Room is neat and clean. Centrally located to sights around Seoul city. If you have heavy lugages, then look for the Exit with elevator. Then roll them along road level to Exit 9 and proceed as recommended.

Very poor understanding of English by desk staff making it hard to communicate anything. Very much in need of new paint and carpets. Very hard to locate in maze of back alley ways. This hotel is NOT new and not big but it's very near Metro. Good for limit budgets people to live there.

Room was small but comfortable. Close by the myeong dong shopping district. The up keep was a little shabby but that adds to the charm of the hotel. And the staff was very helpful and courteous. 2 mins walk from Euljiro 3(sam)-ga Station[乙支路3街), and walk 15 mins to Myeong-Dong if you find the way....

When I came across the listing of Hotel Biz, the price seemed perfect. In this case, you get what you pay for with your room, but the rest of the hotel more than makes for it. Basically, the rooms were rather small and the bathrooms were a little beat up. However, everything worked and you had everything you needed to get a good nights sleep also including […] a computer and water cooler/heater a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The little breakfast cafe gets a little cramped when about six people pile in there, but it has the basics and some decent jjuk (korean rice porridge) too. There is also a computer with a printer (free of charge) next to the breakfast area for people to use as well. The location could be a bit better being that it is down a long narrow ally way surrounded printing shops and a few Korean restaurants, but it is close enough to the shops in Myeong-dong that you could walk there in about 10-15 minutes. All in all, if you are looking for a budget accommodation with a lot of little extras, then this is the place for you. If you are wanting a larger room for an extended period then you may find this hotel a little cramped. Mehr

As mentioned by many reviewers, this hotel is located deep in a block of factories which is kind of strange to me. The room is small with quite a low ceiling. I can touch the ceiling by raising my hand (I am around 1.7m tall). The room is very basic but they have what you need: in-room pc, unlimited bottles of drinking water, gel, moisturizer, toothbrush, […] toothpaste, large screen HD tv and complimentary breakfast. Porridge is available from tues to sun and it is quite tasty. Thew breakfast also include bread, cereal, coffee and juice. I like the aloe vera juice very much. One thing I must mention is that the hotel has really excellent service. All the staffs are polite and helpful. We had reached the hotel at 12pm++ and the staff mentioned that our room would only be ready at 2pm. Therefore, we left our lugguage at the counter. When we were back at 2pm, we were informed that our lugguages were already brought into the room. I appreciate such little details. It would be great if they provide free wifi though. Mehr

1. Don't trust the hotel.com's map. The closest metro station is Euljiro 3(sam)-ga. Get out at exit number 9 and turn immediately right. In the first intersection, turn right (but not the full right turn, but half right) or follow the sign. 2. Not the greatest hotel. Cheap, close to metro, internet connection. Forget about clean rooms, or clean towels. […] So if you stay for a day or two, you can disregard the awful smell that hits you whenever you enter the hotel, or the chlorine smell of the towels. 3. Breakfast - continental at best. But on the bright side served between 7:00 and 11:00, so no need to wake up early. Oh, not much space to sit down and eat it in the breakfast room. Mehr

Obviously not for the fancy tasted, this economy hotel is situated in a strategic position, close to the Myeong Dong area and Seoul city center. Main attractions and areas of interest are within walking distance. Rook are a tad too tiny and would well deserve renovation, but are equipped with many useful appliances: tv-comPuter, water dispenser, hair […] drier, sleepers, brushes, etc etc.. Friendly staff and cozy cafè where breakfast is served from 7-11am. Liked the location in a small, quiet alley with typographies and local restaurants! stay at this hotel was dissapointing. we expected alot given most reviews were positive, with great service and value for money. In fact, room was tiny, furnitures were old, fridge does not work, no window, tub does not have curtain and breakfast was just basic. Not to mention the place is hard to find and the hotel is surrounded by printing factories […] and not safe for women. Staff is helpfull but english is basic. Mehr

If you want a budget, central accommodation this is it. The room was small but had everything we needed plus a computer with free internet which was a bonus. Simple help yourself breakfast-tea,coffee,cereal,toast butter and jam or Korean breakfast(you might have to find things for yourself(Juice in fridge)make your own toast. Very little to no English […] spoken but friendly, willing staff. Very central location but hidden in a side road-found using other reviewers directions. Would definitely use again. Mehr

