The rooms are nice size and the en suite bathroom is great. Free wifi is a plus. The kitchen was not updated and the in suite laundry machine was archaic. However, the price, location, proximity to Metro, adjacent grocery store and pharmacy, and size of rooms make this a great deal.

Stayed here end of December for 5 days. Location is great as it near metro, on sheik Zayed rd and overall great location. Hotel staff were always polite and attentive. This hotel is made up of three buildings next to each other (a, b and c) I stayed in apartment a. It would have been nice to have breakfast served in each building but it's not. For breakfast […] you have to go to building c. Across the street on the south side of sheik Zayed rd theres a 24hr restaurant called Park Central...must try as the menu is very delicious! not bad at all very big rooms with all facilities, very near to Dubai mall, train station is opposite the hotel I recommend to stay at block C as the swimming pool and through gym is in that block

Good rooms, good location, next to metro, next to restaurants and a supermarket. Problem with elevators, pool was in different building (had to walk on the street), price is high compared to other newer and better hotels.

It was closer to the venue than it appears on the map. Room was very clean and conveniences in the room such as washer and dryer were very handy since I was there for a week. Well laid out room and very comfortable. Only downside was the noise from the road, which is constant. More like white noise and nothing a good earplug cannot stop. They don't provide tissues!!!!!! I fond the room to hot because they turned off the air condition. There were no cold water in the hotel, I had to walk to the super market to get cold water. The pictures I saw in Expedia are totally different from the reality. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The service here is dreadful. From the management staff whom we had to deal with prior to our arrival, during our stay and afterward. The front desk staff were very helpful and couldnt but help to avoid showing their dissappointment in their superior's actions and service. Bernadette Docoq who is suppose to be the hospitality manager for the hotel is […] really a useless incompetent person that should be sent to Siberia or the Sahara desert. The hotel is in dire need of upgrade, the pics on the internet is a far cry from what it actually is. The restaurant at the pool is the pits. to wait for 1.5 hours for 2 fried eggs and 2 poached eggs is just absurd then to top it off, the waiter disappeared with our credit card and after 15 minutes we had all the rest running around looking for him. This is dreadful, NEVER will I recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing was the location which was close to the Convention center as we were part of an internation Trade show. Please reconsider if you book at this place as this is a nightmare from hell. Mehr

I was very impressed with space--two bedroom apartment, two baths. Full kitchen, separate dining room. Very comfortable. I was on the 14th floor. Good view. A bit of traffic noise but overall I very much enjoyed my stay and thought it was excellent value. I also used the fitness center attached to the apartment complex.

Whilst the staff were very good the overall impression of the place was it was nothing like the picture ad in the website. The room in particular was most basic and very disappointing. The furniture was basic, the room safe didn't work, and I had a knock on the door from a work guy who had come to patch up the ceiling whilst i was in the room one day. Plus […] sides = Staff, Pool, Gym, Internet (altho a little piecemeal with different passwords for different areas of the building) Minus - Room functionality, decor and little things like the windows not working very well, and patio door not working at all. Located inside the DICEC, this location is great for those who attend exhibition. The hotel is decent. Quite old. However since you are only going to exhibition, this hotel is great. It is close to Metro. If you are going to Dubai for a leisure, I suggest to find another hotel near the attraction area.

Very spacious apartment with all the facilities I needed. Nice pool and bar area, and good location for a business trip in the area with restaurants and cafes nearby.

I was given an appartment with no WiFi internet facility. I explained to the receptionist that an internet connection was part of the facilities of the appartment that has been advertised in the Expedia web site. He was very professional and apologised and promised to move me to another appartment which he did the following day. The rooms were clean […] and tidy, toilets were clean and housekeeping staff were helpful. Food can be deliverd from a variety of nearby resturants. The block of appartments was on the "Sheikh Zayed Road" and just opposite a metro station. Taxis were abundant and cheap. Car parking is available and free. Mehr

Unfortunately the Trade Centre Apartments, although very well located on the main Sheikh Zayed road, the apartments are very much in need of a refurbishment!! I believe they were originally built in the early 1980's and really haven't had any recent updates that I could see. Room service was slow and when the food did finally arrive, it was cold.

THIS CAN HARDLY BE CALLED A HOTEL. IT IS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX WITH A HOTEL RECEPTION. LARGE APARTMENT WITH COMPLETE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM, BUT FULLY OUTDATED.

Lägenheten vi hade var väldigt rymlig med 3 stora sovrum, 3 toaletter, kök, vardagsrum och matplats. Det städades (och diskades!) varje dag men lägenheten hade heltäckningsmattor och var troligtivs inte renoverad sedan 80-talet vilket gjorde att det ändå inte kändes riktigt fräscht. Men med tanke på priset så ska jag inte klaga. Personalen var väldigt […] bra och gav god service - stort plus till dem! Saknade wifi på rummet vilket var lite bökigt. Det fanns dock hyfsad täckning i receptionen. Poolområdet var helt ok (med mycket bra wifi) även om serveringen i poolbaren var långsam. Hotellet var lite svårt att nå med taxi och vi råkade vid flertal tillfällen ut för att vi fick vänta länge innan taxin kom, samt vissa bilar ville inte köras oss till hotellet. Upptäckte lite sent att metron låg precis bredvid - kan rekommenderas som bra alternativ! Det fanns endast ett fåtal restauranger i närområdet så om man ville ha något extra är en taxitur nödvändig.
