Positiv: Sehr zentrale Lage zu Restaurants und Geschäften, sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Studio-Appartment, Gäste-Waschautomat und Tumbler, Pool und Fitness im Haus - wirklich eine Empfehlung! Negativ: Internet teuer (jedoch gratis bei der Bibliothek!). Waschautomat ebenfalls eher teuer. Zimmertüren-Unterkante mit grösserem Spalt, sodass Lärm […] vom Gang ins Zimmer dringen kann. Schlimm war es allerdings nicht! Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft in Melbourne! Mehr

Probably one of the city stays I've had and certainly the best Citadines experience. Studio Apartment was perfect with stunning views and everything you could need in the kitchenette. The gym facilities were a welcome addition and the 3 lane swimming pool was perfect for a morning wake up! Would def stay again.

We were so happy with this hotel! Our room was great, large, nice bathroom, very comfy bed and was handy have our own kitchinette. The location of this hotel was great with a tram stop right outside and very close to everything. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here and would happily stay here again.

Stayed for 6 nights and it was great. The staff was very polite from the front desk to the room service people. Room service was good. Fresh Towels, bins emptied, toilet cleaned and bed made every morning (except Sundays). Room was clean. Gym facilities were pretty good compared to others I've seen. Tram stop is conveniently just outside and the Bourke […] St mall is 1 minute away. Booked this hotel due to good reviews and they definately met expectations. Mehr

We booked this hotel for the express purpose of attending the Aussie open. The room is a decent size, quiet and clean, and the hotel within an easy walk of Melbourne park and also within the CBD. The wardrobe itself is small with little drawer space and the tv sited more for watching while in bed rather than the sitting area. Everything was perfect about this hotel apart from the wifi. Costs were $15 per day which is acceptable but this gave only one device access. Two devices = 2 x $15!! No free wifi in common areas either. I think they could improve on this.

Citadines on Bourke is a central location. It is walking distance to so many main features in Melbourne CBD. The night reception staff such as Amir and Danny were very helpful. When we arrived the staff were also very helpful to our needs and we were able to gain access to our room much earlier than expected. My fiancé and I absolutely loved this hotel! It was convenient, clean, nicely furnished, and the staff was pleasant. The only negative was that our king bed appeared to be two twins pushed together instead of a real king bed, but that was minor. I would definitely stay here again!

The Citadines appartements are compact, but comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful. The location, right on Bourke street, is good if you want to be in the city centre. Value for money.

Very basic, poor room layout. Room service meal expensive and small. Meal served in portions tray with streak cut to fit small rectangular shape meaning you only get a part of the steak you ordered. Salad expensive only get four credit card size leaves of lettuce (cut to shape).

We have made Citadines on Bourke St our base whenever we are in Melbourne. We have tried a number of Melbourne hotels & have not found any that offer better value for money in such a convenient location. It is clean, modern, close to all the main attractions & not expensive. We love it!

The rooms are decorated to a high level. Everything is modern and in a great location. The reception staff are helpful, although friendliness is not their forte. The cleaning service needs some improvement; toilet paper and body gel wasn't being replaced. The dishes were thrown into the dishwasher and washed without soap. Very centrally located,close to trams.short walk to the mall.room was very good but with no view.we stayed in the upgraded studio suite,the only problem we had was the water from the shower was going through to the toilet and main room.the design could've been better.when we checked out we left our bags with reception on returning they mixed one of […] our bags with another persons and we lost one of our items.but luckly they found the items and are now posting them to us.all in all it was a good stay and we will be staying there again. Had a great stay for 8 nights.....very clean & very new. Location was excellent...right in the heart of the city... Will surely stay there again !

This hotel/mged apartments is in an ideal location for Melbourne, turn left from the hotel and it is a short walk (15mins) into the centre of Melbourne, turn right and walk up the hill and there is a fanstatic coffee shop called Pellegrinis Bar - what a find (great coffee, fresh home baked cakes and amazing Italian home cooked - pasta dishes). This […] place has changed since it was first setup 30yrs ago. The hotel was very clean, the reception was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly. Central to main shops and restaurants. Comfortable rooms with pretty well equipped gym for those that like to exercise. Nice heated pool. Recommend Amigos Mexican restaurant on Lygone St & Meat & Wine Restaurant next to casino.

10/10 It's in the best location and the rooms are modern and well maintained always keeps me coming back for more.

Had a lovely stay at Citadines. I had only one fault which was that although the staff at reception were helpful, none of them smiled. So on arrival you didnt feel very welcomed and excited to be there. It was the same the next day. Apart from that our room was clean, the beds were sooo comfortable,the shower had good pressure and didnt take ages to […] get hot like some hotels. Being on the 16th floor we had no problems with street noise. The hotel is a short walk to the centre of Melbourne, theatres, China town and restaurants. The mall is 5min walk where the information ladies who are in red are very helpful in any information you need to know about Melbourne. The location was great for us as I was travelling with my mother who is in her 70's, it was an easy walk for her. I will definately be staying at Citadines on my next visit. Mehr

Convenient for shopping, dining, theatres, public transport etc. Large spacious and comfortable suites, good layout, quiet and v. clean. Friendly helpful staff. Would def. stay here again and recommend highly. Good value for money on internet booking service.

We have recently spent two nights at this hotel. The room was quite small but incredibly well planned, so that we had all of the space we could want. There is a small kitchen area which is extremely good. The organisation of the whole area was pleasant and very workable. The bathroom satisfactory and the bed comfortable. My only criticism is that we […] had expected a King bed, and received a Queen-size. When I queried this, I was told that there "is an asterisk on that line" - that indicated apparently that it was a request only, not a description! The Bourke Street locale is very convenient. This was a very central location. 5 minute walk from Bourke Sgtreet Mall. The room was clean and a good size. Separate toilet was a great idea. Just what we wanted

Great location and a tram right outside! Staff were extremely helpful with information on using trams to get around. I was visiting with my daughter and had a studio apartment which had everything we needed. Staff were very obliging with storing our luggage after we checked out so we could travel out to Chapel Street. This hotel (more apartment building) is fine. The room was small but clean. There was no one to help us with the car or our luggage...self served. Location is amazing but the hotel does not have much charm. Parking is available. Conclusion…next time I will probably stay somewhere else.

This hotel is an excellent option if you would like a good standard of hotel in a great location. The rooms are modern and comfortable and overall the experience is good. However, staff struggle to deal with any difficult or complex issues and one member of staff was quite unhelpful when trying to resolve an issue that arose and was quite rude. Staff […] could also do with some training on the local area and what to reccomend e.g. restaurants, directions etc. However, I have stayed here numerous times and would stay here again and would reccomend this hotel to both business and leisure travellers. This is a modern hotel on Bourke Street on the Chinatown end of the city. We were only there for one night, but the location was perfect for what we were after. We had a dinner reservation at Flower Drum (best Chinese Restaurant in Melbourne) which was a 1 minute walk away. The room was clean and modern with a very comfy bed. We had a studio room with […] cooking facilities and the bathroom had a fully enclosed large shower area. As we were there on a Sunday night, we used a car park around the corner on Exhibition St (1 minute away) for $10 for the night (although we had to move the car by 7am on the Monday), as opposed to the Citadines carpark at $30. Was in Melbourne on business for 5 days. The rooms were spartan and tired (depressing). The staff, pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff does a good job. Location is the outstanding feature. However, I will look for an alternative on my next visit.

Basic, but clean little apartment with all the essentials and close to everything. Tram just outside the door, a block away from Bourke st mall and chinatown.

Found this a fab Apartment to stay in - close to all we needed. No problems whatsoever - would definitly stay here again.
