We stayed at the Rsing Dragon For one night they were extremely helpful they aranged a airport pickup which ứa wonderful after a long international flight. Try to avoid the room facing the main street at lower floors as the traffic can be noisy. Good choices of "mains" in the breakfast buffet. Staff are courteous and helpful.

4 of us stayed in Dragon for 2 nights. Rarely you encounter such good service. All the staff were the most helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable with each room having PC with free internet. They helped us book trips as well. When we came back from Halong Bay they kept our bags for a few hours and let us shower before we took a train south even though […] we checked out 3 days before. On top of all this the price was very reasonable with good breakfast included. Would definitely come back. Mehr

I was met at the airport by a driver organised for me by the Rising Dragon ll, which was great. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are really well appointed with TV, bar fridge and air-con. The staff were some of the best I have come across in my travels.... very friendly, cheerful and always wanting to assist. The noise from the street as well as from the elevator and people inside the hotel was very annoying and we were even on the top floor. The bed is one of the worst I've ever slept in and actually got back pain after our stay, which I rarely get. The internet never worked on my computer which was also a little bit annoying. A small establishment but very friendly and well-run. The staff spoke reasonable English and was able to address all my concerns. The location wasn't the greatest - no easy access to top-notch restaurants or coffee shops around the corner - but it was still within the Old Quarter so one could walk to places if inclined and sights and shops were minutes […] away by taxi. The wireless internet connection was somewhat sporadic in the room but the staff brought an airport box up to the floor when asked and there was a desktop PC next to the bed with good internet connection. The room was small - especially with a king size bed in the center - but it was exceptionally clean and quiet. The deluxe room I stayed in did not get much natural light but since I was out all the time it wasn't much of an issue. What small shortcomings there were, the hotel more than made up for with a great attitude. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hanoi in the future. Highly recommended. Mehr

The staff at the Rising Dragon was excellent! I had a late arrival (1am) there were two staff members who greeted me and showed me to my room. Throughout my stay the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and very nice.

This hotel is reasonable. The bathrooms could do with a bit of a renovation. The location is good, much quieter than some of the other hotels, but still within walking distance of the lake. situated within the old quarter, makes every walk an interesting one.

This hotel was great. Staff were efficient and helpful, right from pick-up at airport to departure. The room was very clean and on the third floor. Location was good, in the middle of the old quarter, about a ten minute walk to the lake.

The most polite friendly and helpful staff i've ever come across in a hotel, along with quality accomodation and superb location!

Trés bon rapport qualité prix. Bon accueil, chambres bien équipées (climatisation, wifi, ordinateur fixe dans la chambre, TV, lecture DVD). Je recommande.

We stayed for four days at this hotel and have only good things to say about the hotel, the location and especially the employees - they were all very helpful. And we recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice hotel in Hanoi.

Deluxe Double City View ルームを、3泊で泊りました。ベトナムは、夜中早朝問わず、クラクションがうるさいので、騒音が気になっていましたが、さすがに８階だったので、気になりませんでした。お部屋は、清潔感があり、広くて、とても快適でした。ペットボトルの水は、毎日一人１本サービスしてくれてうれしかったです。 また、親切にも周辺の観光スポットやお勧めのレストラン、安全なタクシー会社などを教えていただき、とても助かりました。雨の中、タクシーがつかまりにくい時間帯でも、一生懸命につかまえていただいたり、傘をかしていただいたり、サービスはとてもよかったです。 朝ご飯は、フルーツ、パンは食べ放題、そのほかは１品無料でオーダーできて、コストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。（若い方が調理す […] るので、ものすごく美味しいとまではいきませんが・・・）そのほか、部屋のネットの接触が悪いことが難点でしたが、それ以外は十分満足させていただきました。 Mehr

Расположена в некрасивом месте, вокруг старые дома и грязные улицы. Все стандартные номера без окон или окно в коридор. Совсем маленькие номера и ванные комнаты.

Nous avons passés 4 nuits a cet hôtel. Tres bon accueil et personnel très competent. Chambre superieure spacieuse, tres propre et très confortable.
