Wir waren an einem Wochenende in diesem Hotel um uns Frankfurt anszusehen. Es liegt wirklich sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, das Bad super schön und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war inclusive und absolut ausreichend. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Nur hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Kingsizebett gebucht, da eigentlich unsere Tochter mit im Bett schlafen sollte, jedoch war das sogenannte Kingsizebett am Schluss nicht breiter als 1,20m und die Matratze furchtbar weich. Beim Frühstück gab es leider nur 1 Sorte Käse, was für mich als Vegetarierin sehr nachteilig […] war. Die Wurstauswahl war bedeutend besser. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, die Garage geräumig und preiswert. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Mehr

Decent value for money, high standard of hotel and the room, but the hotel is situated in a dodgy area. For me the worst was that the bed was very hard.

Convenient, clean and good value. Does what is says on the box although breakfast was a little disappointing.

The worst experience I have ever had with hotel's staff during the past 10 years happened in this hotel. This hotel was offering a good price for double-bed room including breakfast. So we booked two double rooms for 1 night (weekend). The hotel's location, the design and interior are very good. But that's the all good things. 1- The reception gave […] us two double rooms in two different floors without informing us. when we came back and asked for locating them on the same floor next to each other she gave me two rooms on two different sides of the building without telling me. We went up stairs and came back and asked reception "again" to change the rooms (third time). She didn't even check the list and replied that it's impossible because the whole hotel is booked !!! (it was exactly 14:00). She didn't even check her computer before answering me and started staring at me and smiling. I expressed my total disappointment and left the desk. While hearing her laughing with her other friend at the reception. 2- The morning after, the cleaning staff were knocking at the door every 15 minutes starting at 9:00! After the third time I asked the man to "leave me alone" and come back after 11:00, only then he stopped this!! 3- Breakfast was supposed to be continental but it was nothing even close to it. The breakfast is served directly in the lobby which is pretty unpleasant and the selection is very limited. 4- Although the hotel is non-smoking, the hotel staff smoke in the corridors ending to the parking. Therefore the whole parking area and the corridors connecting it to the hotel heavily stink. 5- On the website of priority club it was mentioned that internet is free for the ones who join holiday inn membership club. After arrival they said that the information is wrong and we should pay 5 euros for 24 hours. The internet speed is absolutely horrible, not even as fast a dial up and many time outs. 6- Beds are not firm enough, blankets are small and pillows are very small Mehr

The hotel worked great for our purpose as tourists and first time in Frankfurt. The room was a little small but clean and modern, looked like it was recently renovated. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome! The hotel is close to many good restaurants, shopping and the train station making it convenient to travel to tourist sights. The hotel was nice and clean, well maintained, and it's located about 10min from the Hauptbahnhof. The beds in the room are comfortable, and mine had a small sofa (size may vary). Breakfast was not bad too. Staff is ok, but sometimes their replies can be quite curt. There are some restaurants nearby, if you are hungry. There's also some shops on the […] way to the main station. WiFi is tied to 1 device by MAC address only, so if you have a laptop and iPhone, you can only use it on one. Your username/password is printed on a receipt which you use to login for the first time. I'm afraid of the cold, and I found the heating in my room was insufficient, even after I turned it to the max. The windows are poorly insulated and cold seeps in even though the windows are shut. On the bright side, the windowsill makes for a good fridge in the winter. Mehr

I was very satisfied with this hotel - I was able to check in straight away, even though I arrived somewhat early. The location was great and the room clean and very comfortable. In terms of value for money, it was a great choice.

Very convenient location near to underground central station within walking distance, near to shopping centers and restaurants. Comfortable and secure clean room. only bothering that I arrived early after 14 hours flight, reception did not allow me to check in although there were guests checking out and understand my reason, their excuse that there […] were no cleaner to clean the rooms. only allow me to check in at 1pm exactly. A very reasonable, enjoyable hotel in Frankfurt, very close to the train station and not far away from all the sights! Would recommend. Good cleanliness, decent breakfast, etc.

What a good choice this was. I have stayed in a Holiday Inn Express previously and found the room rather dull and basic, so I was a bit nervous about staying here. However the price was good, breakfast was included, and the location looked OK. We arrived at the hotel having walked past a number of hotels I had rejected, and found a really modern, welcoming […] hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked as if it had been refurbished yesterday, and everything was great. A number of reviews mentioned the face that the area was the red-light district, but to be honest, although a bit dingy, there was nothing sleezy about it. We came back late at night and felt comfortable at all times. The hotel was well within walking distance of all the attractions (we wanted to see), and we only took 1 tube over the 4 days. Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas Market, and would recommend the city and hotel to anyone. Mehr

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel and it is a very nice hotel, only being a 5 minute walk from the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area (especially if you like Turkish food!) Overall a very good hotel.

i was not pleased as to the inforfation on several issues like hight of washbasin for normal5'3 women ,no info on how to oporate light in the room and not very informed staff.

