Wir waren begeistert von dem Zustand u. der Einrichtung des Appartements, dessen strandnahen Lage u. der Freundlichkeit u. Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. Wir würden uns immer wieder für Sea Land-Apartments entscheiden.

Super Apartments mitten in Tel Aviv. Ich hatte eine kleine Terasse. Schicke Einrichtung. Super ruhig. Schön groß. Modern. Einziger Schönheitsfehler. Die Kellerlage. Die Apartments sind im Souterrain und man hat keine Aussicht, sondern schaut in Hinterhöfe und Mauern. Dadurch hat das Hotel wenig Flair. Aber für den Preis ein absoluter Tipp!

ein gutes appartment, kein hotel. das zimmer ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. netter innenhof zum ausruhen vor dem fenster. gutes bett. es ist kein hotel, kein permanentes personal vor ort, und die zimmer haben kein telefon, das muss man wissen.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Grosses Zimmer, jedoch lässt das Badezimmer zu wünschen übrig!! Sehr, sehr klein und nicht sehr sauber! Trotzdem kann man das Hotel empfehlen!!!

Everything was clean and I had no complaints. the manager couldn't have been nicer or more and was readily available to help with great suggestions even when I was leaving. Very happy.

Fantastic place very good management, endless amount of towels and beds were changed twice during our 5 nights stay.

Perfect place to stay. Management is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond what is expected. The location is very central. 5 minute walk to the beach, right across from a supermarket, and a ten minute walk from the closest shopping mall. I want to stay here again.

We stayed for a week and were very impressed by the location and service. Shlomi was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure our stay was a good one.

The owner-manager is very helpful and outgoing, the location was very good for what I needed, but I did not know that they do not make the beds. The do not clean the bathroom on a daily basis. Suposedly they change the sheets once a week but that did not happen ( Shabat or no I don't know ). So unfortunately I can not recommend the hotel

Stayed for four nights to overcome jetlag on a trip from Honolulu to Israel, then picked up a group tour. Was surprised by the cleanliness, convenient location and friendly staff. A perfect fit for our needs and just two blocks from a beautiful beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants as well. This is a winner!

I booked this hotel for my kids and myself based on the reviews that I had seen online. When we arrived, we had a bit of a hard time finding it. The Hotel is actually a set of apartments in the basement of a building on a very busy city street. At firt view from the outside, we got a little scared because it is simply a door that leads to these basement […] apartments. Once inside however, we were very pleasantly surprised. Very spacious, Very clean, clean and new furniture. Floors ar clean tiles and the whole place is generally very nice. We had a small issue when we first arrived. I immediately called the owners and they were very helpful and friendly. They are one block from the beach and within a 5 minute walk of Dizengoff action. Supermarket is right accross the street. Overall- probably the best value of any hotel we stayed in Israel - would absolutley stay here again... Mehr

WE WERE VERY SURPRISED OF THE LOCATION OF THE ROOMS BUT AFTER LIVING THERE WE WERE TOTALLY SATISFIED ALL COMFORT NO NOICE AND NICE STAFF WE RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL

I loved my stay at Sea Land. Schlomi and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the room was 5 star quality at a 3 star cost. The location is superb as well. Right next to the beach and numerous restaurants and cafes.

location is great, and overall hotel condition is good. Kitchen is really nice touch, and the staff was sensitive to guest needs, including religious requirements over the Sabbath. Bathroom was just OK.

The staff is very helpful and attentive.The location is two walking blocks from the beach.Really nice restaurants and activities at the beach. Grocery store, bakery and self service laundry across the street. $40.00 cab ride to airport. I would come back again.

This apartment hotel proved to be an excellent alternative to the traditional hotel. The apartment itself was very spacious, new and modern. There was a small terrace and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom - with many towels provided - and the toilet were separate, which was a clear plus. Also it felt very fresh and clean. The only downside […] was that at least our appartment was located on the bottom floor, so there was no view of the neighbourhood/city available. The location was close to ideal being situated in one of the main streets in Tel Aviv (Ben Yehuda) - which meant that there were supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants etc. close by - and only a block away from the beach. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and did everything possible in terms of service to make our stay the best. We wished to extend our stay one night in Tel Aviv but the apartment hotel proved to be fully booked. However, Mr Gottesman immediately offered his kind assistance and called some of his colleagues and helped us arrange a stay at a nearby place. Overall this proved to be an excellent alternative to a classic - and more unpersonal - hotel and it can be recommended to anyone who is planning to stay a few days, or longer, in Tel Aviv. Mehr