If you're looking for the Four Seasons, keep looking. This isn't it. What it is is a clean, simple place to hang your head at night, take a shower and see Seoul. It is located in the heart of downtown, near all the major tourists attractions, and, most importantly, one block from the subway - Euljiro 3 stop. The staff is friendly and speaks some English […] and Japanese. The rooms are small but feature your own computer with internet, fridge, water filter, coffee, etc. There's a phone in your room. You can make calls to landlines for free, but if you want to call cell phones you'll need to buy a card they sell in the lobby. Anyone can call you. I suppose you could also use Skype from the in-room computer if you had a headset. There's wifi in the lobby only. Breakfast is very basic - cold cereal, toast and some rice porridge. That's it. Previous walking instructions from subway were correct. If you're looking for a simple, clean place to stay with everything you need and nothing more this is the place for you. As my grandma used to say, "Why pay a lot of money for a hotel? They all look the same in the dark." Mehr

My expectations were managed because of the reviews that I read. I stuck to my guns on directions to the hotel and was glad that I did as it was very specific and we didn't get lost. In terms of amenities, we were not shortchanged like water dispenser and computer within the room. Best of all, free laundry (just wash, no iron). And we love the breakfast […] offered - porridge flavour which changed daily and cereal (either cornflakes or choc weetbix). There was also a variety of beverages for your selection. I'd recommend this quaint homestay for those not seeking for a luxurious room. The only complaint I had was that the room was a tad small (Double Room) so I would pay a bit more and opt for the bigger room and the thin blanket offered me very little warm comfort. Mehr

Hotel Biz is located near Myeong-dong, 1 of the main shopping areas in Seoul, especially for beauty products. Nearest station is Euljiro 3(sam)-ga. Go to Exit 9 and turn to your right, straight into a small alley. Go straight down (even when u come to an intersection) past several printing shops. Hotel'll be on your right. From the airport, we took […] bus 6015 and stopped at Euljiro 4 (sa)-ga stop, walked to the nearest station entrance for Euljiro 4-ga & proceeded underground towards Euljiro 3-ga station (there's an underground mall & walkway that'll link you straight to Euljiro 3-ga stn-just follow the signs). Hotel staff's friendly. The rooms, though small, are comfortable for 2 on a no frills budget. We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a bathtub in the toilet. It comes equipped with toothbrushes, toothpastes,comb,hairgel,lotion etc. There's a TV in the room which doubled up as a computer so you can surf the net in the comfort of your own room! There's even a hot & cold water dispenser and hair dryer. Free breakfast is available such as toast, cereal and porridge(flavour changes each day). There's also a free laundry service. I had to check out early and a hotel staff was very helpful in assisting to speed up the laundry service so i could get my clothes on time. There's also a handmade map to show guests how to get around the area at the reception area. Overall, we were impressed by how well-equipped this quaint hotel is and the responsible & reliable staff. The staff was super nice, but the hotel and was old and dirty. The room was like living in a closet. It was that small. Photos of the hotel does not do justice to how small the rooms are. I was very disappointed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Even though this hotel was a pain to find, I found the friendly staff, cute decor and homely rooms made up for the inconvenience. It's situated in the midst of narrow alleyways amongst local print and mechanic shops in Myeng-Dong which makes for a neighbourly feel. It's really good value for money and one feels welcome from the start. Considering the price, the hotel is reasonable. But the hotel shall change the wall paper. The wall is too dirty.

The location is awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and they had breakfast. I couldn't ask for anything else. Next time I'm in Seoul I'll stay there again.

我在明洞找了0.5小時後，靠明洞韓國人的幫忙才能到酒店！不過見證了韓國人的友善，過往也多次受到韓國人的幫助^_^ 基本上這麼平宜的價錢已經預計了酒店的質素了。獨立厠所，雙人床，電視機（即電腦），吹風機，小雪櫃，獨立水機已很不錯了，只是房間的空間較少，不夠地方放置行李。 地點是頗方便，1分鍾到乙支路3街9號出口。就是步行到明洞需15分鐘，而到東大門則半小時。至於機場巴士可坐6015，KuKdo Hotel 國都酒店上、下車，距離 Biz Myoeng Dong 約15分鐘的距離。註：我步行速度是很慢的。

日本語が話せるスタッフさんばかりで、サービスもよくとてもよかった。

　Hotel Biz Myeong-Dong Seoulのすばらしさは何と言ってもアットホームな雰囲気で、自宅にいる感じです。５日間滞在しました。スタッフが日本語が話せるだけでなく、とても親切で観光から地下鉄の利用法までアドバイスしてくれます。サービスで言うと部屋にミネラルウォーター（お湯にも出来ます）まであり、近くのコンビニで食料まで調達できます。またネットも無料で、日本語の設定をしに部屋に来てくれました。さらにレストランの予約もしてくれ最高です。とても家族と過ごしている雰囲気でチェックアウトするのがさみしかったです。建物は古いがスタッフや雰囲気はとても最高です。

