Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 19. Feb. 2013Wir waren während der Durchreise von L.A. Nach Las Vegas für einen disneyland Besuch in anaheim. Dafür ist das lemon tree auch völlig ausreichend. Würde aber dennoch eher ein Hotel näher am Park empfehlen

New hotel, nice and spacey rooms, friendly personnel and a fair breakfast makes the stay comfortable. The only drawback I found was that they did not have a swimming pool, but we knew that when we booked.

Die Zimmer waren 1A, das personal super nett und auch die Ausstattung im Zimmer klasse. Sowohl Bügeneisen und Brett, sowie komplette Ausstattung des Bades und tollen Zimmern war für den Preis absolut gut. Frische Pancake maschine im Essbereich zauberte leckeres frühstück. Parkplätze und Tiefgarage im Preis inklusive. WiFi ist relativ zügig und fast überall im Hotel erreichbar, Fitnessstudio ist zwar klein, aber bietet alles was man braucht. Einzige Minuspunkte waren: - sehr weite Wege von Zimmer bis zum Aufzug, - wenig Auswahl am Frühstück und keine Lieferdienstmöglichkeiten für Pizza. Da aber in naher Umgebung zu Fuß Restaurants verfügbar sind verkraftbar. Alles in einem ein super Hotel für den Preis

"Für kurzen Aufenthalt absolut okay"
Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 5. Sep. 2012Wir haben nur eine Nacht in dem Hotel verbracht, da wir am nächsten Tag in eine nahe gelegene Mall wollten. Wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Es ist sicher kein Hotel für einen schönen, langen Urlaub, aber wenn man auf der Durchreise 1.2 Nächte dort verbringt, vollkommen okay. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, gute Parkplätze vorm Hotel, kostenloses wlan verfügbar, der Pool war auch sauber. Frühstück klein aber fein, wie man es halt von den Motels in den USA kennt. Die Mitarbeiter am Check In waren sehr freundlich.

Wir waren 16 Tage im Hampton Inn in Riverside; während unseres Aufenthaltes fielen die Aufzüge zweimal aus. Die Reparatur dauerte dann drei Tage. Viele sonstige Defekte, Sauberkeit grenzwertig. Frühstück wird gross beworben, aber sehr oft fehlten Artikel wie O-Saft, Joghurt und Milch mehrere Tage lang.... Manager ist nur sporadisch vor Ort; Rezeption […] mit oft wechselndem Personal besetzt, zwar bemüht aber nicht kompetent. Wir sind dann in ein Marriott umgezogen. We stayed in this hotel and found it to be a great choice for a very low price. The front desk personel(s) were very nice and professional. The continental breakfast was excellent including the staff with refilling buffet table. The only thing that we were disappointed about was that they had posted that my wife & I seen stating they change the bed […] linen on a daily basis but unfortunately ours were not changed but they did a great job with keeping the room clean. As far as the rooms, they were reasonably sized, and the beds were plenty comfortable, but I have two issues. First, the sound is not well insulated from the hall, which can lead to awkwardness on both sides. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the location and quality of this hotel. Everything was nice a clean even being over a holiday weekend with lots of kids around. The rooms were clean and quite, I actually slept the whole night without disturbance. The staff was very courteous and very helpful in directing us to different locations. "Basketball tournament"
We were there to attend Basketball games for our son. When we checked in we wanted to make sure we were on the same floor. The person at the desk insisted that we were but did not really check for us. We ended up not being with our team. If she would have given us a minute more of her time she could have made an adjustments because we had checked in […] early. The room was clean but no help on the weekend. We had 5 boys in the pool and they only gave 2 towels because they didn't have enough clean ones. It was cold at night and they had to air dry. They did have a nice big room in lobby where we could all have pizza together. That was very nice. The breakfast was awesome and really helpful with hungry boys. I was disappointed that the spa has been out of service for 3 days and nothing has been done. Pool was cold as well. No refrigerator in the room (surprising) and the ice machine on all top 3 floors were all broken. First impression of the hotel was good but didn't last long. This seems like a new hotel with immediately surrounding area quite upgraded - including a nice riverwalk walking path, and mall. 2-3 miles away the neighborhood isn't great, but the hotel's is fine. Bed very comfortable; bathroom sink area had a mildewy smell; windows actually open - nice feature; doors slam […] shut very loudly - I was kept awake for awhile hearing neighbors' doors slam up and down hall; good solid breakfast; no closet in our room - weird; really reasonable price. This was our first venture to a hotel with our small children. I was nervous that they might be disruptive but fortunately we were given a room next to another family with small children. We could hear our neighbors but only when their child cried/screamed and it was rather faint...my point in saying this is that the walls were not too thin. Which was […] nice. We got the two queens studio suite and it was very clean and very spacious. The beds were so comfortable. The first lady that I encountered at the front desk when I checked in was very nice, patient and pleasant. However, the second lady I encountered at the front desk to inform her that we were checking out had a huffy attitude as if I was interrupting what she was doing and didn't want to be bothered. The hotel was lovely, the staff were great.. there morning breakfast was great. My only concern was the room we requested was a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. This usually includes a shower bench, but this room did not. Showering in a wheelchair can be done easily, the only problem is when you are done the chair remains wet for some […] time after words. I was very impressed with the quality and friendliness of the staff at this hotel. Our stay was a one-night stop en route to another destination, but all of our interactions with staff from check-in to clearing plates at the complimentary breakfast were warm and friendly. I enjoyed the clean modern room and complimentary breakfast! I also liked having the newspaper. My particular room was right next to the elevator and I did not get the peace and quiet I would have preferred. "riverside visit"
the decorum was very nice. we didn't expect such a nice interior for Hampton inns. we've stayed in others that were not as nice. the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. the breakfast buffet was exceptional with such a large variety. only one thing on the food, the fruit was not all fresh, some of the melons were spoiled, but it didn't spoil […] our stay. Although we were only passing through for one night, w had a very nice stay. The room was so clean that my wife started looking for something that was dirty and could not find anything. We have stayed there several times and the staff is always very friendly. From the front desk to the maids they always greet you as you pass by. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Had a great stay at this hotel. The service was awesome and I loved that they had coffee all day. My only problem was that my king room didnt have a closet and since I was traveling for business that was a bit of an issue.
