Das Hotel machte einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Etwas verwunderlich ist, dass sämtliche Lampen und die Klimaanlage rund um die Uhr liefen (wenn die Gäste nicht im Hotel sind, muss kein Licht in der Toilette bzw. im Zimmer brennen). Ein gewisser Schwachpunkt war die Sauberkeit der Tische beim Frühstück, hier wäre es sicher angenehmer, wenn die Tische mal mit einem feuchten Lappen abgewischt werden würden! Das Hotel bot zwei Badetücher sowie alle notwendigen Hygieneartikel (bis auf Zahnputzzeug) an. Auch waren die Zimmer mit einer Minibar und einem Safe ausgestattet. Sehr angenehm war das free - wlan. Das Hotel liegt an der Sixth Ave, wo etliche Busse in die Stadt fahren, so dass man unkompliziert vom Hotel wegkommt.

Sehr schickes Design Hotel mitten in Little India gelegen, das seinen Preis durchaus wert ist. Das junge, freundliche Personal, scheint passend zum "hippen" Anspruch des Hotels ausgesucht. WIFI sowie Minibar sind inklusive. Zusätzlich gibt es jeden Abend Cocktails z.T. auf Kosten des Hauses. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, jedoch durch gute Platzverwendung optimal genutzt. Allerdings können die quasi nicht vorhandenen Abstellflächen bei Doppelbelegung (zwei Personen) nach einigen Tagen sehr nervig sein. Das Frühstück im kontinentale Stil verzichtet fast vollständig auf eine asiatische Note, eigentlich schade. Das Hotel liegt optimal zwischen den MRT Stationen Bugis und Little India, die fussläufig in 5-10 Minuten erreicht werden.

Der Service imHotel hat mich überzeugt, die Reception war sehr freundlich und kompetent besetzt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Die Orchard Road kann mit dem öffentlichen Bus in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden und der Gratis-Shuttle fährt bis in die Nähe des Marina Bay.

Sensationelles Hotel, vor allen Dingen die Architektur. Am Pool und in der Bar auf dem Dach im 55. Stock hat man einen phantastischen Blick auf die Skiline, ein echtes Erlebnis.
"Schoener Anfang eines Urlaubs"
Praktisch war der kostenfreie Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen. Nach dem Einchecken, was etwas länger gedauert hat, sind wir dann gleich in den Pool. Dieser Pool und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Zimmer waren sehr schön und neu. Alle mit kleinem Balkon, was ich sehr begrüsse. Ich würde das nächste mal nach einem Zimmer mit City Blick fragen. Die Lage des […] Hotels ist ok. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Taxi am Boat Quay (ca. 10Euro), wo es viele Restaurants gibt. Das Top roof Restaurant im Marina Bay Sands ist allerdings genauso teuer wie die Touristenlokale am Boat Quay. Qualitativ ist das Marina Bay um einiges besser, von der Aussicht ganz zu schweigen. Leider war man dort etwas unflexibel und weigerte sich westliches Essen für unsere kleine Tochter zu servieren. Frühstück als Roomservice ist genauso teuer und besser als ein Frühstück in Cafes des angeschlossenen Shoppingcenters. Kontinentales Frühstück für zwei Personen kostet ca. 40 Euro Das auschecken ging dann durch mobile Auscheckpersonen sehr schnell. Dann in den Bus zum Flughafen und ab nach Thailand. Fazit: Für zwei Tage war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem nach dem langen Flug sehr angenehm. Ich würde nicht länger bleiben wollen. Die ganze Anlage ist schon sehr groß und durch die Halle werden etliche Schulklassen und lokale Gruppen geschleust. D.h. es ist sehr viel los im Hotel. Tip: Auf dem Flug nach Singapur kann man bei LH unter Dokumentationen die Entstehung des Komplexes ansehen (30min). Das war sehr interessant. Mehr

