buy local things. Safety box not included in room price, restaurant not the best in Senegambia, not bath tub in every room. Its generally ok, but maybe a little worn out. Its placed in a very 'touristed' area. I guess most hotels in The Gambia are like that.

Gli spazi esterni sono molto belli, purtroppo non altrettanto può dirsi delle stanze decisamente modeste. Le stanze apparentemente puite in realta' non lo sono affatto! con un unico straccio vengono puliti pavimenti e sanitari di più di una stanza. L'albergo da su uno dei tratti della spiaggia decisamante più brutti di Kololi Il lato positivo dell'albergo […] è che si trova proprio davanti la strada più trafficata della zona, piena di bar e ristoranti. Nel complesso l'albergo non vale quanto costa, per poco più ci sono alberghi molto più belli nella zona e per molto meno ci sono sistemazioni più pulite e più nuove anche se meno centrali. Mehr

Avis très positif. Notre fille de 4 ans a été ravie de voir les petits singes se promener sur les rebords du balcon. Piscine très bien entretenue. Petits-Déjeunés simples, pas beaucoup de choix
