TOWERS AT NORTH MYRTLE BEACH - North Myrtle Beach

Love the towers on the grove!!!!!!! We only stay here when we are in North Myrtle Beach. We could have stayed for weeks!!!!!

The cleanliness of the room was GREAT! The amenities was meant. I wish the location was close to shops and attractions. We had to drive at least 22 miles out to shops and attractions. Overall, the hotel was Great and I give it 4 stars!!!

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was super clean and even more beautiful than the pictures. The only issue I have is I had to check in at the Prince Resort so when I needed more towels I never received them. Other than that it was a lovely stay for an awesome price!

We traveled in mid-March and got some great rates. Only downside was the check in process was a hassle. Had to go a mile down the road to a second hotel to get checked in and then back to get a front door key. It was sort of a pain not knowing this up front, but otherwise very pleased with the room and it's cleanliness.

The room is modern, updated and contemporary. Looks like the website says. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom have granite countertops and stainless steel applicances. We loved it and would definitely stay there again. The one thing that did not make sense to me was.....we had to go to the Prince Resort to check in and […] get our room keys, then we had to go back to the Towers to go to our room. They need to change this process. Also, the central heat/air was not as quiet as at home. So, when the heat comes on, it was louder than i expected and I had to get use to a little more noise than at home. Other than that..........I LOVED IT Mehr

the 2 bedroom is really not as specified, you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the living room, not very satisfactory.

Hotel good, had some problems with check-in in that they forgot to give me the key that I could get to the elevators after 11:00 PM.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, but the room I booked through hotels.com was not what I was expecting. The room was among thirty-five other rooms in this hotel that are owned and managed through a 'resort' a few miles down the street. Upon arriving at the hotel I was informed, after bringing all of my luggage and groceries up the elevator into […] the lobby, that because the 'resort' managed the room I was staying in, that I would have to go back downstairs and drive down the street to check in and receive my room keys. Because the room was managed by the other building there was also no housekeeping available. If maintenance was needed or problems were to arise I was to also contact the hotel down the street. Once finally getting to my room, I noticed the furniture seemed old, the vents and walls around the vents were stained brown, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped. The bed sheets and pillows also seemed old and not a freshness quality you would hope to find when arriving to a hotel for a beach stay. I felt I needed a hot sterilizing shower after staying in this room. I was told in order to request a late checkout, I needed to call the the hotel down the street the morning of. Only to find when I went to call the morning of, that none of the room phones were plugged in. My stay was short, but I would not want to stay in this room for long periods of time. Mehr

Overall, we were very pleased with our room at the Towers. The location is great, the room was fully equipped and updated. Our only issue was when we needed maintenance items (toilet paper, towels, etc.) we had to call Prince Resort and wait for them to deliver them to us. The staff were freindly and helpful. The place is nice enough. It is very confusing to have split managment trying to opperate a place to stay? Our unit/room was small and cramped. This hotel was a great!! It is beautiful and comfy. After reading some reviews I had mixed expectations, but it was a lot better than expected! The room was clean, the kitchen was full and had everything you needed (except the food) and the bath tub has jets (or a jacuzzi)!!! We had a 2 bedrm 2 bath unit. We had to chk in at prince resort dwn the street. The room was smaller than expected. We had a blvd view. No balcony windows only, due to the location of the room our view was mostly the parking deck across the street. It was very hard to see up and down the street. The bathrooms should have been much cleaner than it was. […] The floor was dirty and streaks was down the wall. The unit needed fresh paint or a good scrubing in the bathroom,however each bedroom had its own bathroom with a jetted tub, a nice surprise. overall our stay was nice and I would book here again. the only thing i did not like about our stay was i feel like the room was ready before 4:00; so we couldn't get in til 4. when i went to check about it being ready our keys were in a box with other rooms that were ready. they were to call us when it was ready and they didn't. just so happen i went and checked on it myself at 3:50. other than this i […] was satisfied. The rooms were not the size of the pictures and description that the website showed. The first desk didnt not tell us that we had to have wrist bands for the pool. When we got there the check in desk was at a different location. It was not what I expected and would not stay there again.

Our stay at Towers was excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool and spa area was very nice, just make sure you wear your pool bracelet... there is one guard in particular who likes to check, lol. Our room at Towers on the Grove was very comfortable. We had a king bed with a full kitchen. Bathroom has a jetted tub. Everything was clean and functional. Great stay.

Very bad experience, at check in sent to another hotel, nobody cleaned the room, or changed linen, did not change towels. No room service and could not make any long distance phone calls from room. I would not recommend this experience to anybody.
