Im Zimmer steht Ihnen gegen Gebühr ein Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN) zur Verfügung. 44-Zoll LCD-Fernseher mit Kabel-TV-Empfang stehen in den Zimmern zur Verfügung. Alle Zimmer sind wie folgt ausgestattet: Direktwahltelefone mit Voicemail. Zur Badausstattung gehören: Badewannen-/Duschkombinationen und kostenlose Toilettenartikel.

Sehr gutes Hotel für den Anfang und das Ende unserer Rundreise durch die Rocky Mountains. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Whirlpool im Freien mit Blick auf die Berge sehr entspannend. Serviceleistung des Empfangspersonals überdurchschnittlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Die Chalets sind großzügig konzipiert und bestens ausgestattet, da fehlt es an nichts. Gut auch die Lage (schnell im Nationalpark, kostenfreie Internetnutzung, Prospektmaterial, naher Supermarkt). Der Service passt. Eine Empfehlung wert!

Sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten in die nähere Umgebung (Banff NP, Calgary). Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Frühstück etwas einseitig und Frühstücksraum meist recht voll.

individuell und modern gestyltes Hotel für Menschen, die weder rustikales Holzbohlenambiente noch Touristenbusse lieben. Zur Strasse hatte man das schönere Panorama, dafür etwas mehr Geräusche (Hotel liegt gleich am Highway, dafür direkt im Wald und nur wenige Minuten vom Skigebiet; nach Banff läuft man ein wenig oder fährt ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto). Hinten raus ruhiger mit Blick auf Wald und Hirsch. Netter kleiner hot tub ohne Trubel (wir waren immer alleine dort). Wunderbares Bistro mit exzellenter Küche, gutem Service und gemütlichem Kamin. Die Menschen am Empfang wechselten täglich, waren immer hilfsbereit, wenngleich auch unterschiedlich kenntnisreich und enthusiastisch. Wir waren offensichtlich zur Nebensaison im Winter dort, was den Preis erfreulich reduziert hat. Gute Ausgangsbasis für die drei Skigebiete der Region. Kleinen Punktabzug gab es für einen lauten air-conditioner in einem Zimmer und für die Tatsache, dass es keinen frei nutzbaren Computer gab (wir hatten keinen Laptop mit und der Rechner in der Bibliothek kostetet 5 $ pro halbe Stunde). Ansonsten haben wir uns aber ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ruhiges Hotel mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeekocher mit Kaffee, Tee, geräumige Zimmer, waren sehr zufrieden. Restaurant nebenan.

i booked three rooms next to each other. two rooms were booked for two nights . mine was for the one night . when i arrived the room i had booked was not available until three on the 18 of feb . i had arrived at 11.oclock we were for a wedding and had to get ready we were given another room on the other side. i booked the rooms together so we could […] corodinate our stay with the other two rooms the placement became inconvienet. This is a great little inexpensive hotel. If you're in Banff for the skiing or hiking or other outdoor pursuits, and you just want a clean, safe place to sleep, then this hotel is perfect. Older hotel- kind of thin walls,and obviously well used. The staff were great, the bed very comfortable, and the room clean. Very convenient for the dog also, being on a green belt. Easy access to town with the shuttle buses.

This motel is located within a 20-min walk to the central area (if you are not on the wheels), almost 1 block off the main street - surrounded by nice trees, with a great view on the mountains, deers coming by the porch to grass. "A Diamond in the Rough"
Motel prices in Banff and Jasper are pretty high so it pays to shop around. They can also change quickly; the price of a different motel we stayed at a couple of years ago has doubled! After carefully reading a ton of reviews, I figured that this motel was the best value for the money and I still think that was correct. After having breakfast in one […] of the other motels I can say that it certainly had a lot more up-scale atmosphere, but it wasn't worth it to me to pay another $50 a night just for that. This motel is on the edge of town, set back from the street and surrounded by trees and so has a nice atmosphere. The motel seems solidly built and quiet. A lot of wood paneling in the room - even the ceiling. Appropriate pictures and decor. Carpet was rather plain but clean. Bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was good. Bathroom had a skylight which was appealing. The parking lot and driveway had some potholes so drive carefully. The sidewalks also had some significant cracks so walk carefully, too. Mehr

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. Very large rooms. This is on the edge of Banff not far from forrest area and we were able to see Mule Deer and listen to Coyote during the night which made us very happy. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. A real pleasure to stay there. We have stayed in 10 motel/hotels this trip rangeing in price from […] low to high this beng middle price and it has been the best so far. Mehr
The only thing lacking in this Motel was Air Conditioning. It was 28-29 degrees cellius outside and there was no air moving in the room. We had to go out to a air conditioned spot to survive the evening. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff very freindly.

We were supposed to have 1 Queen bed(for 2 people) and 1 double but the queen was maybe 2 inches bigger than the double. They actually looked the same size. Other than that everything was ok.

The rate we paid did not justify the condition of the hotel. First of all they put us in what was probably their worst room. Small, poor circulation, dingy. When I asked for a change since we were staying several nts and there was no way we could stay in those conditions, the front desk hemmed and hawed and finally gave us a much better room but we […] had to pay for an upgrade. This place had no A/C, and we definitely expected more especially at the rate they charge. By the way, I booked this hotel because it had rooms that at least opened up to a center courtyard, however the first room they gave us did not. Stayed in many hotels during our 2 weeks vacation, and the "more reasonable" chains were so much better. The lodge at Jasper was cheaper with far more superior accomodations. Would not recommend staying here. The housekeeping staff were helpful ... they made our stay better. Mehr

The room had a moldy kind of smell to it, was super warm (we had no way to change the temperature), and I had an unexpected visitor in the shower - a spider crawling along the ceiling of the bathroom! The main light in the ceiling was falling down, and the light beside the bed was dangerously loose. I called the office to report the lights but got no response.
