Liegt etwas zu weit nördlich. Denn 1km südlich ist das Zentrum von Fort Lauderdale, wo auch abends einiges los ist. Getränkeautomat war kaputt.

Well...they had last-minute rooms available for us, and though they weren't the cleanest and I walked away with a respiratory infection....at least I didn't walk away with bedbugs! For the price I guess it was status quo.

A very run down hotel- the old Howard Johnson next block empty for 12 months plus had more appeal. The only appeal was the location-and the staff did their best with a poor product. In no way could this be recommended.

I guess you get what you pay for I don.t know how they stay in business very old and very dirty I will not ever stay there again,

I thought the location and staff were great. I expected the place to be as it was and so the accomodations for me were "not that bad". But, there is a clear "infestation" of roaches. So, when you return to your room and turn on the lights, expect to see the critters scatter. Again, for the location, price and friendliness, I'm ok w it. But, I do think […] that solving a problem like insects can be done, so I question that care with which the owners maintain their property. I'd only suggest this property for single men, adventurous/outdoorsy couples, or families that can't afford another option. I would myself return...but cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to others. Mehr

Hotel is next to the beach, this is a pro, but nothing additional

The hotel was in a great location right across from the beach. The pool area was beautiful. It looked well kept but once we got into the rooms it was terrible. The carpet must have held in dirt, because after we were there for awhile the bottom of our feet were completely black. We had to keep the kids off the floor. There was a kitchen but only had […] 1glass and 2 plates.. We had to ask for another room for the kids because the room was so bad, but did end up in a nicer one, the floors still kept our feet black, so wear shoes at all times. I would recommend this hotel if you can choose your room. The ones in the travel magazines were not the ones we were in,, but there are rooms that are much better than some. Make sure you check them out before you unpack.. Mehr

The only thing good about this hotel or motel rather is the location. It appears this hotel is where many locals rent on a weekly basis. They actually live at the hotel. Although the hotel staff was nice and friendly, the rooms did not match. The beds were almost on the floor. The microwave had a wind-up knob and appeared to be old as my great grandmother's […] microwave. The refrigerator was rusty and full of ice. We did not have hot water and you could see outside the room through the cracks of the door. Overall, we would not recommend this location to anyone unless you want a great location and don't plan sleeping comfortably in your room. We did not feel safe and would not return to this dump again. You've been warned. Mehr

I am used to staying at economy hotels and dont expect more than the basics of a clean room, bed ,and hotel staff that treat me with respect. This hotel failed as the room was moldy, floors slippery, shower filthy with shower drain backuing up. There was dried crud on the walls in the batyhroom and on the headboard. We tried several rooms and the guy […] at the front desk told us the hotel was only 20% full. When we came back to get another room the third time he tols me no more rooms were available. We stayed the night against our better judgement. We bailed out on the second nights stay and got a refund through Hotels.com. This hotel is obviously a flea bag motel that is used by partying college kids who dont care what kind of crud they may catch. Mehr

Its was a verry old and little Hotel. I would not recomand this hotel to any one! When we were ther around christmas it was verry cold, there was no heating in the room, the light was broke the beds wer bad!!! Likely for us we were away a lot, but oure back was hurting from the beds. Other rooms were were to be renovated, than it may be better but oure […] room was terible! Mehr

la disposicion y ubicacion del hotel es conveniente en relacion al precio. pero las sabanas no eran limpias, tenian pelos! el colchon tenia el plastico, y en el banio tambien habian pelos! fue desagradable, y todas las habitaciones estaban en las mismas condiciones. el manager vio tales pelos y nos dijo que no era su culpa, uqe no nos devolvian el  […] dinero. Hotel seems to have taking a beating by the spring break crowd. Room walls and tables were marked up and patched. Sink did not drain.Elevator was broken.House computer was down for my stay. Room also had a smell to it. It is in a good and convenient location ..faceing the beach...but boy oh boy...could this place use a major makeover

