Liegt direkt an der Autobahn, aber duch die schalldichten Fenster wird man überhaupt nicht gestört. Mit dem Auto ist man recht schnell inn der City. Die austattung ist für dern Preis sehr , sehr gut bis zum eigene PC im Zimmer.
Für zusätzliche Personen können Gebühren anfallen, die abhängig von den Bestimmungen des Hotels variieren können.

"Stadthotel"
Das Hotelzimmer war geraeumig und in besserer Kondition als der Aeussere Hotelzustand es erwarten liess.Parkplatz im Hof einwandfrei.Die Innenstadt mit dem Auto innerhalb von fuenf Minuten erreichbar.Busverbindungen sind uns nicht bekannt.Poolbereich durch Gaeste mit Strassenschuhen betreten und dadurch leicht unsauber.

"Ganz O.K. !"
Etwas abgelegen zum Zentrum. Man braucht ein Auto um das Altstadtzentrum zu erreichen. Preis- Leistung ist in Ordnung. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Quebec Stadt zu empfehlen.

Check in and check out were very easy. Very poor breakfast--no hot water, no milk. Coffee and orange juice were very watered down. No elevators--had to carry luggage up four flights where every staircase was disconnected from the next.
"Not as advertised"
First let me state the room was clean. Parking was a dark lot in the back alley of the hotel. Room did not reflect the website. Rooms are very very small. zero amenities with the exception of free wifi. if you are looking for a quaint no frills stay, then this is the hotel for you. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

"nightmare"
it was very bad hotel the room not clean,we cant wash our hand because the sink was closed and no one fixed it until next day finally the breakfast was so bad no egg no chees no coffee that what they called buffet breakfast

"Hotel Du Nord - Quebec City"
This hotel was very average. The double room with two double beds was very small. Not much room. The hotel was run down and needed to be updated. The carpet down stairs was wet and smelly. The staff weren't very friendly. The bus that runs from the front to the city was very conveinent.
"I would return"
Very clean room, friendly staff, parking included, continental breakfast included and at about 45 minutes walk from old Quebec. I tought it was a good choice.
"Not totally happy"
Well the hotel was okay however our goal was to stay in Old Quebec. To our surprise when we arrived at the hotel it was not even close to where we wanted. After checking in, we decided we would walk to Old Quebec because we were told only15-20 minutes. Not only was is more than double that but it was also not a family friendly neighbourhood to walk […] thru. My wife and kids actually said numerous times as we walked Old Quebec "why couldn't we have stayed there" pointing to the many different hotels. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. Unfortuately, we were in a basement room and had a massive stone pillar in our room. Our air conditioner also had a strange smell that smelled like the pool. The staff was pleasant and if we had a different room, we may have had a more positive experience. "very basic hotel"
My husband and I were very excited to visit Quebec City but we had no idea what to expect. When we got to the hotel, we first noticed that it is kind of in a run-down neighborhood. The streets were deserted and had an "abandoned city" feel. Pros: 1) friendly staff - front desk was very friendly 2) good breakfast - for breakfast, they serve cereal, […] coffee, pasteries, toast, and other things. very simple. we were running late and thought we had missed breakfast but there were still people there and we were able to grab some food before heading out. 3) pool - we didn't go to the pool but i was surprised that they had one. 4) free parking behind the hotel. big plus! Cons: 1) no elevators: we were on the 3rd floor and had to get our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. whew! 2) small, run-down room: the room was tiny and we had a corner room with a very odd shape. Plus, the bathroom was pretty run down (not necessarily dirty but looked like it was falling apart) 3) neighborhood is not very exciting. i would recommend having a car or some sort of transportation. Overall, it wasn't what I had hoped for but it wasn't horrible either. If we were to go to Quebec City for vacation again, I would find a nicer hotel. Mehr

First room we were given had a broken air conditioner, The second rooms AC was working but had no shower curtain. I suggested they take the first rooms curtain to the second room. They said no one was there to do that. I said I would do it myself instead of waiting a day for someone who could do it. The hotel was also too far from the city center. "Stinky Rooms Outside City"
This Hotel is marked as downtown, but it is at least a 30 minute walk into town. The rooms were large but had a weird smell to them and the surrounding area was a bit sketchy. Probably wouldn't stay there again unless I was desperate.

