Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable and nice place to stay.

We had an executive king suite. The hotel is new and the room was more than we expected. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful in giving us directions to where we were going.

Centrally located, Quiet location, Friendly staff, Very good breakfast numerous items to choose from. Very enjoyable stay

This is our second time at this hotel and we love it. It is always clean, fresh and the breakfast (which is included) is very nice. We even found time to use the workout facilities that were better than some gyms. I will continue to stay here unless something changes.

Breakfast buffet was empty, cold and understaffed. The breakfast was a really bad experience however The rooms were amazing.

I think that overall it was okay. We were there 3 nights, 4 days and our room was only cleaned once and our trash was only emptied once. When we asked for extra pillows, they told us to come down to get them because they were too busy to bring them to us? The daytime desk clerk was really friendly however! We took the kids for a "special" night out so they could swim in the indoor pool. They loved it..I slept in in the most comfortable bed ever and my husband took them to an early breakfast feast in the lobby downstairs so I could sleep in. Perfect overnight for the entire family.

We will be staying there again.

I was meeting with business partners and made the travel arrangements, at this Hotel. What I find! The perks were great, the people were friendly and helpful, and the acommadations were top shelf. The only negative was the pool had cloudy water and the hot tub was warm, not hot.

hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. kids loved the pool and the breakfast was wonderful

The room was spacious, clean, bright, and nicely appointed. Staff were very obliging and professional. Very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast foods good selection generally. A bit less so for vegetarians. Still a great place to stay.

The nicest hotel that we have ever stayed at in Cleburne in the past 4+ years. Very nice personal and very clean rooms.

I know the place I will always stay while in Cleburn! The staff was So courteous. The room was always clean and the food was delish! The location was only a few miles away from the church we were visiting, Keene SDA Church. Right off of the highway ... easy to get to. Not much in the way of "surrounding" area ... at least not within walking distance. But still driving distance to local sights. Breakfast was not as good of quality as most Hampton Inns and internet access was quite slow. But the room was nice and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My family frequently stays at this location when visiting family in Cleburne and the surrounding area. The staff is always friendly and responsive. We are always greeting coming or going and they are attentive. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We enjoy the breakfast - the options are usually great. It's an added convenience with kids. The have […] an indoor pool, which is a good source of entertainment for our kids! Based on where we travel around town and surrounding areas I wish it was located in a different area; however it it is close to a few restaurants and Wal-Mart. I would definitely recommend this place, while not likely the least expensive its reasonably priced and comfortable for the cost. Mehr

My room was perfect in every way. The only thing was, the bed was to hard.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. The quality and selection of breakfast food was poor. Would stay there again though but would just include eating breakfast offsite as part of my plans and budget.

Me and my church family enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very clean and affordable the front desk Clerks were very nice. The breakfast could have been better and the bath room toliet could have been cleaned better! Other than that the stay was great!!

Everything was nice and new and clean. The desk person who checked me in was very short with responses and not very friendly...didn't even smile. But the hotel itself was very nice.

I was surprised at the quality offered for the price. The room was very nice, I understand they remodeled last year. It was extremely clean and modern-looking, bed very comfortable. we loved it.

The positives: Clean room as we checked in and decent room size for a suite. Negatives: The "free" breakfast was not good nor in any way healthy. The fruit was frozen and syrupy as it melted and there was little yogurt of fresh fruit offered. The eggs were really unimpressive and the meat selections were not edible. Thank goodness for waffles that you […] make on your own and coffee because it that is what you consider a free breakfast then you are on track. The swimming pool is only 4' so if you have really small kids this is good but if you have older children don't count on getting in. Also, it is a covered pool and rather stuffy in the pool area. Now, on to service. We left for the day and my son ran back up to get his phone out of the room and the maid tried to speak to him but he did not understand what she was saying. The bottom line, our room was not cleaned, we did not get new towels, etc... When I went to the front desk we were told that WE requested no maid service for the day!!! The front desk was very helpful in getting us new towels immediately and apologized but it was just annoying at the end of a long day in the heat. Overall: It was okay but would probably try a different hotel the next time. Mehr

My family was soooo pleased with our stay at the Hampton in Cleburne, Tx. The hotel was breathtaking and so inviting. The breakfast menu was changed up every morning and replenished constantly for those guests on the go. The pool was clean and refreshing. I will stay there again on our next family vacation to Cleburne, Tx...thanks for everything!

we stayed this weekend (2nights) and had a great time. i highly recommend this hotel.

The floors were dirty, the hot tub was not working, the room keys didn't work,the fruit served at breakfast was old and browned, and they served polish sausage for breakfast.

This is the third time I have stayed at this facility. Every time it has been clean and attractively decorated. This time we had a king bed suite. I have never seen a motel suite as well-designed as this one. The work area is huge, and there is a separate kitchenette area with its own sink. My only complaint about this place all three times has been […] the watered down "robust" coffee in the breakfast area. I made better coffee with the machine in the room. Mehr

This is a very nice hotel. It's right off of 67, so it's easy to get to. The lady at the front desk was very nice, and even called my room to check on the quality. The free hot breakfast was good with a good variety from biscuits & gravy, eggs, to waffles (batter & iron available), pastries, and cereal. Very nice place to stay, everyone was friendly, only problem was pool way too much chemicals and to hot in pool area, my nephew ended up with impetigo from that. We would stay again.

My daughters and I spent three nights in a lovely room. We traveled during the day to Glen Rose to Fossil Rim Wildlife Center and to Dinosaur Valley State Park. The hotel was very pleasant to return to each evening. The kids enjoyed swimming and watching TV in the comfortable room. Wi-Fi was great, everything was lovely.