ビジネスで1泊の利用でした。 駅より３分のアクセスに便利なホテルです。 乙支路３街９番出口の右に携帯電話屋さんがあり右 にまがり、三つ又路を斜めまっすぐに印刷屋さんが 並ぶ３０ｍ右にあります。 明洞、東大門、南大門などに10分程度でいかれ、 スタッフの方々も親切で日本語が通じて非常によい ホテルです。朝食もお粥がでてこの場所でこんな安価なのは、不思議でした。 また利用したいと思います。

地下鉄の駅から非常に近く、近所にコンビニもあり場所的にはOK！明洞までも徒歩でいけます。（約10分） フロントは親切で日本語のみでOK！部屋は狭いですが寝るだけなら十分。NHKの入るテレビもウオーターサーバーも備え付けで、ソウルのホテルでは珍しく使い捨ての歯ブラシなどもありました。ホテルでゆっくりと過ごすと言う滞在じゃなければおススメします。 あと、朝食のお粥は争奪戦です。遅い時間に行くとないです。

値段のわりに.部屋は清潔感があり、スタッフも日本語ができるし、とても感じ良かったです。親切に観光等教えてもらえるし、地下鉄の始発時間などを聞いたときパソコンで調べて教えてもらえるし、とても助かりました。ホテルは、少し中通りにあるけれど個人旅行でしたが、地下鉄駅から迷わず到着できました、ホテル周辺は、コンビニも近くになあるし、朝食にトーストや毎日メニューを変えた韓国粥と大根キムチもGood！一人旅や友人と安く泊まりたい方には、良いホテルでは。 また、個人旅行でソウルに来ることがあれば泊まりたいと思うホテルです。

フロントは日本語、英語が堪能でいろりろ助けていただきました。朝食が無料です。トースト、お粥、コーヒー、シリアル等。 リムジンバスの乗り場まで徒歩で約8分。最寄りの地下鉄、乙支路3街駅まで徒歩5分。 明洞までも歩いて行けますし、立地は非常に素晴らしかったです。また宿泊したいです。 ありがとうございました。

フロントの方の対応や　朝食無料サービスなど　お値段が安いのに　サービス面は最高だと思います。とっても良くしていただきお世話になりました。 ただ、お部屋はお掃除はきれいにしてもらいましたが、部屋じたいが古いので　バスルームのカビのようなニオイが私は気になりました。　これも個人差があると思います。主人は気にならないらしく、お湯をためて　本を読んだりとゆっくりしてました。　5階の部屋でしたが、我々の利用した部屋はダブルルームでしたが　狭くは感じませんでした。この料金でサービスはとても良いので　宿泊費は安くおさえたい方にはオススメの宿です。　

スタッフはみなさん親切でフレンドリー、日本語も堪能で、サービス精神は大型一流ホテル以上です。 明洞ビズも鍾路ビズも、リーズナブルなのに必要なものはそろっているところ、便利だけど上品ではない周辺の環境（笑）など、全体的な雰囲気がよく似ています。 私はBIZさんはどちらもとても気に入っています。 今回も気持ちよく滞在いたしました。 ぜひ近々またお世話になりたいと思います。

いつもは明洞か鐘路のホテルに泊まっているのですが、夜遅い到着で1泊のみでしたので、安く泊まれて動きやすい場所ということでここを選びました。 年末でダブルの部屋しか空いていなかったのですが、空きが出たらツインに変更してほしいとの旨を事前にメールしたところ、キャンセルが出た時点ですぐに連絡がきて、無事にツインに変更していただき、当日追加料金を払うことで問題なく対応してもらえました。 場所は確かに分かりにくいですが、事前に行きかたをプリントアウトしたので迷うことはありませんでした。（地下鉄乙支路3街を利用） また、空港へはバスを利用したのですが、ベストウエスタン国都の前のバス停まで歩いても5分程度で、荷物が多ければ階段の多い地下鉄よりもこちらのほうがかなりおススメです。 スタッフの方も皆、日本語が […] 堪能で周辺情報にも詳しく、快適に滞在できました。 残念な部分としては、部屋が狭いこと（これは安いので納得の上）、それからお風呂のお湯の出が悪いことぐらいかな。 総合的に満足できる宿でした。ホテルでゆっくり、というよりは、宿泊費を抑えて街歩きの拠点に使うにはおススメです。 Mehr

