great hotel, though the room could had been vacummed, the floor was not cleaned properly still had left over vomit stains and false flower petals on the floor, not cleaned at all during the 3 nights I was there. otherwise the hotel was ok. Good for families. Cost very high for night stay.

Hotel is in great location, right next door to Panthers and near food outlets. Shopping and transportation (train) is very close, short drive or about 1/2 hr walk. Good accommodation, friendly staff. Room was very clean and spacious bathroom. Parking ok, free, outside (not secured, not undercover). Lift was a bit smelly but rest of motel was fine. Had a 2 night stay. booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. was disapointed that in one of the rooms, 4 people had to sleep in the one room.The other room was great 2 bedrooms and a balcony. the same price for both rooms.nice rooms inside pitty about the bird poo along the outside of the windows though. overall not a bad place to stay.

The rooms at Chifley Penrith are looking a little tired these days. Room furniture is old and could do with an upgrade. Bathroom, although clean, is in dire need of a renovation. The old tiles on the wall have been painted over in white and the tap set sprayed out sideways over the sink edge. The toilet also ran on slightly (constantly). The bathroom […] is old & tired. The hotel was very well placed for my business so ideal. The staff were great and well placed for many good restaurants. Lots to do for a family.

High price, 3 star delivery at best if everything was working and staff performing (some staff let the team down). Bed was too soft and too small.

Usually we would pay less than the Chifley Hotel rate for the hotels/motels we stay at, but we were quite happy with the hotel and the staff who were very friendly.

Rude responsefrom receptionist at check-in when I could not supply a phone number for contact purposes. I had just driven 6 hours and was tired. I have only had a new number for two days and could not remember it at that moment.

The bed is was as hard as a billyard table. The bathroom tiles had been painted over sloppily in white paint with over marks and spills everywhere.Stains on the hall carpets. 2 beers in a firdge is not a stocked minibar. Staff were exceptionally friendly and room was suitable. Room service not connected to horel but outside providers deliver. Panthers has a wide range of very good food outlets.........the quality and quantity very good. I would definitely stay again

I travel to Sydney once a month and stay for a week at a time. I have stayed at the Chifley for the past 3 trips and am totally satisfied with the hotel. It meets all my requirements and more. I wont stay any where else.

A great place to stay for convenience to Penrith shopping. The free shuttle bus from Panthers every 15 minutes made it easy to get around. The club adjacent had many great places to eat.

Family suite was spacious, clean and had a lovely balcony area with outdoor seating. Within walking distance to eating places, shops and Penrith Plaza. Proximity to Penrith Panthers Leagues Club is also handly for those who are looking for entertainment.

We have stayed before in the new part of the hotel and it was lovely. This time i upgraded and booked a spa room the room was old and the bathroom old i wasn't real impressed i must say for what i paid for the room i expeacted more. Just make sure on booking you ask for the new rooms

Well located hotel particulalry if you are a river sports enthusiast or catching a show at adjacent Panthers. Classy rooms, very good size, all non-smoking. Bar on site. All too expensive though.

flot hotel og meget venligt personale bortset fra vi 2 gange pa under 3 uger matte vente på vores værelser. første gang var det fair nok da vi allerede kom kl.10 uden at gøre opmærksom på vi kom tidligt. men anden gang kom vi klokken 12,15 og måtte vente næsten 1½ time på vores værelse var klar.
