Homewood Suites Dallas Allen - Allen

I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellant. The hotel staf were very courtious and helpful. Breakfast was great. This was my first time to stay at a Homewood Suite and was very impressed. I look forward to another stay.

This was a stay that I have already bragged about to some of my friends. The hotel was exceptional, the continental breakfast was wonderful. I had a Texas shaped waffle with fresh blackberries, whip cream sprinkled with cinnamon and powdered sugar along with fresh cantalope and honeydew melon and juice. Very friendly staff.

Beware. This hotel charges a $50 "incidentals" fee if you use a bank card. After calling, I was told the money SHOULD be back in my account within 72 hours. I'm sure this notice was on the "fine print".

We stayed here over Spring Break with our children. We were extremely impressed with the condition of the hotel, as well as the rooms. The other perks were the hot breakfast and dinner. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great property. Close to location I was visiting. Staff did a great job! Will be back (as Arnold wud say).

Very helpful staff. Clean room. Great Breakfast. Pleasant place to stay. Good array of dining choices close by. Good place to stay.

This was our second time to stay at this hotel, so that speaks for itself (since there are many, many choices nearby). We especially like the roominess of the studio rooms and the kitchenette area. This is the BEST hotel I have EVER stayed in! I booked this hotel online and took a chance on the quality of the hotel because I had never stayed at a Homewood Suites, nor been in the Allen area. After staying in this hotel, I will go out of my way to find a Homewood Suites to stay in. The hotel was spotless, all of the staff went out their way to help […] with anything we needed! We stayed on a Thursday night and the Welcome Reception was outstanding! The food was great, the atmosphere was great! I can not say enough wonderful things about this hotel! I will NOT stay in another hotel other than Homewood Suites when I come back to Allen, TX!!! FANTASTIC!! this was far the best hotel ive stayed in. friendly staff great rooms. easy to find, parking right in front, easy acess to the freeway and located in a great area. will be staying here again

I recently stayed for 2 nights and was very pleased with my room and the attentiveness of the front desk. Clean, quiet and comfortable with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a family get together their and stayed 5 nights. It is family friendly as well as business oriented. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel. What a great hotel experience! We stayed at the hotel while visiting family for Christmas. We stayed at the hotel a total of four nights. The hotel was wonderful. The breakfasts and the supper was very good,not just your continental breakfast. We stayed in a king suite and the room was excellent. The bedding and pillows were way above what you normally […] get in a hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful. When we were either leaving the hotel or returning, the front desk person always greeted us with a " have a good day" or " welcome back, hope you had a great day". We have stayed at the hotel on two different occassions and can't say enough about the place and its management. Very clean. Accommodating, friendly staff. Great food served with a smile. And, we liked being close to the shopping. The place has lots of fine art and is very modern in style, but comfortable and quiet.

This was the perfect hotel for our recent stay on Christmas Eve. It was close to my sister's house, and the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite worked out great for the 4 of us. I will definitely stay there again.

What a beautiful room and hotel. Even the laundry facility was very nice. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was a surprize. A perfect place to stay, I loved it! Nicely equipped fitness room and a salt water pool.

Stayed at this hotel for a week, Staff were really nice, Omar and Kristi were very helpful and pleasant to answer our questions. Initally we had a room overlooking the roof, we asked to change to one with a view because we did not want to look at the roof for the next 7 days, we were given a room as soon as one was available. Room has kitchen and […] basic cooking facilities. Breakfast was provided, wi-fi was good. Even dinner was provided from Monday to Thursday free of charge and the menu is different every day. Even the manager came out to ask the guests if everything was OK. This is the first time I experience such kind of hospitality. Very happy with the hotel, should even be rated as 4 star at least. It is in a fairly new developed area, safe and plenty of shopping. You do need a car when staying here though. Many Thanks to the staff and hotel management who understand guests requirements and needs and even go a step further to make them feel at home. All hotels should be like this. Mehr

This hotel is brand new and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room is equipped with everything you could need. We were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was better than most.

My wife and I were very pleased with Homewood Suites. It is a very quick trip to get to and from the Allen Premium Outlets, as well as a number of other shopping and dining locations. it isn't the place to stay for a visit to downtown Dallas, but for the Allen/McKinney area, it's tough to beat. My husband and I have stayed at this hotel twice and we love it. It is clean friendly and comfortable. the food is great and the atomosphere marvelous.

THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WE HAVE STAYED IN THIS HOTEL AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO STAY HERE WHEN WE ARE IN ALLEN. WONDERFUL SERVICE AND HOTEL IS SPOTLESS. THE BREAKFAST CENTER HAS EVERYTHING YOU COULD EVER WANT AND IT IS VERY GOOD.

I had never stayed at a Homewod before but I had to go to Allen for a business trip, and although this hotel wasn't the closest the prices were really competitive. The free breakfast was delicious and the staff and service was excellent. The rooms were clean and housekeeping made it look like nobody had been there after every cleaning. There's shuttle […] service to the local malls but we didn't have the time to shop. I highly recommend this hotel. I'm now a huge fan and would look to stay at a Homewood again. Mehr

THE HOTEL WAS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. MY ROOM WAS GREAT AND I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE CHOCOLATE BAR ON THE TABLE WHEN I ARRIVED. WE ARE GOING TO STAY IN HOMEWOOD HOTEL ON ALL OUR TRAVELS.

We stayed here for the second time in as many months and once again found it to be a clean and courteous place to stay. This is a fairly new property. We accidently left our door unlocked on our vehicle overnight and nothing was taken. I don't recommend doing that but it is a very safe location as well. Highly recommended!