這家飯店位在明洞附近，走路5分鍾就到的路程。離機場巴士站也非常近。都是走路就可以到的地方。飯店服務也好，而且真的是全天的服務。很棒。

乙支路3街の9番出口から出て、左手に大通り、右手に携帯電話やさんがあるので、右に曲がります。 すると、三叉路にでるので、まっすぐ道なりに歩いたら右手にホテルがあります。 裏道にあるし、外観が微妙だったけど、中はすごくきれいでした！ フロントの方も日本語ペラペラで安心しました(^^) 部屋はオンドルで12月末に泊まりましたが暖かく、快適でした。 パソコン・TVあり、シャンプー・リンス・ボディーソープあり、冷水・温水のボトルあり、くしなどの細かいアメニティあり。 とっても過ごしやすかったです！ 15分くらいで明洞にもいけます^^ ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルでした！

夜遅くに　到着し、　翌朝も７時には出発だったので、寝るだけなら　この安さは魅力です。

Je moet geen hoge verwachtingen hebben van dit hotel, maar mij sprak het specifieke karakter van het hotelletje aan. Het ligt in een levendige eenvoudige buurt van Seoul, dichtbij station subway. Vriendelijke jonge mensen die je ontvangen. Kamer klein, maar mooi gedicht op de muur. Ik verbleef er graag.

靠近2號線地鐵站，乙支路3路站9號出口，右轉約200M就抵達，交通方便。飯店服務很好，值得推薦並且再次選擇的飯店~

わかりづらいというホテルの場所も、看板があったため、まったく迷うことなく、到着出来ました。 スタッフさんは日本語が通じるので、不自由はありませんでした。 朝食のお粥は美味しかったですが、品切れ?でなかったり、満席で朝食自体が食べられなかったりするので、朝食は余裕を持って早めに行った方がいいみたいです 明洞に徒歩圏内で、地下鉄の駅も近く、観光には便利でした。 値段に対して、とても満足できました。 またソウルに来る機会があれば、是非泊まりたいと思います。

명동에 인접하고 을지로 3가 역 근처에 있어서 접근이 용이함. 다만 큰 길에서 표지판이 없어서 초행이 찾기가 힘듬. 아침은 토스트와 커피,우유,시리얼로 걸러는 것을 피하고 싶은 사람에게는 적당함. 인쇄소 골목에 있어서 주변환경이 좋지 않으나, 내부는 좁은대로 시설이 갖추어져 있음. 대체로 가격대비 만족도 높은 호텔. 다만 2박 후 벼룩에 물리는 등 문제가 있었음. 객실의 청결도가 높지 않으며,방역이 필요함.

今回1泊のみの利用でした。 最初ホテルが見つかるまでは少しウロウロとしました。 ホテル前の道は車一台が通れる程度。 建物自体はやや古さを感じましたが、居心地よくなるようメンテナンスされていました。 フロントの方は日本語がとても上手です。 部屋は五階でした。 ダブルでしたが二人で使うには小さいと思われます。 （私は一人でしたのでちょうどよかった） イスはなく床に座るタイプの部屋でした。天井が斜めになっていて窓は小さかったですが、くつろげました。 テレビも見れるパソコンがありました。日本のコンセントはありませんが、フロントにいえば変圧器を貸していただけます。 シャワーの湯も十分。歯ブラシもありました。 冷蔵庫には無料のソフトドリンクが。お湯、水両方出る給水機も備え付けです。 部屋が取れず翌日は倍 […] ぐらいの値段の別のホテルへ移りましたが、正直ここのほうが快適でした。 立地はわかりにくい、というのがありますが・・・ 昼は製造関係の仕事かな？（確か印刷所が多かったはず）という人が多くいます。 そのため夜は真っ暗かな、と心配していましたが、夜は夜で程よく飲食店などがあり、人通りは十分ありました。 夜中1時ごろ一人で戻りましたが、問題なかったです。 部屋が取れればまた利用したいです。 Mehr

這次住在六樓,因電梯只到5樓,親切的飯店人員,幫我們提行李,說明電腦,及電器設備使用,讓我覺得服務真好,下次來還會再住這裡唷!

していて、夏場にお洗濯を無料でして貰えたのは嬉しかったです。

酒店地理位置不错，步行3分钟即可达到地铁3号线，步行10分钟就到明洞最热闹的购物中心。非常方便快捷。另外如果需要乘坐机场巴士也很方便，步行10分钟左右，问下酒店工作人员即可。
