Located (somewhat hidden) in the center of Langley's shopping and dining area, this hotel exceeded my expectations during our stay. It is not a fancy place by any means but I felt it was a great value. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and free from bugs. The location was surprisingly quiet and close to all the amenities and several […] very good restaurants. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend it to friends. The only improvement could be better road signage as it is hidden by trees. Look for the Home Depot parking lot. Mehr

we were delighted - especially with the night music provided - love listening to frogs in the evening as it brings me back to my early years. My husband did not notice them at all but it is not part of his growing up. The room had what we needed also. We would definitely choose this hotel and especially location (frogs!) again. thanks so much!

The Hotel was very good. The restaurant meals are very good and for guest 25% less. The breakfast is far under the Hotel's level.The busconnections to Vancouver downtown are good and close to the hotel. But it still needs about 1 1/2 hours.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. This hotel met my needs in every respect. It was excellent.

Hospitality at it's best. Problem with my reservation was efficiently and graciously resolved. There's a restaurant in the hotel (didn't get a chance to check it out) and lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Extensive breakfast bar. Thank you Quality Hotel Suites in Langley. Will stay here again.

Stayed one night with my son. Clean, quiet. Was pleasantly surprised to find a king size bed when I only booked a queen size. Continental Breakfast was nice.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Our room was clean and comfortable; the staff was exceptional. The price was reasonable and the free breakfast was amazing - a great value for our money. If we are travelling this way again we will be back!

The room was very nice and the staff was pleasant. We forgot our tooth brushes and they gave up brushes and toothpaste. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed the stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the full size crib instead of a playpen for my daughter. The room was quiet despite being across from the elevator. The exercise room was small but functional and we took advantage of the free breakfast.

This new hotel is located in a commercial district, just between a Home Depot and a small woodlot, so it is very quiet especially at night when the other businesses are closed. Every big store is walking distance: Best Buy, Walmart, etc. The rooms are very nice, big tv, good wifi, fridge and microwave, very comfortable bed. The new restaurant on the […] ground level has terrific food and guests get a big discount when eating there. A coin laundry is available on 2nd floor, and there is a free breakfast. Front desk is friendly and very helpful. At first I booked 3 nights, but I decided to stay longer because it was just perfect. Downtown Vancouver is not that far, maybe 20 minutes drive, and there is no way that such a good hotel can be found at that price in the city, so it's worth it. Mehr

The front desk and maid staff were both excellent. We arrived quite early, well before normal check in and the staff went out of their way to accommoate us.

The rates for Vancouver were quite high, especially for their condition and location. Since we had a rental car, we opted to make the drive out to Langley to get something more comfortable. The practicality of this depends upon the day of the week and expected traffic. On a Sunday morning the drive in to Vancouver was just under an hour. We stayed 1 night at this hotel in Langley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also in the morning we were told we could go to the second floor where a continental breakfast was being served. They offered a full variety of muffins bagels ect!!! There was even a choice of hot food. We did not expect any breakfast at all as the hotel was inexpensive […] to stay... Having saying this I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay.. Mehr

The overall stay was great! Did not understand why they wanted a$50 deposit when you check in.

Staff where really friendly and helpfull. We chose a room with one queen size bed, a nice layout with a window that opened. We couldn't get the AC to work right.

main reason i chose hotel was because website said restaurant on site, there was no restaurant even walking distance i was not pleased to know they needed to lie to get people to stay. i also asked if i could upgrade the room on arrival and was told i needed to do that through the company? not sure what that meant but person working didnt seem like […] he wanted to help me so we stayed in the closet room. definatly wont stay again in "quality" hotel. This Hotel is almost New only a few Month old. It is close to the Home Depot, a Shopping Center and Banks are nearby. The Room is nice and Clean, but there was only one Chair for two Poeple to watch T.V. The Window in the room opens and has Flyscreens installed. Some minor maintenance issues but otherwise a nice comfortable & quiet hotel with a great breakfast

It's a new hotel, and a little tough to find as it's essentially in the parking lot of a shopping center, but obscured by trees from the main road. Also, it's too new to be in my GPS, so I looked by address, and did the best I could. Aside from this, it's extremely clean and comfortable. (I'm not a big fan of the giant low-pressure shower head, but […] that's just personal taste.) Desk staff were helpful, covered parking was great to keep the sun from heating my car, and there's lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. My only real complaint was that my room was directly across from the elevator, and there was quite a bit of noise from the hallway. The hotel was nice, the staff was accommodating and the room was modern. Breakfast is included and offers eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, bagels, muffins, toast or english muffins with your choice of coffee, tea, juice or water. Wal Mart, London Drugs, Old Navy, Home Depot, and the Willowbrook Mall are all within walking distance (approx […] 10-15 min). There are various places to eat from Earls to Opa to KFC, again all within walking distance. The only thing I would point out to future customers is that the street that the hotel is on is kind of hidden between 200 St and 202 St. So keep your eyes open for the right turn off. The hotel was very good value for the cost. Nice and quiet and very clean. Rooms had fridge, microwave and coffee makers and the free breakfast was very good. My only complaint would be that it is very hard to find as it is tucked into the Home Depot parking lot so it is not visible from any street. Needed early check in by 9am as was looking to spend the day only and had evening flight, they were very accommodating without charging extra. the hotel itself was very clean, quiet and is in walking distance to restaurants, retail and pretty much anything else. Easy access to freeway as well.

Do you have rooms for physically challenged people? Accessible by wheelchair and with safe bathrooms? Are you aware that the highly polished tile floors in the lobby and bathrooms are a serious menace! This is the main reason for a LOW review. Did you oil the door hinges to stop the squeak? You have a GREAT staff!

Quiet, very comfortable, clean surroundings made our stay 100% enjoyable. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast provided icing on the cake. Will definitely stay at the top-rate Quality Hotel in Langley again.

This is a nice place with good staff, continental breakfast was terrible but that could change...hotel is very new and seems they are still getting their bearings. The beds are VERY comfortable, and the pillows are the best Ive slept on in a hotel.