Hotelkomplex ist noch nicht fertiggestellt, überall wird noch gebaut, vieles noch nicht eröffnet. Sehr schwache Servicequalität, unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Der Pool im obersten Stockwerk ist sehenswert, leider kommen Nicht-Hotelgäste in Scharen zum Fotografieren an den Pool. An Entspannen bzw. Geniessen ist nicht zu denken. "spektakuläres Hotel"
Mein Freund und ich waren Anfang Februar für 2 Nächte im Marina Bay Sands. Wir haben das Hotel vorallem wegen dem ausergewöhnlichen Pool gebucht. Wir wurden am Flughafen mit dem Hoteleigenen 24h Shuttle zum Hotel gefahen, das Check In war unkompliziert. Unser Zimmer im Tower 3 war wunderschön und gross. Tolles Badezimmer/Dusche, bequemes riesiges Bett&sogar […] einen Balkon. Der Zimmerservice für unser In RoomDining war schnell&das essen lecker. Der Sky Park mit Bars/Restaurants und natürlich dem endloslangen Infinitypool war super, die Aussicht unglaublich! Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Mit der Metro (MRT) erreicht man Sehenswürdigkeiten rasch und einfach. Wer eine Sightseeing hop on hop off Tour machen will: ein Stopp ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Although top standard hotel, the internet access does not work properly for VPN connections and the hotel's IT department had to admit, that they are experiencing problems in this respect with their current internet service provider. The hotel does not have access to public transport and is also generally not ideally located to visit the various sights […] in Singapore. "Ein sehr spezielles Hotel"
Da man meine Zimmerkategorie nicht mehr zur Verfügung hatte (recht ausgebucht), wurde ich in eine Suite upgegraded. Luxus pur, gut ausgebildetes und ausgesprochen hilfreich und nettes Personal. Schlicht gesagt, sollte man sich es mal gönnen, in so einem aussergewöhnlichen Hotel zu übernachten. Einfach: Cool!

The only reason we stayed here was for the rooftop infinity pool at sunset. It was worth every dime for that experience alone.

This is an amazing hotel which I highly recommend. The architecture of hotel itself is a wonder with 2500 rooms, lobby areas are fantastic as well as the view from our hotel room. We were on 43rd floor and the room was like a suite without a separate door. It had sitting area and a bedroom area. The pool on the top of the hotel is a sight to see. Prices are high for few main restaurants for breakfast but do try the one at the top of the hotel which has few selections but is quieter with a full view of the city below. This hotel is a unique jewel of the world. At our arrival, our luggage was taken at the entrance by very courteous hotel porters and brought up to our room 5 minutes after we got to our room. Our room was upgraded at no cost to the 54th floor with a stunning view of the Singapore financial district and sprawling residential towers. There are a lot of people in there.they aren't separate guest and other people. Front office is a bad service. Concierge is good service and information.there isn't refrigerator in room. There is vending machine.

"A must do experience"
Although enormous, the sundeck not busy and we had a wonderful day up there in the club with good food and a great happy 2 hours which was not over expensive and great fun. The swim in the pool is an experience not to be missed.

We were told we would get 2 double beds. The beds were actually more like single or twin beds. The balcony was huge but did not contain any furniture so you couldn't enjoy sitting outside and hanging out. The room was fairly small and narrow. I tried looking for a feedback form in the hotel room and could not find any. Shower's water pressure was not […] that good. Only thing that was exceptional was the swimming pool. It is amazing. "What an experience"
My daughter and i recently stayed at the Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. We were Blown away by the views and roof top pool experience. Not only that but the assistance and consideration of the staff was exceptional.The convenience of airport shuttle also made it an easy stop over. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is exceptional in that the moment we stepped out of the cab from the airport we were greeted by friendly staff and directed to reception. Our room was amazing and the view was terrific. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My only complaint more towel hanging racks would be advisable. We stayed here for a night after a year in Australia on our way back to the uk. WOW. We even had a room upgrade on the 49th floor. If only we booked to stay longer. The pool on roof is amazing, the view you could watch for hours and what a great spot it is watching the sun setting over the city with a drink in your hand. I would 100% recommend staying […] here. First of all, I like to high light the disproving points : aa)there is no underground car parking. Visitors or friends visiting the guest must leave their cars at a garage across the road and found difficulties to find their way to walk back to Hotel through underground tunnels. bb) lobby: the strangest or disguised reception desk. Confused at first […] sight and did not know where to go as there were hundreds of by walkers, non-guest visitors or sight viewers through the ground floor of building. Good points : location, room conditions and cleanliness are excellent. The service of all employees are very polite and attentive. The swim pool is the greatest... the room is very big and modern with automated curtain and refrigerator! The shopping mall and casino are integrated... It was a priceless experience!

With over two and a half thousand room, arriving is worse than checking into an airport. The hotel lacks any sense of intimacy and all facilities are overcrowded - especially the famous roof top pool. Service is superficial, ourselves and other guest around us had frequent complaints. ...and that's just the start. Our stay at the Marina Bay Sands was all that we'd hoped for. Luxurious, entertaining, delicious food and conveniently located. We had the perfect view of the downtown skyline and absolutely loved our room! With spacious bathrooms, generous amenities and complimentary water, coffee and tea - we were very pleased.
