Inconsistent service level that you don’t expect

Location is very convenience and room is clean. But it is strange that the key must keep at the receiption. The receiptionist paid special effort on watching the guest in and out. Once you want to go out, they will ask you to give your room key to them. Why???? Also, there is only one key per room which is very inconvenience.

The room is generally acceptable. The frige inside the room, however, was not working. We found that out nearly a day later. The telephone was dead, without a ringtone when the receiver was picked up. We needed to tell the reception about all these problems. The staff was quick to respond. This was laudable.

Hotel has a spring bath in the room. The bath tub is big and comfortable for those who wish to enjoy privacy. However, the check in time at 5pm is too late. Counter staff are not as friendly as most staff we encountered at other Taiwan hotels.

The location was central but the hotel was surrounded by largely residential homes and the commercial shops are along another street, which is accessible by a short cut. The problem with the hotel is its size, its too small for comfort. The dining around was so small that it was difficult to walk around with plates. There were no seats in the lobby! […] We also found a dead cockroach in the room! The breakfast was disappointing for the price we paid. The only saving grace was the in-room onsen. The room also looks into other residential units whenever curtains are drawn, which means we had to have the curtains pulled all the time, resulting in a very dark room. The hotel is a short walk from the main street. The passage way is quiet and may be uncomfortable for single woman. However, I believe it is safe. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel decor and food were both excellent. There was a light out in the bathroom, but they fixed it when I reported it. After I checked out and forgot my electric toothbrush, they delivered it to my next Taiwan destination across town, so I was extremely grateful.

Nice hotel but check in time is 5:00pm quite late

I like this hotel, especially spa facility in the room. Aqua Bella Hot Spring Hotel is in a neat location, however, it's about an hour train ride to the city. We had a wonderful stay and the staff were super nice. They were always willing to assist us with directions, etc. Our room was near a noisy furnance, the staff immediately moved us to another room which was larger with peacefulness. It was a wonderful little hotel to stay in. These are the reasons:- 1. Friendly staff especially Mr Daniel 2. Very clean 3. Very new 4. Nice decor 5. Wonderful bath with spring water piped in 6. Within walking distance to the XinBeiTou MRT (a bit of slope) 7. Within walking distance to Beitou attractions such as Beitou Aborigine Museum, Hell Valley, […] Public Library, Hot Spring museum etc 8. Able to take buses to the top of Yang Ming Shan 9. Decent breakfast 10. Good mixed of quality bath salt, shampoo, shower foam, etc. Not too wonderful:- 1. Only 24 hours fast food restaurants nearby 2. Face basin only has cold water 3. The hotel is establisbed at the hillside. Therefore, we need to walk pass a slope or staircases to get the destination. The road sign is not enough, the hotel is not easy to find. Besides, the buffet breadfast is quite good, but the choice is too few.

客房漂亮，温泉池寬敞，但位置離捷運較遠且位於斜坡，需坐的士往返，約75台幣，離酒店5分鐘路程有公車站，可去北投、台北車站多個地方，很方便

光明路を車でずっと下りて行ってしまうと中学校を一回りするので遠回りですが、最初にホテルを見つけるまでは仕方ないかもしれません。徒歩なら駅からおりてケンタッキーフライドチキンの前で光明路をわたり、石段の温泉路65巷の入り口の金の布袋様？を見ながら登りきって、さらに50ｍくらいいくと美容院につきあたり、右折すると右側がホテルです。とても便利な立地です。 清潔で、内装もきれいです。お風呂は部屋付きだけすが、石造りで大きく、広く、深いです。伊豆あたりの温泉付き研修施設なら立派な大浴場のお風呂と言えるくらいです。湯量も多くて、すぐに一杯なり、温度も下がりにくいので夜も朝も何度も使うことができました。 北投温泉全体に言えると思いますが、泉質も良いです。入浴後しばらくするとむしろ身体が暖まり、いつ止まると […] もない汗が吹き出してきます。肌が弱いほうなので敏感なのですが、塩素消毒などはされていないと思います。いつも乾燥気味で掻痒感があるほうなのですが、ずっとしっとりと落ち着いて驚きました。 Hotel.comのシステムが柔軟にできているのか、同じベッド構成の部屋でもホテルによって、部屋によって3人の受け入れが出来るものとそうでないものがあるようです。2人で検索すると山の上の方のホテルなど沢山みつかっても、3人ではこちらだけで、割安な一人追加料金でした。ほかのホテルなどでも2人の部屋の部屋情報を見ると追加ベッド可能などと書いてありますが、今回はとにかく急いでいたので、メールや電話で直接問い合わせるよりも、3人として予約させてくれるので、助かりました。一人追加出来るだろうとおもって、2人で予約して、だめだったら面倒です。 しかし一人追加分は、淋しいものでした。アメニティーは最初二人分ずつしかなくて、ベッドはロールインベッドではなくて、シーツをかけたふとんマット一枚と掛け布団だけでした。マットレスではなくて、日本でお馴染みの畳一畳の大きさのウレタン入りの二つ折りのマットです。本来の二人のベッドが大きめのクイーンサイズで高さも高めだったので、床にじかに敷いてあるマットとふとんはいかにも居候グレードでした。アメニティーの追加を頼み、女性2人がかりであっという間に敷マット一枚追加してもらいました。少しベッドらしくなりました。ロールインベッドだと部屋に入らないかもしれないので苦肉の策なのかもしれません。部屋全体は広いのですが、お風呂と浴室がガラスとカーテンで仕切られていて4割くらいを占めています。寝室側は大きな液晶テレビもあって一杯一杯です。ぜひこれからも、このように工夫していただいて3人を受け入れていただきたいと思います。マットは2枚でお願いします。 高速インターネットは繋がりませんでした。ケーブルは持参しましたが、繋がらないのでフロントでデポジット払いが必要なケーブルを借りましたが、やはり繋がりませんでした。部屋のコネクタなどに故障があったのでしょう。無線LANではありません。 浴場でシャワーを使うと、浴場内の洗面台やトイレは濡れます。トイレットペーパーも湯気で濡れます。寝室との境のガラスドアも、なぜか下辺だけゴム防水がなくて、少し隙間があり、そこから寝室にも少し漏れます。気をつけてシャワーを使うか、ドアの下の隙間に足拭きタオルをかけるなど工夫が必要です。 食事は美味しかったです。グアバの生ジュースが記憶に残ります。 温泉がすばらしく、お風呂が豪勢で落ち着きます。またぜひ泊まりたいと思います。 Mehr

