Franchise One Hotel - Makati

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber , es ist jeden Tag das Zimmer gesäubert worden. Es ist ein realtiv neues Hotel. Für philippinische Hotels ist es wirklich sehr gut. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

taxis didnt know the hotel but found it without any problem. plenty of hot water and internet access was good. the people working there were very friendly and helpful

Staff was great. Location was 15 minutes (via skyway) to airport. Mang Inasal just around the block. Very clean. Their wifi rules are annoying, you have to ask them for extra 60 minutes over and over. No elevator. Someone has to follow you to your room to turn your a/c on for you.

Friendly staff, good roomservice. Good thing that you could rent a laptop to your room. A small minus to the staff for forgetting my wakeup call one morning.

Hotel staff were great but there was no sunlight in the bedroom, street it was on was pretty rough and not a single taxi driver knew how to find it. Food was great, dining room good.

Not much here...Basic place with very basic rooms and even more basic bathrooms. Breakfast was not good. Location is off the main drag so requires a taxi ride. It's in the "Washington" area of Makati.

Rather strict policies with limited flexibility. Especially in regards to extending check out time even by a few (15) minutes - possible only at additional fee. Something already mentioned - frequent pop ups asking to re-enter WiFis password... I don't see a reason why the password couldn't work (without re-entering) for the whole 24hrs (especially, […] that number of places in Manila offers free and open internet). Great hotel, Staff very friendly and helpful.. It has is own restaurant and the are also other places to eat nearby The only problem I had was the distance to some of the places i wanted to go to but apart from that I really enjoyed my stay. If you like holidaying on a budget then this hotel will meet your requirements.

I booked a few days here after I cancelled a reservation at a different hotel and was much happier with Franchise 1. It was clean, quiet and pretty inexpensive. I'd definitely stay here again. Hotel staff were friendly, restaurant food was good. I do wish it had a pool :( Internet access was decent. Makati traffic is, well, Makati traffic, so plan […] ahead when going out weekend evenings. Easiest reference landmark to tell taxi drivers is WalterMart; a pretty even mix of drivers knew the place and a the others drove a "little" beyond the standard route to drive up the taxi fare. I didn't have problems with the hotel's service and cleanliness: the room was a bit small but comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly (but noisy - they talked with each other and bantered loudly even if clients were around) but wi-fi service was very slow. Was ok for one night. Just needed sleep. The area didn't look too good at night, but in the day, it didn't seem as bad. The room was reasonably clean for the price. The bathroom sink would not drain, but I didn't call to get it fixed. Its a small hotel but the price is just right. If I'm ever in Manila again I'll be staying at this place again. Its off the main road so it can be little hard to find but the taxi drivers had no problems to speak of in finding it. The people working there are true filipinos, they are really great people.

Staff were friendly, they offer room service meaning food can be delivered to your room for free and you can just tip the staff if you wish or you can eat on the ground level small restaurant. Hotel was clean, including the room i was in. Hotel does not have elevator so if you get the 5th floor, you'll have to walk all the way up thru the stairs. Wifi […] is accessible from the lobby but access is limited or pay 200peso (24hr) to access wired internet in your room and they will provide you the Cat5 cable. However my room's wired internet did not work which will need repairing. It is also nicely air conditioned and Mall is just 1-2min walked. My room was situated at the very end of 5th floor next to the cleaning storage room therefore I can hear workers banging on the wall and also at night my sleep got interrupted several times as I can hear something like a pumping machine which was quite loud. The hotel was old and although the staff tried to make everything as comfortable as possible,and they were friendly i dont think i would stay there again.The neighborhood was somewhat dirty and not much close by to do other than a couple of older malls to do a little shopping.

The staff was wonferful, the food in their small restaurant was great. The entire hotel was spotless, including the rooms. The surrounding neighborhood isn't great, but I was never fearful. Go towards the mall (2 blocks) and its very nice, plenty of great food in a variety of restaurants. The staff were all A+++. I would love to stay there again.

it's near a mall which has an indoor shooting range and guns you can rent. Sorry I come from Oregon and hunting and shooting I do a lot of. I loved the dvd player. all was great and enjoyed it.

The door to the room was gapping and you could hear whispers from the hall way and vice-versa. No privacy! Third floor room and no elevator. Food order took about 45 minutes each time and was cold. 場所が少しわかりにくかった。夜はホテル名のネオンがあり目立つと思う。コンビニが周辺にあるかよくわからなかったがスーパーが徒歩圏内にあったので良かったこととレストランが近くにあった。フロントの女性の笑顔が大変印象的でよかったと思います。CDとDVDのプレイヤーがあり楽しむことができた。他のホテルに比べてルームサービスの料理の値段が安かったと思います。ただひとつ室内金庫が壊れていたのが残念でした。

近くにスーパーやレストラン、カフェなどがあるのが便利です。Ayala Centerへのジプニーも出ていますが、一人では不安という方も徒歩やタクシーで行けます（NAIAからこのホテルまではタクシーで150PHP、Ayala centerからは75PHPくらいです）。 部屋は値段の割にはキレイで、冷蔵庫や空調があってよかったです。ハウスキーピングもリクエストすればきちんとやってくれます。 スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。タクシーの手配や、道案内もしてくれました。
