Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Leider gibt es in der Umgebung sehr wenig. Einziege Alternative zum Abendessen war ein mexikanisches Restaurant auf der anderen Seite der Autobahn. Liegt direkt an der Autobahnausfahrt und deshalb für Durchreisende ideal.

Overall, the hotel was nice. However, the Internet was spotty. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't.

We won't stay here again. Breakfast was cold and poorly heated. Jewelry was taken. Manager was very responsive, but it was too late

We were very pleased with this hotel. It is close to our local mall. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again.

we had a wonderful stay with all personel very professional especially the supervisor who went out of her way to see everything was as we requested.

I reserved this hotel for a few days for my parents after reading the positive reviews on Hotels.com, and I'm glad that I did! You really can't be the price, and this is a NICE hotel! The only downfall is that you can't walk to many places in the area, besides may the gas station nearby. The hotel staff was helpful in addressing a billing issue, contacting […] hotels.com for me to solve the problem. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel! Mehr

Very nice hotel! Clean, modern, excellent breakfast. One catch, the walls are paper thin, so the enjoyment of your stay in the room depends in large part on having respectful neighbors. I didn't. But, I know there's only so much a hotel can do about that so I'd still recommend this place.

We stopped just one night on our way home. I would stop again. Very nice and very clean. Nice rooms. Breakfast was good also. Non stop coffee and cookies at night.

Great place to stay. Was perfect.

This hotel has gone down hill in service & cleanliness. Our room had stains all over the furniture & floors. They never cleaned the room, just made beds & gave fresh towels. Don't know that we will stay there on our next trip in January.

Stayed at this hotel for first time while in Columbia on business 07/21/11. Hotel looked brand new and wasnt very busy. First problem was they were sealing the bricks on drive directly infront of the main entrance, so it was all roped off. Difficult to negotiate obstacle course of caution tape, columns, etc with luggage. Front desk clerk was extremely […] pleasant and had all my paperwork out and ready to go...very impressed. Room was great...very clean and quiet...everything I needed was there. Went down to indoor pool/hot tub. Pool was very cold, so I got in hot-tub which was luke-warm at best. Then I saw the ants...all across the top tiles of the hot tub, across the floor and under a door to storage room of some sorts. Very disappointed in this at a brand-new hotel to say the least...not a deal-breaker but very irritating... Overall, I would stay here again. Mehr

overall the inn was very nice, ppl were great, very pleasant of services, the only downfalls were the spa wasnt working, and the breakfast wasnt kept warm. over all the inn was great, would recommend stayin there, great atmosphere and easy to find. indoor pool was cool, on account of the spa not working to overflow the hot water.

Good family hotel. Nice pool. One of rooms had odd smell. Not much staff but but at least they were competant

We really enjoy this line of motels. Country inn is our most desired.

At first we were very impressed with the presentation of the hotel. It looks very nice and the check in service was courteous. And the pool is fun for kids - it has a little cascade for them to play in. When we got to the room again it looked very nice and big and modern with a nice tv and frig and microwave etc . But no fan in the bathroom. Not that […] big of a deal until I found a ROACH on the ground witha dirty napkin by the bed and a coffee stain on the sheet. The ceiling is nice and high. Only problem is it must be pretty thin since we could hear children running around when we were trying to put our kids to bed. Then at breakfast again looks great but the waffle maker was filled with burnt stuff and then when we finally got one made it tasted spoiled. Nothing really to remember. Then when we told the front desk about our concerns this different person was not as courteous. But who knows, we may have just caught them on a bad day! We will give them one more chance. Mehr

I was pleasantly surpised upon entering my room. It was clean and with updated furnishings. I was not satisfied with the refrigerator that hummed all night. You could not hear it if the air conditioner was climbing to reach the desired temperature but once it kicked in the ac turned off its humming and the refrigerator took over. There should be a […] way to silence both sounds. The breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired. The food was lukeware in the trays. By the time you maneuvered the crowd and got a table, it was cold. There should be a microwave available to heat up the food. The fruit salad was frozen. It had not been defrosted and it was like eating fruited ice cubes. Plates were not replenished fast enough. But hey, it was free so I shouldn't complain. Check-in and check-out was handled with ease. Mehr

First time staying at a Country Inn & Suites. It was GREAT. I would stay here again or try another location. Convenient to the highway. Breakfast was nice. Friendly, clean hotel.

