SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pigeon Forge - Pigeon Forge

This place was very nice and clean! Easy parking situation. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean! Room was very large and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone. Also great price!

Great location. Easy access to restaurants and great pools. The kids had a great time.

I suffer from allergies to strong chemical smells. This hotel uses a scented air freshener all through the hotel, especailly strong in the halls and elevators. We checked in, and noticed the smell, but, since it was after our cut off time, we had to stay or lose our money. We went to the room, then went out for quite a few hours. Upon returning, I made […] it through the hall and elevator to the room, hoping to leave the odor "at the door". The air freshener is very strong, and I had to subsequently dose myself with 2 Benedryl and a Zyrtec. I carry 2 EpiPens, but use those only as a last resort. I was able to open thr room window, 3 inches, and about every half hour, I had to go to the window to breathe fresh air. We left early the next morning, after canceling the remaining reservation. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE who suffers from a chemical/scent allergy, like I do, My husband has a terrible cold, and he could smell the scent even with a stuffed up nose. I was in physical pain the whole night, itching from hives, unable to breathe deeply, and unable to sleep, because of the strong scent, and will make sure I always call any Marriott property before staying again, to confirm if air freshener is used in the property. I would also ask Marriott to stop using the scent, as I came so very close to having to go to the hospital because of the scent. We travel a lot, and just decided to try Marriott, but, we are very unhappy that I am still itching and wheezing, 2 days after staying there. My rating is higher than I would say my experience was, only because I cannot rate my allergic reaction to the scent, which was harmful to me. Mehr

I had one problem I booked thru Hotels.com I paid for the hotel thru Hotel.com well I was checking my credit card statments and I was charged thru Hotels.com and the hotel also charged me for the room. I called the credit card company and they called the Hotel and they said they would correct the problem. Please check your credit […] card bills. Mehr

GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT ROOMS AND GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT LOCATION

We have 4 young children and the hotel was very accommodating to allow us to all stay in 1 very large room. We were very happy with our stay and very comfortable. The outdoor heated pool with slide was great for the kids and the very large spa was awesome for this tired momma after being on our feet all day. We will definitely stay again soon.

The hotel was very nice and had great places to eat within walking distance had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was great and the staff very accommodating and friendly, but be sure to call for directions or you will never find it! The address does not come up on GPS.

Upon our arrival there were 2 carloads of guests arriving at the same time, After check in our grandson wanted to avail of the swimming pool only two find that the 2 carloads of guests that arrived simultaneously with us not only filled the entire pool area and were extremely loud and boisterous to the extent we were forced to leave the area. Management […] did not respond to our request to intervene and maintain a reasonable decorum. We attempted to go to bed around 10:45 pm only to find that the group had moved to the front entry area of the hotel and were partying loud and strong. We endured the noise and foul language until approximately 12:30am. We then called the front desk and requested that they try to quiet the group down, The desk clerk indicated she would try to quiet the group down. We have no idea if she even made an attempt. We do know that the annoyance continued until around 2:00 am at which time we again contacted the front desk and ask them to deal with the situation; and to call the police if necessary. Again. it was to no avail. The party continued to approximately 2; 30am at which time a pizza delivery arrived and they apparently took the party inside. It is also noteworthy that throughout the night every time anyone flushed a toilet anywhere above us it sounded like we were under a waterfall. The resulting noise in the wall section was as bad as I have ever encountered in a hotel setting. As a home builder, I was astounded at the lack of attention to sound insulation. We certainly will not be back. However if they continue to provide accommodations to the type of clientele we encountered the flushing noises would probably not annoy them as without question the group would far exceed the noise created in the walls. A final note; as we were leaving we encountered two other individuals who indicated that they had to request a change of rooms during the night as a result of the noise. Mehr

Very clean ,nice family atmosphere ,friendly staff and centrally located. I seemed like a Resort at a Hotel price.

Very nice hotel............however, the road, Christmas Tree Lane would not come up on my GPS. Called hotel & was given a # on Parkway and told to turn at traffic light # 2A. Then no problem.

Very nice hotel .Rooms were clean great staff. The room was clean and roomy. good location to the area .Pool and hot tub very nice also.

The Hotel was very nice and clean in every way. The indoor and outdoor pool was excellent, as was the hot tub. I would highly recommend a stay at SpringHill Suites in Pigeon Forge.

The hotel was quite nice, very fresh, modern and clean. My only complaint, except for finding cut fingernails left in our bathroom sink, would be that the beds DO NOT have Tempur-Pedic mattresses. I actually based my final decision on where to stay based on the info that Hotels website said the beds had Tempur-Pedic mattresses. Marriott's website correctly […] states that they have Serta mattresses, which I didn't check until after my trip. Not a big deal since the beds were still comfortable, but when you have back problems the comfort of the mattresses is a consideration when choosing a hotel. Basically my complaint is with Hotels misinformation not SpringHill Suites. Mehr

This hotel was perfect for us. The front desk had suckers for the little ones and when my husband checked out, the lady remembered our little girl and gave him a handful of suckers for her. I thought that was nice. Our room had two double beds and a separate sitting area which was perfect since we had a 15 month old that had to sleep in her pack and […] play. She was secluded but still in the same room. The pool was nice, a little on the small side but nice. Breakfast was good. They had where you could make your own waffles, however the line stayed pretty long so we opted out on that one. We chose the eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, oatmeal, and bagels between the four of us. Overall, it was a great experience. There is a lot within walking distance and a ton within about 2 miles each way. Mehr

Every staff member was so nice! The room was beautiful and so comfortable. Overall a fantastic experience!

It has a very good condition room.

The Spring Hill Suites is one of the best places to stay at in Pigeon Forge. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast bar was great. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

nice place ,clean, i was suposed to have a hot tub in my room but did not .breakfast not so good, everything else was nice. would go back. john

Nice new hotel, near all the sites in Pigeon Forge, Tn. Very clean rooms, Sofa could stand to be a little more comfortable. Serving area for breakfast not large enough. Suppose to be a buffet breakfast, but only had eggs, sausage, pasties, cereal. Overall stay was nice.

Very nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood and close to numerous attractions. Breakfast included but was somewhat disappointed with the variety and selection of hot food items. But overall, the hotel and service were very nice.
