Dieses Hotel hält alles was es verspricht. Mein Zimmer war sehr toll und vor allem herrlich, weil es so herrlich unkompliziert war ein Raucherzimmer zu bekommen ! Der Service war supernett und für den Preis, ist das Hotel einfach spitze ! Natürlich ist es ein Flughafenhotel, dem entsprechend ist Umfled und Lage nicht berauschend, aber als Businesshotel […] einfach eine 1 !! Mehr

Das Hotel macht durch seine bunten Farben einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und zweckmässig bis komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat einen ausgesprochen netten Empfang zelebriert. Das Frühstück war lecker und frisch. Das Personal wirkte leider überfordert. Nach einem nett gemeinten "Danke" und "Auf Wiedersehen" […] kam seitens der Chefin(?) nichts zurück. Mehr

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die angebotenen Speisen sind durchschnittlich zubereit, das Zimmer das wir hatten war nicht gerade eines der saubersten. Fazit: für eine Nacht ist es OK, jedoch länger möchte ich nicht darin untergebracht sein.

I got in late to Frankfurt airport. Looked for information desk/signs/something to find out where the hotel shuttle bus stop was. Several airport employees pointed med to area A where all sorts of shuttle buses went from. Found a little sign there telling me that Park Inn's went from entirely the other side of the terminal, from the departure level […] no less. When getting there I found no sign. Called the hotel from mobile phone to confirm. The hotel itself was fine, but the extra 35-40 minutes it added in getting to this "airport hotel" was undesirable. Mehr

After being stranded in Fraport for countless hours in a nightmare backlog of cancelled flights and suffering from a mild case of food poisoning this hotel was a real blessing. A stone's throw from the airport, new and clean, and notably a truly superior customer service, where the counter staff even provided me with doctor's visit (at a very reasonable […] rate). The next morning I was 100% rejuvenated and in minutes back at the airport. Thanks for everything FRA-Radisson Park Inn! Mehr

Clean and quiet room, easy check-in, etc. My husband and I stayed overnight. We had a late dinner at the hotel, which was quite good, considering the hour and small size of the restaurant. We paid it all with credit card, so were able to completely avoid changing money to Euros for this brief overnight stop on our way home from Turkey. After reading […] many comments re: the difficulty of locating the free shuttle van, we were relieved to find out that the shuttle van DID stop outside the international terminal and we did not have to walk to the domestic terminal. The shuttle is painted with a very colorful design, and staff at the large Information Desks in the airport pointed us directly to it-- outside Door #7 on the upper level of Int'l Terminal. Mehr

The shuttle from airport to hotel is free. The trip from hotel to airport cost 3 euros. It is a short ride and I found the shuttle to be very convenient. The hotel itself is nothing special but not bad. Lots of weird color combinations etc. New age decor? Overall it is clean and functional. The room was fine. I found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The […] one area that could use cleaning would be the hallway on the 1st floor. The carpets smell peculiar. it was a clean and nice hotel. Convinient for an overnight in between flights (as this is what we did). The shuttle service worked well for us. When we got there there was a mess up with our reservation. Apparently expedia had booked us for the day we bought the tickets instead of the day we were supposed to show up. Luckily we had our voucher print […] out with us. The receptionists were very helpful. And we ended up getting our reservation and a free shuttle service for the inconvinience. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport. There is a free shuttle running from/to terminal 2. Room is clean. Good place to stay overnight.

One must know that the hotel busses only stop in front of section C of the Frankfort terminal and only on the outermost road. The bus operates every 1/2 hour. The Park is a small hotel with a combined lobby/bar/dining room. It is designed for the short term, professional traveler with no closets, only wall hangers and no tubs, only showers. Your plastic […] room key is required for the elevators and to control your room lights. Movement sensors operate the hall lighting. The hotel needs 'touching up" with paint and corner edging and appears to have been opened prematurely. This is a low cost "no frills" type facility and offers convenience to the airport, comfortable beds and minimal but adequate service. Mehr

Hotel was convenient to the airport at a reasonable price (way better than Sheraton!!) Need to be sure you know where to find the shuttle when you are being picked up from FRA. There are several hotel shuttle pick-up areas, and it was not obvious based on signs posted. Fatigue and late hour of night did not help the situation. we loved the hotel. It was new, comfortable, modern and good service. Website said you have to pay for parking, but we were able to park in the front of the hotel for FREE. Also, unlike most hotels the wifi was free access. Very rare in German hotels of this class. Great experience would highly recommend it.

The hotel is brand new (summer 2010). The area used to be industrial or military base, so when you come you first think you went too far. Keep going, the hotel is there. The lobby, rooms and so are clean. The staff is polite. For the night before flying it is a great location, since it is right where the terminals are. We had a rental car, which we […] parked on the street to save the out rages parking fee of 18 euro a night. A reasonably priced gas station with bistro restaurant and mini mart is right between hotel and car rental return, that is convenient. Though the hotel is close to the airport terminals (maybe 250 meters to terminal 2 and 600 to terminal 1) the shuttle is more expensive than hotel shuttles in Mörfelden-Walldorf (10 km on the back of the air port). Since you pay 3 Euro per passenger even a taxi will be cheaper as soon as two people need to go to the airport (There is a metro station and train station right at terminal 1) We had booked a room for two adults and a 12 year old boy. The online receipt said the room sleeps three. I was surprised, the receiptionist asked me whether we wanted to have an extra bed for the child. The next morning the hotel wanted 15 Euro for the extra bed. I refused to pay that since the night receiptionist did not tell us there was an extra fee and I don't see why I have to pay extra if I booked for three people. Two adults don't sleep with a 12 year old in a single king size bed (It might even be considered illigal in Germany). We did not have the breakfast, which was with 16 Euro expensive too. Since few hotels in Germany have coffee makers in the room, I was glad it said on the web side :cofffee in the lobby. However, when I wanted to get some I was told that the coffee is part of the early bird breakfast for 5 Euros, but then he said, I could take two cups. New hotel - nice rooms, clean, nice exercise room, comfortable/casual bar/restaurant. Nothing else around it in the neighborhood yet - believe things are under construction. Airport shuttle is 3euro, internet is 20euro for 24hrs. Got double-charged at first because they thought my Visa number into hotels.com was just to gaurantee the reservation, so […] they charged me for the room again at checkout. They eventually refunded this (with apologies because it's a new hotel, they're getting things straight etc), but it took a couple phone calls. Mehr

Hotel à recommander pour la réception, le parking, la sécuruté, le silence la vue sur l'aeroport la nuit un vrai plaisir, la propreté des chambres, douche. Hotel à conseiller et à retenir, très bon souvenir
