Tolles, kleines Hotel mit super Service. Hotels.com hatte die Buchung an das Hotel nicht weitergeleitet, dennoch bemuehte sich das Hotelpersonal um Ruhe sowie um eine zufriedenstellende Loesung. Im Endeffekt konnte die Buchung per Fax nachgereicht werden und ich erhielt - da nur noch ein einziges Zimmer zur Verfuegung stand - ein Upgrading. Gerne wieder […] ! Mehr

The stay at this hotel was one of my best hotel experiences ever - though I have to say that my business trips are only infrequently ( a handful of times a year ). I) Hygiene ++ The room was very clean ++ Bathroom was always clean ++ Very extensive shower configuration great - Few hooks for wet stuff II) Electrics and electronics ++ Power plugs everywhere […] with american and european hybrid plugs ++ WLAN, cable ethernet works great, no extra charge; speed and connectivity absolutely reliable ++ WLAN also at breakfast room III) Quietness, Privacy & Comfort ++ Windows very well isolated, hardly any external noise ++ No noise from other rooms ++ Direct access to the floors without passing the lobby ++ All day room service. works well with do-not-disturb / make-room configurations IV) Space ++ Much space in the room ++ Comfortable work desk arrangement -- Very few hooks for wet stuff (Although I have noticed hardly any hotel can get this right!) V) Breakfast + Sufficient choice of different types (warm / cold style) VI) Personnel ++ Very friendly and efficiently helpful staff - English is only so-so Summary) I cannot remember any nuisance that really annoyed me at that stay at the hotel Mehr

The first impression of the hotel isn't that good for the entrance is small, and its location is far from MRT station. At the midnight, the bar is too noisy for me to have a good sleep. Breakfast is okay and all staffs are so friendly when you need a hand. As a whole, it is not worth booking this hotel.

Good experience. Nice staff with good service. Easy transportation, finally a great trip there :)

First lookout not so nice at the small entrance, just direct access to lift to get to the lobby on the 2nd floor. Bar just nearby, so quite noisy during our 1 night stay (for work); clean except bed linen for which I had some doubts. The service of this hotel is horrible. The staffs are not helpful at all. We asked them to call a taxi for us to the airport but staff yelled at us to call by ourselves. I won't choose this hotel anymore.

Great place and very friendly staff. Reasonably priced for what they offer.

We are so disappointed with the room type given as it is quite misleading as I'm sure that I have booked a suite room with a promotion rate given that time when we purchased. But we were given a normal room instead and was told that the rate we paid is not subject to the room stated in our confirmation sheet sent by Hotel.com

The hotel was quite clean, staff were friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (decent spread) - patio seating area. However, the nearest MRT station 'liuzhangli' is a 20min walk from the hotel and the area is pretty quiet. Also, Taipei 101 is not that near (5-10min cab ride). Another downside, from the airport, there's no shuttle bus to […] the hotel and the nearest one stops you 2 blocks down, a bit of a hassle when you have bags to lug. Last but not least, when we returned to the hotel at midnight on friday, there were groups of men gathered around the pub downstairs the hotel which made it quite rowdy - not ideal for a group of girls. I would not recommend this hotel for tourists as there are hotels in better locations at the same price but it is probably ideal for business travellers. Mehr

The pictures and description of the hotel has put me into a critical position the first night when I arrived at the entrance of the hotel. My husband asked me if we could move to the other hotel. It was the first time my husband has responded to the hotel which I booked for our holidays. Actually I got the same feeling as what my husband had that night. […] Since I had prepaid for the nights we spent at the hotel, I did not want to forfeited it. Overall, it is not the hotel that I wanted. I did not mind taking cabs everywhere as it is far from everywhere, but I did mind I was surrounded by the old residential buildings when the hotel is only 10-storey high, I needed to keep all curtains closed. I felt unsecured inside the room while the carpets and floors looked dirty. It ruined my trip. I will never prepay on the hotel rooms I will book in future unless I know the hotels well. Mehr

Was in Taipei for work and the location is just right for my purposes. It was easy to hail a taxi any time of the day. There's many different eateries around to suit different budgets. And just 5 mins walk away is a small but bustling night market. Service was up to standard. The area I feel the hotel can improve greatly is the breakfast variety. The […] food wasn't bad. It's such a good hotel with that price...can see 101 building and nearby Shangrila Hotel.

