Inspira Santa Marta Hotel - Lissabon

A classy boutique/business hotel which caters to a traveller's needs. Comfortable and spacious room/bed/shower facilities. Not to mention the complimentary Nespresso machine in the room and mini bar which was replenished daily. Only small issue might be the location of the hotel at the back of the main avenue a short distance away from the metro, but […] this is compensated by the line of branded boutique shops along the way. Very smart impressive hotel with exceptional reception staff, in a convenient location. The only problem we faced was that the taxi driver had no idea where the hotel was and dropped us off a little away from it and we had to walk the rest of the way. would suggest taking the aerobus and get off at Avenida de Liberdade. We enjoyed our three nights here. Hotel staff is friendly, helpful and made us very welcome. Location is just outside the very touristy section but within easy walking distance. Public transport is terrific in Lisbon so it's easy to get around. Small room was recently remodeled and very nice. We were only surprised that the bed was not more comfortable […] as mattress was a bit hard. Spa was really nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Mehr

While the design and service were great, I would not recommend that you stay at this hotel. I honestly cannot understand why it has such a high rating. The good: 1. Nesspresso machine in the room. 2. Great service. The bad: 1. Poor breakfast - water and orange juice, omelet and bacon. that's about it. 2. Bad location - everything worth doing or seeing […] is 15-20 minutes away on foot. 3. The shower - the walls are transparent, so you are seen showering from inside the room. Can be nice, but can also be an annoyance. The light is very dim and there is only a lamp to the left of the mirror, which leaves the right half of your face dark while shaving, mirror is far away too. shaving is almost impossible. The water in the shower floor do not completely drain and there is always a pool of water from the last shower. There is also no place to put a shampoo or soap and you have to go in and out of the shower to get things. water pressure is not a 100% too. 4. The room layout - There is no place for you luggage, so you'll have to keep them laying about on the floor. The closet is very very small and is filled with the safe and mini-bar, so you can practically say there is no closet at all. You'll be living out of your suitcases that are laying on the floor. 5. The free wireless Internet - it is a pain. It keeps disconnecting and asking for you password every 5 minutes. Just a real pain using the Internet. I have a pretty standard device - an iPhone. 6. The lights system - there is an annoying lights system with modes: welcome, on, relax, reading, night WC. You can never understand what's the difference between most of them and there is no control over individual lights. The light in the room is really dim, you can barely see things after sundown. Since the shower is transparent, you will always wake your partner when turning on the lights for going to the WC at night. 7. It's got comfortable rooms and the hotel lobby, restaurant and lounge are all very nice. The problem I have with it is that it's trying looking very modern too hard. Lights are confusing, too many buttons and sometimes the way it works is counter intuitive. Shower glass box next to the bed can be OK but I had some water dropping from the shower during […] the night which was affecting my wife's sleep (solution was putting a towel at the shower floor). Ar conditioning working great. And neighborhood a bit dodgy around the hotel, a bit further up and it gets very nice (near Av. da Liberdade). All in all as OK but not great. Mehr

This is a very modern and nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is okay. It's about a fifteen-minute walk from the hotel to Rossio. I'd definitely stay there again.

Not easy walking distance to downtown, this hotel is nice and convenient. Close to metro. If you are a walker you can reach many places by foot. Rooms are very modern. Showercabin is within the room. I am not sure that this is the case in all of the rooms, but ask in case you don't want to see your parner or friend while bathing. Great property and great staff. I only spent one night upon arrival in Lisbon. Planned to spend a couple more, but train strike prevented me to return to Lisbon.

Heel fijn hotel, mooie architectuur en een goed restaurant waar je ook vegetarisch en zelfs veganistisch kan eten!

Trata-se de um hotel de alto padrão de serviço, pessoal bem treinado, educado e eficiente, com instalações em excelente estado de conservação e limpeza. Embora sua localização privilegiada no centro de Lisboa, próximo à praça Marques de Pombal, com fácil acesso ao Metro, o hotel desfruta, também, da tranquilidade dos seus arredores, em ambiente silencioso […] e aconchegante. Duas considerações podem ser relevantes, do ponto de vista de possíveis aprimoramentos, quando se considera os diferentes perfis de usuários. A transparência das divisórias do banheiro pode gerar constrangimento quando o nível de intimidade dos ocupantes de um quarto não for compatível com ela. Por outro lado, embora a poltrona existente no quarto seja elegante e confortável para leitura, talvez o seu benefício seja menor do que um balcão para acomodar as bagagens. Mas isso depende do perfil do usuário, para mim e minha esposa a estadia no Inspira Santa Marta foi agradável, confortável e cheia de charme. Mehr

El hotel se encuentra cerca de la Plaza de Pombal en una calle paralela a la avenida de la libertad. Desde el hotel llegas en 15 minutos de paseo al centro (plaza de Figueiras) donde podras encontrar tranvia, autobus para desplazarte por Lisboa. El hotel es moderno, nuevo y lo mejor.. acojedor. Buen desayuno y buen servicio. La habitacion decorada con […] mucho gusto esta abierta a la ducha separada por un cristal. Aparcar es un rollo a no ser que lo dejes en el parkin del hotel (16€ la noche sin desayuno para el coche). Yo volvería. Mehr

hotel moderno com uma arquitectura interessante, bem localizado, com um pequeno almoço excelente e um quarto com uma cama muito confortável.

Hotel nuovo molto carino. Macchinetta caffè in camera. Minibar gratuito. Stile moderno. Zona comoda. Doccia particolare. Uniche pecche un tipo di moquette plastificata ( che a me personalmente non entusiasma) addirittura anche in bagno e doccia senza portasapone.

Detta hotell har alla möjligheter att vara ett mkt bra hotell. Men de når inte ända fram. Huset är fint och rummen trevliga. Sängen är skön men polyesterkudde och täcke drar ner betyget. Badrummet är så gott som fullt integrerat i sovrummet så man ska inte vara blyg för varandra om man bor i samma rum. Toaletten har en dörr som går att stänga vilket […] känns skönt. Hotellet är riktigt fint, har ett trevligt spa, gym samt bastu och bubbelpool. Det som förvånar mig mest är att det är så dött, trots att det är fullbokat ett av våra nätter. Foajen är stor och skulle vara perfekt för en fördrink eller kanske en kaffe, men den gapar tomt. Kanske är det för att det är totalt tyst. Restaruangen är öppen varje dag men under vår vistelse är det endast ett par som äter där, förutom oss som tar en lunch. Kanske beror det på att frukosten är alldeles för sparsam och att man då gärna ej går tillbaka. Gott bröd, kaffe och ljuice men inte så mkt mer. Kanske kunde en gurkskiva till mackan vara bra, lite fil, sallad etc. Det är svårt att förstå varför hotellet missar på så enkla saker, speciellt med personal som står osysselsatta hela dagarna. Sammanfattningsvis. Ett fint, helt nytt hotell nära det mesta av både shoppning och uteliv på en lugn gata. Tar du frukosten på stan så kan du se fram emot en skön vistelse. Mehr

Avendo colto l'offerta speciale per la nuova apertura dell'hotel, è difficile trovare difetti. Soggiorno rilassante e fantastico, con solo due consigli per raggiungere la perfezione ossia prevedere un appoggio per le valigie ed illimitare il flusso di dati in internet (circa ogni 90 minuti dovevamo cambiare login).