"Great place to stay!!!"
Very nice and clean hotel. It took us about 45 minutes to walk to old Quebec. Not bad for people that like to walk. Front desk personnel was very friendly. I would stay in this place again. Free internet, parking and breakfast. I loved it!!!
Very clean, great room for that price in the downtown.

The remote control of the TV did not work! Also, the shower sink was clogged! I think these things should be checked often.

Not bad for 3 star hotel, clean, non smoking room, Wifi internet, dining room with microwave, hot water. RTC bus # 1 just infront the street easy to reach downtown city.

"Belle endroit"
J'ai très aimé l'endroit, c'etait propre et très confortable, tout près des accommodités aussi, restaurants, depanneurs etc... Le seul petit problème que nous avons eu c'est d'avoir eu a endurer une gang de jeunes sur notre étage qui n,arretaient pas de faire du bruit, en plus d'avoir leur porte ouverte... :(

Contrairement à la photographique que nous avions vue, les 2 lits n'étaient pas côte à côte, mais bien à chaque extrémité de la chambre de belle dimension. Quelle surprise agréable! Ceci permettait une tranquillité inespérée pour dormir en silence. Par ailleurs, ma fille et moi avons bien profité de la cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire: poêle, […] réfrigérateur, armoires complètes (évier, vaisselle, coutellerie, chaudrons... et coupes à vin!) ainsi qu'un set de salle à dîner. C'était une surprise, ça aussi. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service, à l'accueil et lors du déjeuner. Merci, nous reviendrons à la première occasion! Mehr

Environ 5min du vieux Quebec,très propre et bon prix.Les enfants ont appréciés la piscine.Le petit déjeuner était parfait pour notre petite famille.Donc pour un petit week-end a bas prix c'était parfait.... Nous y retournerons c'est certain:-)))

Une chambre vraiment correcte et confortable et un petit déjeuner tout à fait honnête pour ce prix. Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel. Il faut juste prendre le bus pour aller dans le vieux Québec, mais cela se fait facilement.

部屋も広く綺麗目でトータルして良いホテルだと思います。町中ですが案外静かで無料の駐車場、部屋での無料の無線LAN、プールもあり合格点です。ただ朝食も無料ですが内容は悪いです。飲み物とパン程度でした。対応もとてもよく気持ちよく過ごせました。

Tres bel hotel, confortable et tres bien situé par rapport au Vieux Québec env. 5-7 min max. accueil courtois, chambre correct, lits confortables, Piscine tres appréciée par les enfants. tres bon qualité/prix selon moi. j'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Nous avons été bien servi par le personnel courtois. Toute fois la prise du téléphone était pratiquement toute arrachée et le service téléphonique ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre 301. Je suis instructeur de basketball et j'était avec mon équipe de jeunes et malgré ce fait, il était impossible d'avoir les trois chambres une a côté de l'autres. Les […] jeunes étaient au premier étage et moi au troisième. Ce fait m'a incommodé pour des raisons de surveillance. Merci et bonne journée. Cordialement Coach Michel Mehr

Propreté laisse a désirer, poussière sous le lit, mur sale. Besoin de quelque rénovation comme de la peinture dans la salle de bain. Piscine forte en chlore. Petit déjeuner simple. Rotie, ceréal, cafe. J'aurais aimer avoir des fruit frais pas seulement de la salade de fruit. Ex : banane, pomme. Par contre, personnel acceuillant et lit confortable.

"Un peu loin du centre, mais sympa"
Petit hôtel sympa, propreté OK, chambre faite tous les jours, petit déjeuner OK, accueil sympa. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier éloigné du centre ville de Quebec, mais la ligne 1, dessert l’hôtel régulièrement (je vous conseille de prendre un pass à la journée, ou pour trois jours, en vente chez le dépanneur du coin). Je recommande cet hôtel.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix avec un personnel très serviable et accueillant : je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Il est situé à 5 minutes en voiture du Vieux-Québec en plus ! Petit déjeuner largement correct pour un repas compris : café, thé ou Nesquik (en général, c'est du chocolat à l'eau dans les hôtels, mais là on pouvait se faire un vrai chocolat […] chaud !), toasts, salade de fruits... "hotel du nord a quebec"
tres bien, personnel sympa, ligne de bus direct pour le centre ville, piscine tres agéable. Le seul bemol un papier sous le lit a notre arrivee, il est resté sur nos deux jours de passage, donc un nettoyage sommaire. Mais satisfait sur l'ensemble.
