room big and clean perfect shower breakfast good in quantity and quality friendly staff good location

Room was ok and clean, as was the whole hotel. Nothing special,everything worked. One disadvantage is that the elevator start at the second floor. Poor enough hotel even considering the room rate. Tuk-tuks (at least 3 drivers were asked) couldnt find the place either. Staff were typically polite, well mannered, and helpful. Cold water on both nights, and towels were not replaced only on request. Beds not made either. Disappointing.

This hotel is pretty nice, but nothing spectacular. However, what does make this hotel great is the wonderful woman who worked as a receptionist and had great english. She was kind enough to explain the Cambodian money to me, and even went outside and helped negociate a tuk tuk for me for the day to make sure I didn't get ripped off. It was clear I […] was new in town, and traveling alone (female), and she was soooo kind and helpful to me! I really appreciated that! There are better parts of town with more things closer to it, but... the receptionists help made the stay worth it. Also, it was nice because it was a shorter trip to the airport. :) Mehr

For a budget hotel, it was quite nice. I liked the surrounding neighborhood and it was close to many tourist attractions. The staff was nice and polite. The walls and bathroom are a little grungy, but it was overall clean. There was some noise at night but not unbearable.

The Trasak Pa-Em Hotel was, overall, a pleasant base for exploring Phnom Penh. Friendly staff, clean and reasonably comfortable rooms, convenient location, and free wifi were all appreciated. On the downside, the lift doesn't go all the way to the ground floor, so be prepared to climb 2 flights of steps before reaching the lift. Rooms (our group had 3 rooms) were adequate, clean and air-conditioned. Biggest complaint was noise and breakfast. The hotel had a couple of noisy restaurants whose patrons enjoyed loud music until 1 a.m. or so--not particularly conducive to a good night's sleep after a trans-Pacific flight. The hotel was fine-- it didn't blow me away, but it had the basic requirements, the people were nice and it had a hot shower and wifi that worked in the room. Our arrival was a little confusing which might have colored my first impression. The room was fine, but darker- the lights were not bright. It just seemed a little dingy. It was clean, had tv […] (certainly not a flat screen), no safe, no mini bar but a refridge, and plugs for recharging the camera battery were a bit in short supply. We were only there for one night so it really was fine. The shower water was hot, had a blow dryer...all the basics were met. The people at the desk were Very NICE- called a tuktuk driver for us, etc. which made us feel like we were in good hands verses just grabbing someone on the street. The restaurant for breakfast was very good- since it was included in the price, I didn't have super high expectations. The computer in the restaurant which was for hotel use was not working well at all. That was very frustrating- very slow and then after I wrote a long e-mail, it just vanished. ALSO- you have to walk from the main floor to the first floor-- a whole flight of steps and then you get the elevator on the first floor... that was just different than I had seen before. all and all fine-- decent location-certainly fine for the night. Very affordable, comfortable, clean, well maintained hotel in Phnom Penh. Not especially close to a lot of points of interest or activities. Desk staff were especially helpful and spoke English very well. As a business traveler I would prefer a larger safe - theirs is too small for a laptop so I had to check it at the desk every time I went in and out. […] Not a huge deal, but inconvenient. The hotel is very clean, staff very friendly and go out of their way to help, food is excellent and cheap, great location and good value for money. Bed was too firm for my liking but overall it was a great place to stay.

We stayed 7 nights and were pleasantly suprised at the quality of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, food was excellent, location was great, the balcony was a great place to chill out and watch the hustle and bustle below at the end of the day. It is within walking distance to many if the sites and staff always arranged Tuk Tuk […] drivers at a discounted price to ensure we were not ripped off. I wouold recommend this hotel to anyone but be aware that they do not pick-up from the airport even if it is pre-arranged. My only disappointment was the hard bed. Mehr

괜찮았습니다. 호텔간판이 없고 레스토랑에 붙어있는 건물이라 찾기가 어려울 수도 있습니다. (툭툭 운전사가 찾는데 한참 걸렸습니다.) 그래도 시내 중심가와 인접하여 접근성은 좋은 편이라고 할 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 서비스도 괜찮았습니다. 그 중에서도 체크아웃 시, 두고 나온 물품을 빠르게 확인해서 가져다주는 호텔 직원의 친절함이 인상 깊었습니다. 저는 창문이 있는 방을 예약했는데, 발코니가 전망도 좋아서 상당히 마음에 들었습니다. (창문이 있는 방) 다만 내부 시설물은 노후화 되어 있었기 때문에 객실 내부가 좋지는 않았습니다. 옷장이나 탁자 같은 가구는 엔티크한 느낌이었지만, 미니바가 많이 낡아서 녹슬은 부분이 […] 있었습니다. 특히 에어컨의 성능이 좀 좋지 않아 약간 더웠습니다. 또한 두꺼운 커텐 뒤편으로 도마뱀이 기어가서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. (딱히 제겐 문제가 되지 않습니다만, 혹시 이런 부분에 민감하신 분들이 있으면 참고하셔야 할 것 같습니다.) 호텔 설명에는 로컬인터넷이 가능하다고 되어 있었는데, 무선 인터넷만 제공되며 신호 강도는 그리 좋지 못했습니다. 제공되는 아침식사는 6가지 메뉴에서 선택할 수 있었는데, 그냥 먹을만합니다. (붙어있는 트라삭파엠 레스토랑에서 제공됩니다.) 전체적인 측면에서 본다면, 꽤 괜찮은 선택이었다고 생각하며, 그 중에서도 직원들의 서비스 정신은 충분히 칭찬 해줄만 하다고 생각합니다. 가격대비 괜찮은 편이며, 추천 할만합니다. 다음에도 프놈펜에 올 일이 있다면, 이 곳에 묵어도 괜찮을 것 같습니다. ps. 만족했음에도 불구하고 부정적인 이야기 위주로 쓰게 된 것 같아서 미안하게 생각합니다. Et enkelt og greit hospits med hyggelig betjening og bra beliggenhet. Sengen ble ikke redd opp og jeg vet ikke om det ble gjort rent mellom 1. og 2.natt. Badeværelset n o e under standard, bare kaldt vann i vasken og vann som ikke rant unna etter dusjen.

20011年1月滞在 一番の不満は室内に金庫がない、フロントに確認した場合、他の部屋もないとの返事でした。 バルコニーは他の部屋と共通でプライベイト利用ではない、したがってドアの施錠、カーテンを常時閉める必要がありました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式ではなく フランスパンにオムレツですが 美味かった。 従業員は愛想がなかったが いい意味で距離を持てて不満はありません。

Et helt OK hotel med en ganske god - og bilig - restaurant. Hotellet ligger måske en smule væk fra midtbyen, men ikke mere end 1 - 2 dollars tuc tuc kørsel. Særdeles imødekommende personale - alt i alt en god oplevelse taget i betragtning, at det er i Phnom Penh. det kan sikkert findes bedre og billigere, men for den rejsende, som gerne vil have booking […] på forhånd, er det et godt bud..
