Dieses Hotel ist auch für Langzeitaufenthalte geeignet. Es liegt allerdings nicht in Downtown Seoul, so dass man für die meisten Spots mit der U-Bahn fahren muss. Dies ist allerdings kein Problem und bringt eine Menge Spass. Im Zimmer ist eine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Herd und Gefrier-/Kühlschrank vorhanden. Wem es also nach Eigenverpflegung […] ist - kein Problem. Wir haben die Chance zum Waschen genutzt. Alles in allem Perfekt, einzig das Bad ist etwas zu klein und die fehlende Badewanne störte zumindest uns. Preis-/Leistung aber völlig angemessen, was auch für das Frühstück gilt. Booked two nights at Artnouveau City. Due to travel issues, I showed up a day late. They had cancelled my reservation and unfortunately they did not have a room available for me. The hotel front desk staff called their sister property called Yeoksam Artnouveau City hotel, located across the street from Renaissance Hotel. The hotel ratings are for the […] sister property. The front desk staff at Gangnam Artnouveau City not only found a room for me, they arranged and paid for a taxi to take me to the other hotel. Only down side is that tour groups have seem to have found out about this great hotel and the place was packed full of tourists. Mehr

Our stay in this hotel was very comfortable. The kitchen, washing machine was very convenient. The room was quite clean, the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We had no complaints and would gladly stay there again.

This place is amazing! It's essentially a luxury apartment that you can rent out on a short-term basis. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. There's a small kitchen, sitting room and even a washing machine! The surrounding area are more apartments, don't know the rates in these since I did not check. A 5 mins taxi ride essentially gets you […] to most places, though by walking, it might take 10-15 mins to reach a subway stop. i like this hotel very much... it's have kitchen.living room .room is big . and servies is great ...

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms were large and immaculate. Staff were helpfull and friendly. Breafast was great. Only suggestion I have is that if you are going to take a Taxi there, print off the address in Korean to show to taxi driver. It was difficult for some to find.

I stayed this hotel for 5 nights during my business trip to Seoul. The best thing for this hotel is the location. It takes 5 minutes to the Gwangnam subway station and 10-15 minutes to the Yangjae subway station. And, there are lots of restaurants, cafes around this hotel. This hotel was recommended to me by the persons that we were going to visit and found the place to be great, especially if you are going to be there fore some time as each room has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, etc.. but nicely concealed.

The hotel is very good and it is conveniently near Gangnam Station with a lot going on in that neighborhood. The service is polite but they don't have a 4-star concierge to help guests, but the condition of the hotel is 4-star . The rooms are excellent with small kitchenettes if you want to eat in. The price is very reasonable, and the location is very good. I love everything about this hotel, except the toilet is a bit too small.

Overall, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with separate sitting areas. The bathroom was a bit small in comparison though. There was an apparent lack of attention to detail with respect to the cleaning and up keep of the rooms. A lack of hotel facilities was a downside, and room service was not available. When we checked in, my room smelled of cigarettes. the smell was so strong, my wife was getting headaches so we had to request a different room which also smelled of cigarettes. we were told that despite of the non smoking policy, some people smoke in the room. beside this problem, I liked everything about this hotel. good location, good service, clean […] room, and good breakfast as well. For travellers like me, it was a great convenience to stay here in a serviced residense. It has everything you need, mini kichenette, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. Having a free access to the internet via ethernet cable was great also. However, the breakfast was not worth the money. I stayed at this hotel for over a week and purchase the a package […] with breakfast. The menu was exactly same. Rubbery breakfast sausage that was not edible, dried up hot foods not that there were many choices(scrambled egg & potatoes) and coffee that was more like coffee colored hot water! After the third day of this breakfast, we went out to get breakfast and coffee. There are tons of coffee cafes including Starbucks within couple miniute walking distance. But beware, the coffee in Seoul is very expensive. Grande Americano is about 4100won which is equivalent to $4. All in all, nice facility. The front desk could be more friendlier. I've passed the front at least 3 or 4 times everyday, and they always failed to acknowelge or say any greetings. They were always busy looking at the computer screen doing something. I have stayed at Yeoksam Artnouveau city last year and Gangnam is quieter. Yeoksam has a night club on one of the floors and there were flood of young local young people in the elevator drunk and loud. So I would recommend staying at Gangnam, instead. Its hard to find at first since it is hidden in a remote street but once you find the place, it is coveniently close to the Gangnam subway about 10min walking distance. Make sure you have the map and the address to show to the driver since many taxi drivers probably don't know this place! Mehr

Well its a great place to stay as its very comfortable, quite and clean. Room was spacious and you could cook if you wanted. They even had wifi in the business room. Well kept place and quite. Surrounding area was great as everything was available! I have used this hotel a few times and will continue to come back as service is great.