We are not picky but by far the worst hotel we ever stayed in. Really don't mind if it's a little out of date, but the room and the whole building was disgustingly dirty. It they tried cleaning it might have been better. Few towels given, the ones we had were dirty and crusty, as though they were used to wipe up paint. Loved the shampoo in ketchup packets! […] The chair cushions had dirty rings on them, probably from a cup. When we opened the window, it came out in our hands. The bed skirt was stained with blood. There was a burn mark in the carpet from an iron. The walls were cracked but patched up. The breakfast was on a dirty table, the english muffins were crumbly, and the coffee pot looked dirty. The room always felt damp.. The beach chairs that cost $6.00 a day had yellow stains on them. Go ahead, try it out! Mehr

great location, staff very friendly

Overall it was a nice hotel, it is directly in front of the beach which was very nice you literally walk out of your room and onto the beach. The room itself was minimal in appearance but functional and clean. Yes, the breakfast was only muffins and english muffins with OJ and coffee but for a cheap price I never expected to see the ocean out of my […] window! Also the staff was nice. Mehr

To be an old hotel, it is well maintained. Lady at front desk made every effort to accommodate my group together. Breakfast was fresh. Excellent location.

near everything had free internet and its own pool plus a fridge!!

I was disappointed when I got to the room but at that point I did not have a choice I had to stay there.

The rate was very very low and the location central to Ft Lauderdale beach (across the street). It's a great place for a short vacation stay, wouldn't recommend it for a business stay. The parking was inadequate and unsecure. Overall I recommend the hotel based on convenience and cost, it's very economical. The room bedroom was large and the bathroom […] tight. Mehr

pictures on hotels.com are really old when we got there the room was nothing like it we used the grills which it was only 1 small y 1 big dirty, nasty room smell, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy the view on the back window was a bunch of old matresses nice view all the surroundings were nasty never ever again. we […] end up renting a room on the hotel next to the one we had make reservation Mehr

Older location but you cant beat the price for a ocean front location! Rooms are clean -bed was good! Way more than i expected for the price! Will stay again soon!

If it wasn't because this hotel was so close to the beach, we would've packed up and moved to a different one. First off, the room had a musty, humid smell. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable. The people at the front desk were so rude when we asked for basic things like extra towels, if they could please clean our room. The A/C was a wall unit […] placed very close to the floor so the room wouldn't cool. We were not pleased with this hotel at all. Mehr

Beach Plaza Hotel in Fort Lauderdale is een prima locatie, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Onze kamer zat vol met muggen en vliegen (raam stond open), er waren maar 2 handdoekjes i.p.v. badlakens, handdoeken en kleine doekjes, het zeepje brak bij uitpakken in tien stukken, er was geen shampoo, bodywash, lotion enz.. En als klap op de vuurpijl was de […] "receptionist" een hele onvriendelijke man, die er duidelijk helemaal geen zin in had. Wij hebben meteen een ander hotel genomen, vlak ernaast en dat was helemaal top! The Atlantic Hotel (waar de prijzen veel hoger lagen, maar dat waard zijn) hebben onze laatste vakantiedagen toch nog geslaagd gemaakt! Mehr

El hotel es lindo pero no tiene mantenimiento y esta sucio (baño roto y sucio, acolchado quemado por cigarrillos, cortinas rotas, telefonos roto, elevador no funciona. Ademas no hay un lugar para desayunar sino que ponen arriba de una mesa en la recepcion (habitacion de 3,00 x 2,00 ) una cafetera, una tostadora, (los electrodomestidos estan en mal estados […] y sucios ) un bidon de jugo y un par de tostadas y unos se sirve. Despues de ver eso invite a mi familia a desayunar afuera ... Mehr

les photos vues sur le site ou sur la brochure de l'hotel datent d'un autre temps. la chambre qui nous a été proposée était dans un état d'hygiene déplorable je vous passe les détails la salle de bain dans le meme état la porte de la chambre avait un jour de 3 cm sur la partie supérieur les sols n'avaient pas du etre lavés depuis ????? Beliggenheden er super central - men desværre var det rigtig beskidt på værelset og badeværelset var simpelthen ulækkert. Sengene blev redt, men der var ingen form for rengøring :-(

Estuvo bien el hotel; nada de lujo; pero bien ubicado, buena atención en el check in. Se paga por lo que se obtiene. El Desayuno Bagel y Café

Hotellets pool og gårdområde var pænt og indbydende mens resten af hotellet var forfaldent, fedtet og beskidt. hotellets personale var alle meget søde og åbne for en hyggelig samtale og hvad man ellers kunne have brug for af hjælp.