The hotel is new and is nicely furnished. Worried a little about the location at first but it turned out ok and as a female traveling alone, I felt safe. Only problem was figuring out how to set the temperature for the A/C, but front desk was able to resolve the issue.

On top of being a nice hotel the staff was very nice.

Hotel was very nice especially for the money and very very convent to the interstate. Close to downtown and anywhere else you would like to go :)

Although this hotel was conveniently located just off the highway, only 10 minutes from downtown, it had horrible customer service. Upon check in, we were made to wait behind another customer who required extended help even though there were obvious employees who were there providing no customer service except to tell us that someone would "be with […] you shortly". After spending the following day at the Masters tournament in Augusta and the evening in Columbia, we returned to find that our room had not been touched by the hotel staff. The bed was still unmade, the bathroom had not been cleaned, and dirty towels had not been replaced. When I called the front desk, they aplogized, but made no offer to clean the room and suggested that I would have to retrieve fresh towels from the office. Although the hotel provided coffee and tea at the front desk, each day I had to ask for a cup as there were none there. The morning we left, when I needed to print some documents in the business center, the printer had run out of toner. When I inquired at the front desk, with no apology, they told me they were unable to correct the problem. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, (upon check-in) and comfortable Mehr

Got a good rate during the week of the Masters and saved a lot of money by commuting 70 miles to Augusta. Exceeded expectations. Very clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Not many options at breakfast, but it was free. Only problem was that I couldn't get the automatic wake-up call to work, and the one night I asked the front desk for a wake-up call, […] it never came. But that was the only glitch. Mehr

The room, or mini suite, we stayed in was beautiful. Rich colors, crown moulding, granite counter tops. 2 very comfortable queen size beds. A large flat screen HDTV in the bed room and another HDTV in the sitting area. The in room bar cabinet had a microwave and refrigerator. 2 separate clothes for storage. This room was very posh. I love my two nights […] I stayed there, especially at the rate I got through Hotels.com. If I am in that area again I will definatly stay there. Mehr

Staff was great. Very welcoming. Hotel was very clean and in great condition. Surpassed expectations. Our stay was only for one night but it was relaxing. We plan to stay again next year as we pass through Columbia on the way to a gold trip.

The hotel was slightly out of our way , but was well worth the extra few minutes of travel. It was the best experiences we have had in travelling from Canada to Las Vegas and back as well as our travels from Canada to Florida and Back. We spent a Sunday - Friday at this hotel, and I could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the experience. The staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. The amenities were fabulous, we loved the pool and hot tub, the work out room was great, and the breakfast was really good. Clean, they just forgot to clean our room one day, sounded like a clerical error.

We were in town for a convention held near the USC main campus, we were far enough away to avoid congestion and within a 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go to eat or other local events. It is a new well maintained facility with friendly staff and a nice breakfast! We will use again, if only for the LG TV and comfortable bed!

The room was amazing. Every comfort I would expect in an upper class hotel. Breakfast was good and the pool looked very inviting. The only problems were at 7 am the clock alarm in the suite next door went off for over an hour...so, at 7, we were up. Also, the fan did not work. It was a/c or heat. Our Family went to a Fort Jackson Graduation. Fort Jackson was only a 20 min. Drive from the hotel.

Hotel in a great area, Staff were amazing (Met most)We stayed for three days! Hotel was very clean.(Chambermaids were on top of it.) Room was super comfortable. Would reccomend To anybody and we would/will stay at this Hotel again. Only one Sm. issue the computers ...Only one was working and had a scan/fax machine. No printer. Excellent facility, very polite and efficient staff. Has a small library in the lounge. Room was furnished better than some of the five star hotels that I have stayed in. Breakfast was very good. Close to good restaurants.

Would not recommend this Hotel if you wish to get any rest at night. They cater to sports teams, did not know this when we made the reservation. There were teams members ranging from early to late teens on all floors. The running, screaming, door slamming and television playing at full volume started about 10:00 PM and ended somewhere around 3:00-4:00 […] AM. We were in Columbia to attend a funeral and had hoped to get some rest after 10:00 PM, this did not happen. Hotel personnel ignored any and all complaints, from us as well as many other guests, who were unhappy with this behavior. Mehr