Approx. 80 minutes by bus from the airport. Luxury suite with kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Bathroom kind of small. No WiFi, only wired internet. Getting hotel package with breakfast is recommended. Located near the business district of Gangnam, therefore, transportation is no problem. 7 minutes walk from the nearest subway station and bus stops. […] Hotel staff speaks English and are very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the subway and the subway is convenient to all of Seoul. I was attending a conference at the COEX which was 3 stops away - approx 30 to 45 easy minutes from my room to the conference room. The residence style offered the ability to prepare simple meals. good choice at the price I paid for a big size double room. The location suited my purpose as it was near the subway (5 minutes walk), with plenty restaurants and bars nearby. I would stay here again..

High tech hotel with bedside control center, full kitchen, wash/dryer, bidet, free plug and play wired internet, very large flat screen tv with many English speaking channels incl. cnn, cnbc, bloomberg, weather, Al-Jezeera, a movie channel,and more. Hotel front staff speaks decent English at restaurant and front desk. Family market next to hotel for […] basics. Taxis are inexpensive. Hotel will provide a stepdown transformer for 110V electricity if you ask for one. Also can provide laundry soap. I brought a couple of single load boxes from home so I don't know if they charge for the soap. Very rich room decor with dark wood and solid furniture and fixtures. There is a breakfast bar (tiny) with high stools and a couple of seat to a counter on either side of the tv. I tried to use the couch and coffee table as a desk in order to watch tv at the same time but found it uncomfortable to lean over that much. You have to put your room key into a slot as soon as you come into your room for all the electricy to come on in the living room and bedroom. You also have to restart the a/c using the remote as it shuts off when the room key is removed. You may be able to get two keys and leave one in the slot and take the other with you but I did not try that. The washer / dryer are not affected by the key removal. Instant coffee and tea available in the room. I got some bottled water right away to warm up in the room. I drank the hotel coffee for breakfast and had no problems drinking Korean water though. Free breakfast is good. Lots of vegatables, OJ, toast, 4 fruits of pineapple, peaches, oranges and a small off white little round fruit, coffee, eggs (soft scramble) and meats (steak chucks one day, sausage another, soft bacon another, etc.) I saw some one get over easy eggs from the kitchen so you may be able to get a special egg if you ask. Trust me - the scrambled eggs are very soupy. Tater tots were tough but another day had a good creamy potato.Also had a tofu type patty, seaweed Mehr

The hotel was clean, well furnished, great location near gangnam station. I will certainly stay here again!!

Overall this is money worthy hotel in term of the services and the comfortable. The location is far away if u are going to insan-dong or myeng dong. Other wise it is very convience to apjunjong.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the surrounding city. Followed directions given by past guests and found it no problem. Easy walking to subway, buses, places to eat. Friendly staff, who helped out with any details. Loved the room space and heated floors. Hot shower and nice kitchenette. Home away from home! Would go back anytime!

The rooms are much smaller than they appear to be online. The heatling is centralized so it can be a bit hot for most foriegners during the cold season. The staff was helpful but it depends on who you ask. For the price, it was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend paying for the breakfast each morning.

Only issue is we had to walk a few minutes from the airport limo stop to the hotel but overall great place.

Many elecronical features in the room. Quite interesting. Took me a while to switch off the lights ;-) I liked the room, it felt a bit like your own little appartment. Staff was friendly. Eleveators are pretty slow. They only serve breakfast untill 9 am... Area is far from downtown but there are many very nice restaurants and shops around.

Arrived in Gangnam by bus from airport... was a bit hard to find but once found, it's extremely easy to get there. Checked in, entered our room, and it was awesome... really nice decor and pretty spacious... great price found through hotels.ca. Great staff members for any help needed, great location, excellent room... definitely will come back again […] =) Mehr