I reserved what was called a "corner" room but it was not on the corner of the building. The room on the corner was called something like "Executive HD room" or something. The desk clerk tried to explain it but I walked away no knowing why they just don't change the name. The corner rooms probably have a better city view, although my view was streetside […] and I could see Taipei 101 out the extreme left side, toward the corner of the building... Mehr

I didn't had a pleasant experience checking in but I was happy to find interesting places nearby. Thumbs up: 1) The Diner (all day American brekkie) 2) EZ5 - good place to watch gigs 3) Wellcome - local supermart to satisfy late night cravings 4) Wagyu - good, Japanese BBQ 5) Bus 235 trawls to Shida Night Market and CKS Memorial Hall

I had my romm in the 4th floor and you could here the music of the pub on the 1st floor. So try to get a romm at the upper level. The hotel is close to the 101 and the train station.

Hello everybody, I had a very nice stay at the HD Palace Hotel. Very comfortable and spacious(!) rooms, very good service, a big breakfast buffet every morning, everything nice and clean, and friendly assistance and help with everything on your mind. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Taipeh.

Stayed for 4 nights at HD Palace Hotel in October 2010. Did not know what to expect when we arrived, but was pleasantly surprised. The deluxe room was spacious, clean & modern. Bathroom was also very clean and well maintained. Many TV movie channels which was great. However, the surroundings at the hotel was very quiet, MRT is also quite a distance […] away. No shopping, few places to eat. There is a nice restaurant/bar just below the hotel which looked quite promising. Overall , I would recommend this hotel. It is very easy to take a taxi which made it convenient to get around. Mehr

论性价比，宏都金典比不上‘喜瑞’。早餐很一般，房间整洁度不是太理想。浴缸不是一般那种，够大也能泡澡，走了一天路泡泡，很舒服，算是够吸引力。地段往101和信义区比较近，但是往返台北车站有点远。

駅から歩いて７，８分（若干わかりにくいですが）。部屋もきれいでしたし、非常に良かったです。

酒店接待員十分有禮及親切，值得一讚！ 酒店房間整潔。 從酒店步行至六張犁捷運站約需十分鐘，又從酒店步行 至國父記念館約十五分鐘，交通及步行距離可以接受， 值得推薦！

这次在台北，住了四晚宏都金殿。位置不错，在市中心的大安，出入比较方便（但是针对出租车而言）。地铁站离得比较远，要走15分钟。酒店外观不起眼，大堂及每层过道的布置很有艺术气息。早餐很丰富，但早餐座位太少，繁忙时间下来要等座位，或和其他人拼坐在一起。我们到达那天3点多，房间只打扫好了一个，另一个未准备好。晚上回来后，酒店主动为我们升级了，不错。但是升级的房间特别冷（台北冬天12,3度，房间里没暖气），窗子有漏水现象，借来了取暖器后，用了没多久就爆保险丝了。第二天保修，晚上回房见到一切OK，没有使用那个取暖器，一会又断电了，保险丝烧了，不可理解。连着两晚都没有烧成热水。可能酒店的设备需要好好检修了，但酒店服务人员的态度很不错，亲切有礼。除了这个经历，其他还比较愉快。床很宽，电视够大，浴缸宽敞可以看 […] 台北夜景，淋浴系统很高级，灯光系统操作起来有点复杂，比较高科技。爸爸妈妈住在此觉得不错。 Mehr

房間舒適, 服務員有禮. 早餐還可以. 不過房內WIFI不是時常用得到, 而健身房很小, 有員工還躲在裡面抽煙.

호텔도 매우 청결하고 호텔리어들도 항상 친절하여 묵는 내내 기분이 좋았다. 근처에 편의점과 커피전문점 수퍼마켓도 있고, 야시장까지!!(瀶江街夜市) 공항에서 大有bus(NT$145) 를 타고 Far eastern plaza hotel（遠東大飯店）에서 敦化南路, 安和路二段을 찾으면 쉽게 닿을 수 있다.

Transportation with Taipei station is too far.

最寄のどのMRT駅からも少々遠く、タクシーを利用しない限りは不便かもしれません。 窓のロックが壊れているのにガムテープで留めてあるあるのはいかがなものかと。ちょうど台風の日にあたり、思いっきり開放されてしまいました。その後の部屋を交換する手際は良かったですが。その際に入った最上階の台北１０１が見える部屋はすばらしく良かったですが。

Service 很好, 房間舒適! 值得推介! 但房內欠 wifi, 只得一條上綱線, 而適用香港插蘇的位置暗藏書枱內, 大部份义電器不能插進, 應盡快改善!
