Schlecht!!!!

At time of booking i saw pics f hotel,,,but its totally different as he look like in net website !!!1) First of all the major drawback was ITS SO FAR AWAY FROW PATTAYA BEACH- which is main place for all tourists in pattaya 2)Hotel staff didn;t understand English,,all thai staff, very difficulty in communication. 3) Rooms are not as much as good u pay […] for it,,,mean no value of money...so i suggest all my tourist friends to stay near pattaya beach coz there are so many hotels with gud price n quality.......M so disappointed from my stay in mantra pura resort !!! Size of room was very small. Guess you get what you pay for. Breakfast was ok. Many times no buffet had to order off of menu. Messed up first order.

The hotel is a good value for the money. It is a bit far from the main attractions but they are still accessible with a 10 minute taxi ride. Very good breakfast service.

Its quite a distance away from the happenings and Jomtien beach, this hotel is located at North Pattaya. Its perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. Take a taxi to the central/Jomtien beach if you feel like getting into the crowd (But never pay more than 100baht per journey). Talk slowly to them, and you still get what you want. I had some problem with the air-con making noises, and they immediately sent someone to check and solved it. Mehr

My room had army ants every where, at night there were cockroaches in my bedroom and it was trully the worst hotel I have stayed in Pattaya. Hotels.com should take it website to reduce reputation damage. Management were poor to respond to my needs and complaints.

I usually stay at the Marriott when I make trips to Thailand, but the Fee Paying Internet had kept me cut off from the rest of the world during my stay, and things are too standardized, you find MomoCafes, and even the same room keys. You certainly will get an "Expected" Service standard at International brands, but why not trying something new? Matra […] Pura offered a discount, the Pool area is nice, surrounding an in-pool bar with different in-water seatings, and even a bubble massage area in the pool. The Pool never gets crowded. The Rooms are beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a really nice balcony. Balconies are available in all the rooms, but the Superior room has a big low table ideal to take a nap or have an ice cold beer sitting on it. The room offers a kitchenette area with table ware available. Good enough to cut up fruits or for takaway dinners The hotel offers free covered parking too for your rented Car or Motorbike. The down side to the Hotel is, as a local Thai Brand, maintenance is not up to standard. The bathroom looks great, but when you take your first shower you will notice the unthinkable water drainage design, with will eventually overflow from the showering area into the rest of the bathroom. I actually had my room changed once because the TV and the shower drainage wasn't really working. WiFi signal is provided from the Front Desk, so rooms higher up in the 5 storey building might get a weaker signal. Th hotel is located around a 30min walk from the beach front, but Tuktuks and buses or even a rental motorbike could solve this easily. A Tesco Lotus megamart is just a block away. Mehr

Great hotel. Met lots of people from nations all over the world Rooms were nice and clean - linen and towels changed daily Staff were very friendly and helpful Great pool not too big but not too small with in-pool bar and great barman Hotel is a 15 minute walk to the main Beach in Pattaya. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was lovely and the service was ok. I would recommend this hotel but with a few cautions. One being the location, it is a little far from the main attractions but this suited us as we do not like all the bars/nightlife in our doorstep anyway. The poolside service took a bit too long, I had to remind the desk of our order on our first day, a […] couple of times before we received it. If I had a complaint it would be the poolside area, it didn't have enough beds in a sunny position and the music from the bar was just awful, very heavy metal like and not to our liking at all, hence we did not spend much time by the pool. But overall a good stay for a couple of days. Mehr

I am a National Geographic Photographer and the location was great to get anywhere you need to go! The limo service is top notch! You will feel warm and welcomed in this luxury hotel and spa! I will stay here every time I am back in Thailand! Thank you so much!

the room was small,tv was broken... and the last day of my stay in Mantra Pura Resort Pattaya,the hotel staff woke me up before 8a.m. to check out...:(((( why???:(((

위치는 좀 시내랑 떨어져있어요 걸어가기엔 너무 멀고 더워서 금방 지칩니다.툭툭이를 타고가려고 해도 낮에는 별로 없네요 집에 올때도 툭툭이가 여기까지 잘 안옵니다.가까운 테스코에 내려서 걸어와야했어요 하지만 호텔내 서비스랑 아침부페는 좋았구 수영장도 너무 좋았어요 다만 수영장에 돌로만든 바(bar)가 있던데 조심하셔야겠네요 밤에 수영하다가 남편 다리에 심한 상처가 났어요 근데 그게 흔한 일인가봐요 꼬맬정도는 아니었지만 나중에 큰 흉으로 남을것같네요. 이런게 좀 아쉽고 ...아 침대에 바퀴가 달렸네요..... 움직입니다..그런거 말고는 깨끗하고 좋았어요

良いところは、レストランのスタッフと味 は共に最高でした。

I was very satisfied with the hotel standard, and specielly the staff. They allways helped me, when I needed help. I rent a motorbike, so the place of the hotel was not a important factor for me.