In Tel Aviv is hard to find a hotel which accepts 4 in the same room. Sea Land apartments are really convinient they have 1 double bed and a double sofa. They are not a hotel, but is really clean, good beds, grocery store right in front of it. If you arrive at night, better call them to have the code to get in and the code for the safe inside where […] you can find the apartment key. Our stay was really good, they are friendly and helpful. Hotel idéalement situé en plein centre de TLV, proche de la mer, des bars et restaurants, en face d'un supermarché. Le studio est en basement (sous-sol) la déco est moderne et design, de petites fenêtres laissent entrevoir une très légère lueur du jour, mais cette absence de lumière est assez désagréable en pleine journée et le telephone portable ne […] capte pas ou peu le réseau en sous-sol.. Personnel très agréable et serviable mais de petits details sur la propreté laissent à désirer (taches sur les draps et serviettes de bains) De petits cadeaux de bienvenu sont offerts. Globalement agréable mais il convient de sortir de l'hotel pour voir le temps qu'il fait ! Mehr

O quarto em que eu fiquei, no subsolo, não tinha janela, a circulação de ar era precária. Havia uma entrada de ar, mas dava direto na rua. Há quartos com uma varanda interna. Esses são bons.

Понравилось приветливое обслуживание. Управляющий уделил нам уйму времени на консультации. Помог с организацией экскурсионных поездок, рассказал о достопримечательностях Тель-Авива. Спасибо ему огромное! Отель находится в центре города, в 5 минутах от пляжа. но есть один минус - устойчивый химический запах в номере на протяжении всех 7 дней проживания. […] Возможно это из-за расположенной рядом парикмахерской. Det var mye lytt inne på rommet, dørene til romme var dårlig lydisolert. Hørte alt som ble sagt inne på naborommet.

A localização do apartamento era muito boa, com diversos cafés, restaurantes e supermercado perto. Era limpo e confortável, o único incomodo era o banheiro que era bastante pequeno para duas pessoas e tinha que esperar mais ou menos 40 minutos para ter agua quente por 15 minutos.

Udemærket hotel. Lidt dyrt i forhold til kvaliteten og så manglede der at blive gjort ordentlig rent. Hår i brusenichen, gamle madvarer i køleskabet fra nogle tidligere hotelgæster og terrassen var meget beskidt (Den måtte vi selv gøre ren inden vi kunne benytte den). Beliggenheden var egentlig ok.

Flott sted :)

Ligging is ideaal.Dicht bij strand, dicht bij winkels. Niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers of oudere mensen. Hoewel eigenaar erg aardig is en koffers naar beneden draagt is de ingang 2 trappen naar beneden. Mobiliteit dus een vereiste

Hotel was very nice and the room was exactly like in pictures. Staff was very kind and polite. The hotel location also very good ,near beach. I will go there again!

The manager of the hotel was very friendly and helpful in every way. We encountered problems with the airconditioning and the frigde and these were instantly taken care of. How ever, the cleaning staff hardly preformed their duty and our room remained uncleaned for several days. The room we stayed in was at the end of a corridor below ground level and […] I can't help but to think that in case of a fire, we would have been trapped inside the room. The hotel's location is good, with a couple of minutes walk to the beach and to Disengoff. I would highly recomend others to visit Tel Aviv, "the city that never sleeps", it is easy to travel by train, bus or car to other very interesting sights in the area. I also would not hesitate to recomend "The sea land hotel" as a budget option for a young couple with limited economy and not very high standards but personally, I will avoid these types of accomodations in the future. Great Hotel, great staff which was courteous to my needs and always ready to assist.

We were very happy with almost everything. Great apartment, great service. The only thing we found a bit annoying were the amount of wall outlets and where they were placed (mostly in the kitchen). Not ideal for four people with laptops. To be fair, we did not ask for extension chords, I wouldn't be surprised if they woukd have arranged this for us […] . Mehr

Enjoyed our stay at Sealand Apartments The room was nice but based in the basement. Not a problem for us, but you dont have a window to look out. Missed one thing. There is no reading lamps by the bed. So all in the room has to have full light on, if you want to read