Hotel is less than 3 minutes walk from Frankfurt City Hauptbahnhof - just take care to avoid the usual suspect crowd that gathers late nights in front of train stations. Hotel is well maintained and offers a decent morning breakfast. The biggest complaint is the wifi that you have to pay for but then find out that the account usage is limited to one […] device - so we logged in with an iPod and then when we tried to use the business center's machine, we were told we had to buy another account. The front desk staff is curt to the point of rudeness - same lack of curtesy when I was discussing the wifi and when I noticed another customer trying to change a 500 euro note. But overall good value for money and highly recommended. Mehr

Great room, easy location near the Bahnhof...in little Turkey. Breakfast, but when crowded, it is disorganized. Long, long lines for the coffee. It is good coffee !

Nice hotel, very clean, not very far from Römer and Hauptwache, 10-15 min. walk . Really good continental breakfast. Helpful staff. If we visit Frankfurt again we would stay here.

Very nice room and breakfast...convenient to many things...neighborhood seemed a bit "shady"...did not want to be venturing out too late. Decent restaurant choices close by.

This was one of the overall best hotels that we stayed at during a 24-day trip through central Europe and France. The hotel just opened so it is immaculately clean with good service and a good breakfast buffet included. The neighborhood around the hotel is a little raunchy because of drug dealing and porn shops, but not as bad as I have read in other […] reviews before arriving. At the same time there are a lot of good, reasonably priced restaurants nearby and the area has a nice multi-ethnic vibe. Also close to the major sights in Frankfurt and the main train station. Mehr

Excellent hotel, clean, comfortable and wonderful location. Easy walk to all the sights. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfasts. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was good value for money. It was close to the station and the main shopping area / business district in Frankfurt. The free breakfast was also very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Worst hotel ever stayed in. Room was booked for three people. Only two beds in roon. One bed was a double but did not suit situation of people. Reception could do nothing for us,. Told us first we could split the bed into two but this was not possible. Reception seemed to not want help us out. Had to ask for extra be linen as only two towels provided […] yet again 3 staying. Got extra bed linen as one had to sleep on the floor. Could have done this on the pavement or the car if we knew this was going to be the situation. Directions were asked to city centre but we ended up in the red light district which is right beside the hotel. Not a good location to be staying. Breakfast another let down. Low choice and very poor/cheap quality. Gives a very bad look to the hotel group,Frankfurt and the website that a place like this is run so poorly and the customer service is not there to do everything to satisfy the customer. Mehr

Muito boa. O hotel e muito bom, limpo, novo, cafe da manha excelente, funcionarios atenciosos. A localizacao e boa para quem utiliza trem, pois fica proximo da estacao central. Para conhecer o centro da cidade, fica proximo, mas nao fica no centro. Pode-se dizer que a localizacao e boa mas nao excelente, pois nao fica no centro.

El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cerca de la estación, tiendas y supermercados, y centro finanaciero, con un etro cerca que te contacta con toda la ciudad. Interiormente es un típico express, moderno, limpio y con todo lo necesario para un viaje de negocios; el desayuno no fue maravilloso, pero si contó con lo necesario para comenzar bien el día. […] Dos elementos a mejorar son el tamaño pequeño de las camas (en mi caso una single pero otros compañeros en habitaciones dobles o matrimoniales tenían las mismas camas de alrededor de plaza y 1/2), y la temperatura de las habitaciones que en el medio de la ola de frío siberiana, requería cuidar de aumentar la temperatura; el frío fue compensado al menos con la buena idea de un hervidor de agua para un caf{e o té a disposición. En conclusión, recomendable para negocios, y buena relación precio-calidad. Mehr

大変新しいので、清潔です。朝食のクロワッサンは絶品でした。駅からは比較的近く、スーツケースを転がしながらでも、7.8分といったところでしょうか。 街の中心部からも近く、デパートやクリスマスマーケットまで歩いて15分程度ですが、タクシーを利用しても１０ユーロ（チップ込）でした。 お部屋は、すごく広いというわけではありませんが、ひとつは床の上、ひとつはベッドの上に広げて整理していました。 コーヒーポットは部屋にあり。冷蔵庫なし。ツインはベッドを二つくっつけているタイプでしたが、掛け布団も分かれているので、問題なし。 バスタブはなしでした。無線LANはなく、有線LANは有料でした。料金を考えると大変お得です。

La ubicación inmejorable: 7-8 minutos caminando desde la estación central, allí concectas con toda la ciudad, el aeropuerto y el mundo.Si vienes desde el aeropuerto tomas un tren por 4.50 euros y son 3 paradas, de ahi caminas al hotel, éste brinda un desayuno excelente y está incluido para todos.El barrio lleno de restaurantes étnicos: marroquies, indios, […] chinos. Hotelli erittäin siisti ja uudehkon oloinen. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen ja kylpyhuone todella hieno. Hotelli sijaitsi sopivan matkan päässä keskustasta, kävellen pääsi mukavasti. Sängyn patja oli liian pinkeä meidän makuun. Rautatieaseman läheisyys tuonut myös hotellin läheisyyteen epämiellyttävät elementit kuten diilerit, narkkarit ja muita palveluja […] kauppaavat henkilöt.
