Das Hampton Inn City Centre (nicht verwechseln mit Hampton Inn Airport) hat eine ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß in max. 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Ausgangs- punkt für verschiedene Stadtrundfahrten ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt. In die Fußgängerzone mit mehreren Einkauszentren läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Das […] Hotel ist relativ neu, die Einrichtung (auch in den Zimmern) ist daher in gutem Zustand. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zwei Dinge kann man vielleicht etwas kritisch bewerten: Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht übersichtlich. Gäste, für die das Frühstück die wichtigste Mahlzeit des Tages ist, werden nicht auf ihre Kosten kommen. In Stoßzeiten kann der Frühstücksraum auch recht überfüllt sein. Im Zimmer befindet sich nur ein Schrank. Eine kleine Kommode oder ein Regal als Stauraum oder Ablagefläche wären nicht schlecht. Mehr

-Super sauberes & modernes Hotel, -Sehr nettes Personal (nur manche schwerer verständlich dank des Dialekt in Liverpool), -frühstück sehr lecker. -sehr zentral und mit dem richtigen Zimmer sogar Blick auf den Albert Dock

had an excellent stay with friends who had not visited Liverpool before.They like us were very impressed with both the hotel and the attractions that Liverpool had to offer.Thoroughly enjoyable stay

Very comfortable hotel at a good rate which is let down a little by its location.

The breakfast at this hotel is awful - we had to queue for ages and all the trays were empty and had to wait for staff to replenish them. The food tasted like rubber and the coffee machine wouldnt work. Also we asked to have pur sheets changed as we stayed 5 nights - this request was ignored. The building itself is lovely and modern but service left […] a lot to be desired. I was also charged 3pounds per bag to leave my luggage in hotel luggage room until the evening. I think this is a disgrace, you a paying enough for the room and the crap breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels and never came across such a charge, shocked Mehr

This is a great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were super clean and comfy, the breakfast was great and the location is superb. Top class and might I add spotless. Will definitely be back.

Very good value considering its city centre location. Rooms modern and spacious. Bathrooms particularly good. Only issue was breakfast as they ran out of hot food and we had to wait for 10 minutes for replacement items but not a big deal.

Very nice hotel and very comfortable. Unfortuantely the management were very penny piching when it came to the heating in our room that was controlled from a central point at the reception area. I had to ask them many times to heat up our room.... Apart from that the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool City Center turned out to be a very good hotel

Very central location, excellent staff,room very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries. Only small annoyance was the scrambled egg at breakfast- overcooked each morning and breakfast food could of been a bit hotter. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast- excellent standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

we stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights. Very impressed with rooms, staff were very helpful. Very handy for shopping centre/albert docks. definitely stop there again. There was parking under the hotel, this was charged at a very good rate of £3.50 per night

This is a very modern comfortable hotel giving excellent value for money. Great buffet style breakfast, as much as you can eat. Brilliantly located in Albert Dock, minutes from Liverpool 1 and the town centre. Highly recommended.

Overall we were pleased with our 2 night stay. When we first arrived at reception we were disappointed not to be made to feel more welcome. The room although small was very well appointed and the sofa had been made up as an extra bed as requested. Bathroom was great - looked brand new. Complimentary breakfast next morning was adequate, but do not leave […] it till the last minute, as they whisked away most items at 9.57am! Parking worked really well, and we knew about the charge. We would stay again, due to the very economic cost for the 3 of us - including breakfast. Mehr

Excellent location for Beatles Story ,museums and restaurants at Albert dock

I stayed her for 5 nights and the staff where very helpfully and polite at all times, the rooms are lovely and was a bonus having wireless Internet which made my stay all the more convenient would recommend to anyone oh and the price wasn't bad either.x

The hotel is clean and the rooms, very good. The breakfast was good, but warm plates would be nice. Be careful in the underground car park the pillars are painted the same white as the walls, so they are easy to miss when reversing.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff, very central and would definitely stay again!

Check in fast and polite service. Hotel spotless. Room excellent, with great view. Bed comfy. No noise. Brekkie area rearranged to give more space. Self service.So leave it as you found it (Clean) Staff should be paid more for the excellent care they provide. (Hope your reading this Mr. Manager) Overall this hotel is in a great spot for shopping/ concerts/football […] airport transport etc. we've been 5 times to this hotel now and recommend it to friends/family. Didn't use car park but hear it's reasonably priced too. Thanks for making our stay so pleasurable. WILL BE BACK IN MARCH :) Mehr

good place to stay

We stayed here when we booked a theatre show, it was great only a 10 min walk to the centre , the breakfast was great and we would stay here again.

Staff excellent. Only few minutes walk from Albert dock and the shops. Bed very hard and coffee cups not cleaned during our stay. Breakfast very good.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean, only drawback concerning the rooms were there was no drawers to put anything into so underwear jumpers etc were either lying around or back in the case. Stayed here over Christmas and was delighted with the service and the overall feel of the hotel and staff. The only downside was not being told the car park was charged on a daily rate. This is not explained so be careful, as you would assume a hotel car park is part of the package !!!!

Great location, lovely rooms. Disappointing breakfast on both mornings however.

Good secure underground parking, though you have to pay extra. Close walking distance to the Liverpool One shopping centre and restaurants.

Excellent hotel and services central location docks 2muns one shopping 5muns walk rooms very luxurious and spacious great views of city skyline and wheel room 527 only downside car park is very tight watch bumper and skirts in ramp in and out 6.50 per 24hrs

Lovely hotel & staff, great location, unfinished building nearby brings it down a bit but overall enjoyed our stay.

this hotel was fantastic, the rooms are nice and cleaned everyday the breakfast is served from 6 till 10 and there is a good choice and its a help yourself so you can have as much as you like would be happy to recommend this to others

We had a fantastic 2-night stay in a quiet and comfortable room with a shiny bathroom. We came from another hotel where we had been disturbed by loud noise from the hotel pub, and really appreciated the calm that was in the air of the hotel. The staff was very service-minded and took care of every question/request with a smile on their faces. We got […] a very good impression the moment we stepped through the entrance, and they really fulfilled our expectations. Laying a 5-minute walk to the city center it had all we could expect nearby. Stayed here whilst attending conference at bt convention centre. Convenient location for this but also close to city centre. Hotel fab, nothing to fault it on. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms and all of hotel spotless and lovely contemporary decor. Breakfast lovely. Would definately return here and recommend to anyone.

Good modern hotel and reasonably priced would not hesitate to return

we were surpirsed to find the prevoius resident's underpants bheind the curtain hence the mark down on cleanng quailty. Tthe breakfast experience is a bit chaotic for such a large hotel; maybe need a larger/ better planned area?

Helpful staff, good location

A good hotel with excellent facilities. Good variety for breakfast although basic. Location easy to find only 10 mins walk to shops restaurants etc. but best to walk along main highway as the side street is abit out of the way. Would stay here again

This hotel is superbly located, being just accross the road from Albert Dock which houses a number of museums and the Tate Gallery, as well as many shops, bars and restaurants. It is also possible to purchase a ticket for the double-decker bus tour of this wonderful city (reduced rate for seniors) which is valid for 24 hours and enables you to hop on […] and off at will. We could not fault the hotel. It was very clean and we found the staff to be courteous, helpful and friendly at all times. Breakfast-time was very busy and we found no tables available immediately, but this is a small point as we did not have to wait long. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it. Mehr

A very good hotel. If/when I vist Liverpool again this is the hotel I shall use. One big plus against others is that it has secure underground parking.
