Was simply awful. Room was extremely small and filthy. The guy at the counter was rude.

A decent hotel, but air conditioning was a bit too cold and could not be modified. Otherwise it was quiet and the shower and bed were rather nice.

First of all, the description of the room was not at all accurate. We booked the "suite" with 2 king beds, but what we got was a regular hotel room that had 2 QUEEN beds right next to each other in the same room. Secondly, although the hotel appeared to be new or newly remodeled, our room was not very clean. The glasses looked as if they had been used […] and then not cleaned at all. Several of the items were in similar condition. We paid waaaay too much for that kind thing. Lastly, there is NOTHING around the hotel. There were 3 tiny restaurants that didn't look all that appetizing around there and a place to buy garden ornaments. There were no convenience stores, and the hotel restaurant never seemed to be open. It's menu was way to expensive, anyway, so we had dinner and breakfast out of the vending machine. We booked a much more comfortable and convenient hotel last time through ICN for 1/4 the price. Mehr

This hotel is good for those who have a layover in Seoul and just need a place to stay the night for a reasonable price. The room is small but has all of the basics. Breakfast is not complimentary. The shuttle service picked me up in less than 15 minutes from the time I called from the airport and it leaves every hour from the hotel. The drive to and […] from the airport is less than 10 minutes. My room was clean but there was the smell of smoke (which I have noticed in other Korean hotels). There is nothing to see or do in this area so if you want to see Seoul, I would advise a hotel downtown where there are also shuttle services. Mehr

It's a solid hotel if you need to get some rest before catching a plane or a bus out of Incheon. Be aware that you need to pick up dinner or snacks before reaching the hotel because the choices around it are very limited, especially to western guests. The bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the bath mats weren't in the best condition. […] The communal use toiletries were also a little offputting, but they're part of the culture. The pickup service was solid and the desk service was efficient. I would probably stay here again if I had to. Not a great experience, but not unpleasant either. Mehr

There was a strong chemical smell in the bathroom that required me to keep the door shut and to open the window in the bedroom to get fresh air. I was too tired to complain. The up side was that I got to listen to the ocean through the open window. This could have been a problem in winter if it was cold outside. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This place was in the middle of nowhere. The room was very dirty with stains on the blanket and sheets. There was ball hair in the bathtub. The toilet was filthy, they claimed to sanitize it for our safety. Hotel only serves rice. You have to walk a mile and a half to get dinner, but only seafood by a beach […] area, but really no beach. This was our second time staying at Incheon. I would recommend Hotel Sevilla. Mehr

My stay at the Savoy Hotel on Incheon Airport Island was great! Staff polite, fluent and helpful. Especially when the info Hotels.com had listed about the hotel was incorrect (no kitchenette or black out curtains in the room). The Hotel's own website had no mention of these items. However, they did their best to accomodate. Even let me use their kitchen […] to cook the food I brought with. I was there for an event nearby. 2 minute drive and I was there on the beach. (It's about 15 min from the airport). It was quiet. NO noise from the airport or the beach where people were setting off fireworks every night. My friends who stayed at the 5star resort didn't have it as good as I did. Thanks Savoy Hotel! Mehr

The hotel is somewhat new and in a just-starting-to-be-built-up area near the airport. The shuttle runs only if there are people coming or going so, if you are not expected, you'll need to call for the car/driver to come get you. It's far enough away, relatively unknown, and on the other side of a couple of sketchy areas, so you don't want to take a […] cab. The personnel were gracious and helpful. The room was barely bigger than the very large bed, but well equipped and quiet. The jetted tub and separate shower were super clean, but the mattress smelled musty. Very good clean room. The pick up driver spoke perfect English and was a very nice person. The hotel isnt near any shops and the only thing you can order at night is Pizza or buy packaged food from the vending machine downstairs. They do a good breakfast in the morning and very punctual with pick up and drop times. However the beach is really close […] from this hotel so if that's your agenda I would strongly suggest you stay at this establishment. I was really impressed with the MASSIVE HD TV in my room. It was amazing.. They give you a computer in your room which has Internet so you don't need to get your laptop with you... Oh, and the bathroom had a huge Jacuzzi Tub as well..