此洒店服務員質素未能逵標好無禮貌，，入住交房時間太遲，通知退房就早，不會有下一次。

어머니를 모시고 대만 여행을 하면서 온천 또한 이번 여행중 중요한 부분이었는데 유황온천이라 냄새가 좀 날거라는 이야기들을 듣고 걱정했으나...걱정할정도의 냄새는 아니었구요...위치가 MRT역에서 가깝긴 하지만 가파른 계단을 올라가야 해서 캐리어를 끌고 이동하는데 많이 힘들었습니다. ㅠㅠ 하지만 그만큼 조용하고 아늑해서 좋았구요.... 조식도 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요. 온천물이 정말 좋더라구요 저혼자 세시간 정도 있었던거 같아요... 피부가 보들보들 해지는게 계속 있고 싶었습니다. 하지만 가격대비 완전 강추할만한 곳은 아닌거 같아요. 3명이서 20만원 정도에 1박을 했는데....그냥 뭐 그랬어요 ㅎㅎㅎ 주위에 모스버거나 다른 패스트푸드점 […] 많고 슈퍼 마켓이 계단 아래에 있어서 편했습니다. 하루 정도 묵기엔 괜찮은곳 같아요 Mehr

もう４，５回利用しているが、２４時間自室で温泉を楽しめる。前回迄は大きな浴槽だったが、今回は小さかった。フロントは人によってサービス・効率性にバラツキが。ホテル前にコンビニ。

房間整潔寬敞, 早餐頗豐富. 不過CHECK-IN時間太晚(下午五時).

清潔で丁寧な、良いホテルでした。 お部屋も少しラグジュアリー感があります。 部屋に大きめな温泉バスタブがついており、いつでも好きなだけ温泉を楽しめます。 日本語ができるスタッフもいました。 朝食も普通に良かったです。 目の前にセブンイレブンがあります。 台北市内からMRTを乗り継いで行くことができます。そんなに遠く感じませんでした。 のんびり台湾旅行をしたい方におすすめです。

고급 호텔은 아니지만 온천 호텔로서 괜찮습니다. 물도 좋고,, 욕조도 커서 좋았습니다. 방도 깔끔하고 좋았는데,, 조식 뷔페가 별로에요. 신베이터우 역에서 가깝습니다.

ロケーションがいまいち

역에서 가까워 이동하긴 편리했습니다. 하지만 역에서 올라가는 길이 계단이라 짐 가지고 이동하긴 좀 힘들었습니다. 돌아가는 길이 있긴 하지만 좀 거리가 길어서 찾아가는 안내가 필요할 것 같습니다.

辦理入住手續簡易,房間整潔舒適,但浴室没有掛衣物的設備!周圍環境清靜便利店在對面非常方便,唯一不方便的是從大街徒步到酒店要提著行李箱走一段石級梯,之後再走一條小斜路有點吃力,而且酒店路線指示不清晰,對於第一次到訪貴店的遊客來說是有點摸不著路線,希望可以改進這一點.

5월9일 하루 숙박을 했습니다. 지도와는 틀리게 전철역에서 거리가 있습니다. 또한 올라 가는 길이 언덕길이라서 고생 많이 햇습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 세븐 일레븐 있구요. 신베이터우역 근처에 스타벅스와 KFC 등 먹고 즐길 만한 곳 많습니다. 특히 단수이까지 전철로 약 20분 소요 됩니다. 전반적으로 아담하고 깨끗한 환경입니다. 온천 후 시원한 음료 보내 주는데 먹을 만 합니다. 다만 아침 조식은 많이 부족한 것 같습니다. 여행의 마지막으로 온천을 즐기시려면 추천해 드리고 싶습니다.

私が滞在した部屋は窓が開かないタイプ＆夜は常にライトアップしているようで、ブルー、グリーンと次々にライトが変わっていく光がカーテンから部屋の中へこぼれてきました・・・ 窓から外の景色が見れないのがとても残念でした。 温泉が出る浴槽はとっても広く、かなりラグジュアリー感はありますので、温泉を部屋で楽しみたい、それだけでOKという方にはいいかも。 駅からもそんなに遠くなく、内装もモダンでとても清潔です。 朝食は至って普通です。

古いホテルがリノベーションされていて、デザインも良いし、お部屋に温泉の出る大きなバスタブがあってとてもよかったです。場所がわかりにくくて、最初たどりつくまでに大回りをしてしまいましたが、実は階段のある細い道をとおっていくと駅からも近いです。一人でも快適でしたが、カップルにもすごくおすすめです。 It seems renovated from an old hotel, and I liked very much the design of its room with a big bath tub with hot spring water.
